I loved everything about the place it was above expectation. I would definitely book the place again and again. Great place indeed

Host is by far one of the best I’m had the privilege to meet. Beautiful view! Security, as a mom, was by far the best feature. Right next to some lovely restaurants and across from Life hospital, a real bonus with kids! Loved everything

• Ntabe (9/5): Superb - The place was clean and well equipped. The little things like accessible two pin plugs and the decor made it feel warm and comfortable. The check in process was very easy and so was the checkout process with friendly staff. The place very secure and safe. I can't say there was anything I didn't like. I was very comfortable my entire stay and the fact that there is wifi even during loadshedding is great.

• Lize (10/5): Loved everything about this place. - We had a really great stay at the Quadrant. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, spacious and sparkling clean. Our host was amazing, with great restaurant recommendations and keeping in touch. The location was perfect for our needs. It has very good security. Nothing. Would come back.

• Asti (9/5): Excellent! - Brenda the host, was super-friendly and generous. Our flight back home was in the afternoon, she allowed us to do a late checkout. The apartment complex was secure and strategically located. We walked to Cavendish Mall. The amenities provided were also great. I love that it has 2 bathrooms, one en-suite, with shower and bathtub. For me travelling for work with two of my male co-workers, it's so convenient not to share a bathroom. Brenda also hooked us up with the gym manager. Rochelle, the gym manager was so accommodating in assisting us. Wish we could stay longer!

• Deborah (6/5): Weather was good and we enjoyed Cape Town - The location was good for where we needed to be , parking was great , reception , check in was good and people were friendly. Tea , coffee etc available in room , Soap etc in shower. It was quiet There was no cleaning service , only 1 set of towels and they weren’t changed and being winter remained wet. I was very cold at night. Water in the room was luke warm / cold , only hot water on and no cold water turned on. Water dripping from ceiling as you walked outside the room. Coffee cups weren’t 100% clean , I washed them before use.

Apartment is very secure, complete with underground parking and handy for great local restaurants and shops An extra bonus is that the WIFI stays on during load shedding. Would definitely stay here again. n/a
• Nhlanhla (9/5): Superb - The block was highly secure. Brenda made the check-in process seamless and was very welcoming. The apartment was tidy, light and expansive. The location combines the best of both worlds - tranquility and also ease of access to local attractions. It would have been great to have another heater but there were plenty of covers to make up for this.

• Heather (6/5): The cold water challenges had a negative effect on our stay. - The property was well located with excellent security. Our host was friendly and assisted us on arrival. The facility had everything we needed. There was no hot water. The water temperature was set too low. As a result of load shedding the water temperature did not have the chance to warm up sufficiently. We had to endure cold showers, which was not great in winter.
