- Dr. David Bòtor (6/5): What happened here? - The location is great if you want to go to Denmark. Under 2-3 years have the rooms became extremely used. It feels like I'm in a ferry cabin when i use the bathroom. I needed to have an early breakfast and they had stale bread. I would like to ad that the check in was not really professional. I needed do pre check in and even after that, it took time. The old lady at the counter was quite confused and not welcoming.

- Birgitta (4/5): Kommer inte tillbaks - Frukosten Personalen i receptionen var oengagerade och inte alls hjälpsamma. All annan personal var bra. Deras uppförande gör att vi inte kommer tillbaks. Det finns många hotell att välj på. Desdutom var det dåligt städat.

- Alex (9/5): Nice and pleasant stay at a very good positioned hotel with very comfy beds and nice amenities. - Breakfast was fine but nothing to write home about. It was acceptable at best. We only had breakfast once because we didn't find it to have too many options. Long waiting times at the elevators. Seems there is always more people than the elevators can carry. You have to book a room cleanup one day prior. I never heard this in any hotel. Usually room touchup happens automatically every day in any hotel.

- Hetty (10/5): Hotel met skybar - Comfortabele bedden, rustige kamer, goede douche, lekker ruikende badproducten. Ruime keuze voor het ontbijt, leuke ligging van de ontbijtzaal dankzij open ruimte aan de zaal van de Arena. Leuke skybar, van de zonsondergang genoten! Superior kamer, met uitzicht op blinde muren van gebouwen. Dat viel tegen. Na overleg met receptie kregen we een kamer met uitzicht op de brug.

- Gordon (7/5): Enjoyable and would go back! - The hotel was great in that it encouraged dogs which was appreciated but we didnt like the fact that dogs werent allowed in the dining room which I understand but could there be a section for dog owners to have breakfast instead of either eating separately or in our case taking a tray back to the room?

- Sandra (7/5): På det stora hela är jag väldigt nöjd med boendet och min vistelse - Väldigt bra läge utifrån vad jag skulle göra under helgen. Det var fräscht och välstädat, personalen var väldigt trevlig och serviceinriktad. Bra frukost. Jag tyckte sängen var alldeles för hård så det blev inte mycket sömn.
