The citadel is walking distance away, albeit it is an uphill walk. So you may want to get a ride. It was our anniversary during the stay and our kids work with the staff to surprise us with champagne and rose leaves on the bed. All was so wonderful

- Nathalie (7/5): - Tolle Lage! Sehr gutes Personal ! Das Frühstück war hervorrangend. Die Zimmer über der Küche sind sehr unangenehm. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern waren die Gerüche und Geräusche aus der Dunstabzugshaube der Küche unerträglich. Die Belüftung lief ununterbrochen! Auch die kleine Terrasse konnten wir nicht genießen. Diese Zimmer sind für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Wir haben dieses Hotel gewählt, weil wir uns am Ende unserer Reise entspannen wollten, was jedoch leider nicht oder nur teilweise möglich war. Les chambres situées au-dessus de la cuisine sont très désagréables. Même avec les fenêtres fermées, les odeurs et les bruits provenant de la hotte aspirante de la cuisine étaient insupportables. La ventilation fonctionnait sans interruption ! Nous n'avons pas non plus pu profiter de la petite terrasse. Ces chambres ne sont absolument pas recommandées pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel parce que nous voulions nous détendre à la fin de notre voyage, ce qui n'a pas été possible, ou seulement en partie.
- Julie (7/5): Très joli établissement mais rapport qualité/prix à revoir - L’établissement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons eu un excellent accueil et le personnel du restaurant a été vraiment super. La chambre classique que nous avons réservé était vraiment très petite. Nous avions à peine la place de circuler. Le rapport qualité/prix pour cette catégorie de chambre n’est donc pas vraiment top étant donné que nous n’avions pas de plaisir à profiter de notre chambre et qu’elle était tout de même plutôt cher. Concernant les prestations de l’hôtel, un spa avec des massages aurait été très apprécié pour un 4 étoiles au bord de la mer.

- Peter (9/5): Schönes Hotel mit kleinem Strand - Sehr schönes Hotel an schöner Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war mega lecker. Das Hotel ist ein bisschen abseits, man kann die Altstadt aber immer noch gut zu Fuss erreichen.

Repas excellent, cuisine typique corse, Chambre joliment agencee et touches d'accueil appréciées Qqs moustiques en fin de journée venant écourter notre apéritif sur les sofas Superficie chambre un peu restreinte compensée par l'agencement Lavabo pierre sdb très beau mais peu pratique, difficile de ne pas éclabousser d'eau autour, même en y prêtant attention

Il faut absolument éviter la chambre standard qui n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles !!! Petite, mal agencée, avec une clim bruyante inutilisable la nuit. Oubliez aussi l'utilisation du coffre, il n'est même pas fixé. Pour ne pas être déçu, optez pour les chambres supérieures ou jetez un œil au Golden Tulip Hôtel ...

- Herve (3/5): A éviter, chambre vieillissante sans confort - Emplacement Aménagement et confort de la chambre de mauvaise qualité. Une renovation en profondeur s imposé. Salle de bain très moche avec rideau de douche en plastique. La lunette des wc n était pas fixée et ne correspondait pas à la cuvette. Frigo au milieu de la chambre sans être encastré dans un meuble. Rien pour poser les valises, portes et fenêtres anciennes et dépareillées. Que du rafistolage. Pas du tout au standard d un 4 étoiles et donc très mauvais rapport qualite prix.

The food is mediocre except the appetizers and drinks. The breakfast buffet had most of our stay some over baked croissants but some items like the smoked salmon and avocado toast were very good.
