• Lucia (10/5): - Very clean, Gaspar at the reception was very nice and if you asked a thing and he didn't know, he found out later and texted us the information . Fantastic restaurant with very nice personnel, tasty food, drinks, lovely Spanish local food and delicious drinks. close to beach very neat and suitable also for kids. Particular appreciate also the shower and towels we could use the last today after check out. Warmly recommend!

• Claudia (9/5): zona di palma creata per il relax - siamo arrivati prima dell'orario di check in e il receptionist ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli, cambiarci nello spoiatoio e rilassarci in piscina. ad aprile è stato magnifico, perchè il turismo è molto ridotto, si stava benissimo. L'appartamento era grandissimo, la zona era tranquilla ma purtroppo il giorno dopo abbiamo cambiato zona dell'isola, quindi anche pernotto. Il bar/ristorante sotto è economico e buonissimo, consiglio le tapas! La doccia allagava il bagno non dotato di finestra, per il resto nulla.

Sauberkeit: Dreckige Vorhänge, allgemeine Grundsauberkeit im Bad, Küche, Balkon.

• Michaela (9/5): - Krásné ubytování, čisté, prostorné, velmi příjemný personál. Hned pod ubytováním je v přízemí restaurace s kavárnou, ale vzhledem k přísné bezlepkové dietě jsme služby této restaurace nevyužili, nicméně prostředí velmi příjemné. Hned vedle ubytování je obchod se základními potravinami. Další obchod a velmi dobře vybavený (včetně široké nabídky bezlepkových potravin) i s pekárnou je 5 minut chůze. Nejbližší pláž je cca 200 m a dá se z ní vyrazit pěšky podél pobřeží několik kilometrů a užít si opravdu nádherná místa. Byli jsme maximálně spokojení. Ubytování je v okrajové části blízko výrobny soli, ale stačí pár minut chůze, kde už je více zeleno a rušno. Vlastně ani to nám nijak výrazně nevadilo.

• Fábi úr (6/5): Számomra csalódás - A tisztaság, az apartman mérete illetve az ágy kényelme. Szép rendezett medence, barátságos személyzet, étterem a földszinten. Csak most 56 évesen döbbentem rá, hogy soha többet nem fogok hotelbe foglalni. Elég volt. Tengerre nyíló kilátást ígérték..... hát annak nyoma sem volt, vagyis valahol a messzeségben. Hűtés/fűtés nem működött. Központi rendszerük van. Egyszerűen nem kapcsolták be. Áprilisban esténként jól esett volna egy kis meleg. A falak nagyon vékonyak, minden zaj áthallatszott a szomszédból, illetve a konyhai elszívón vagy a szellőztető rendszeren keresztül a másik apartmanból a főzés szaga beáramlott hozzánk. A franciaágynak hírdetett ágy két külön ágy volt, ami pároknál problémát jelent. Igaz nagyon kényelmes volt számomra. Ez pozitív volt. A berendezés többi eleme inkább régies, elavult. Medence, étterem található még az apartmannál. De semmi különös. Nyáron inkább probléma mert csak plusz zajforrás. A WiFi gyakran ledobált, gyenge volt. Szóval összeségében számomra nagy csalódás volt, személytelen nagyüzem, zaj, drága parkolás, gyenge WiFi, fűtetlen szobák. Nem ajánlott.

• Annemarie (9/5): Tolles Appartment mit Meerblick ! - Die Lage war sehr gut und der Ausblick auf das Meer vom 4. Stock war besonders toll. Das Appartment groß und geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, sehr komfortabel und schön. Auch der Pool war ideal und das Café Flor y Sal zum Frühstücken/Mittag- oder Abendessen.

• n (10/5): Zeer tevreden - Het appartement was zeer netjes en schoon. Het complex is sfeervol ook het cafe eronder. De afstand tot zee is zo'n 5 minuten lopen en je het een prachtige zee kom waar je goed kunt vertoeven wanneer de wind wat koeler is. Aan de andere kant... De straat uit kom je uit bij open zee.... Genoeg water dus. Een auto huren zonder gedoe of cc kan ter plekke richting het dorp to de bushalte. Dat is wel slim te doen want ondanks er bussen rijden kom je niet overal zonder auto of ben je erg lang onderweg. Ik was blij verrast met het verblijf en zeer tevreden. Niets

Wir hatten nur drei Tage und die lange Suche nach einer passenden Lacation dafür hat dich voll gelohnt (sofern man ein Auto mietet oder via Taxi dort hinkommen kann). Es ist ein guter Kompromiss aus recht nah an der Natur, wunderschöner Strand, ein bisschen Touri-Szene und Zurücklehnen. Man kommt auch innerhalb einer halben Stunde an weitere schöne Buchten an denen man etwas langgehen und auch baden kann. Die Hosts des Apartments waren super freundlich. Vielen Dank nochmal :-)
• Fernweh (9/5): Loved this holiday in Colonia de sant Jordi. - Great apartment with a wonderful view from the balcony. Close to a beautiful beach. Lovely staff and a very handy restaurant downstairs. Well stocked Supermarket next door and a quiet sun deck pool at the back. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing I could suggest to make the appartment better would be a smart tv, as the channels were all German. The chance to watch a film in the evening would be lovely.

This is a very quiet and peaceful place, perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the big city.The apartments are clean, bright, and equipped with everything you need.There is a beach and supermarkets nearby.In the café located on the ground floor, you’ll find delicious food, coffee, and cocktails.The staff there are always so kind, polite, and welcoming with a smile.If I ever return to Palma de Mallorca, I will definitely choose these apartments again.

Das Restaurant unten hat alles zu bieten, was man sich wünscht. Frische der Speisen, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter... ein ganz tolles Team 😀 Das Badezimmer hätte gründlicher sein müssen

• Susanne (10/5): Angehme - Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und der Blick war echt schön. Die Zimmer sind eher kleiner, aber sehr funktional, die Betten waren bequem, alles war sauber. Die Küche war für Grundgerichte ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist auch recht ruhig und man hat es nicht weit bis zu den Stränden. In dem Ort bzw zum Supermarkt muss man ca. 20 min laufen, aber das hat nicht gestört. /

I was very frustrated that I made sure with them beforehand that there would be good Wi-Fi because I was doing work for one day, and it turns out the Wi-Fi was not working except in a tiny 1m2 area beside the entrance of the apartment. I had to makeshift a workspace there and work there instead of the dining table, which was very uncomfortable. Disappointing and frustrating. They stuck 2 single beds together instead of a double bed, but a gap kept forming between the 2.

• Dana (10/5): Cómodo y agradable - Me gustó mucho la ubicación. Colonia saint Jordi es un gran punto de llegada a la isla, tranquilo, familiar. Con un hermoso ataradecer. Otra cara de la isla. El hospedaje limpio, cómodo y el personal muy amable. Que tenga restaurante debajo fue el combo perfecto.

Ook dichtbij de restaurantjes en winkels. Het restaurant onder het appartement was van goede kwaliteit voor ontbijt en ander eten/drinken. Het appartement was brandschoon. De waterkoker rook naar chloor, daardoor smaakte het gekookte (flessen) water vies. Daarom water gekookt in pannetje, dat was goede oplossing, dus heerlijk thee kunnen drinken.

• Timothy (9/5): A very enjoyable and comfortable two week stay. - We spent a really comfortable and enjoyable 14 nights at Andreas Apartments. The apartments are situated in a good location, which was just a short walk to some really nice beaches. In addition the fabulous Es Trenc beach was probably about 30 minutes walk, but it was well worth getting the steps in to spend the day there. There are a number of good restaurants within a short walk away, Dominique’s and Pizza44 were two that we enjoyed in particular. In addition we ate several times at Cafe and Sal, which is situated at Andreas apartments, and we really enjoyed every meal we had there. The staff at Cafe and Sal were really lovely too. Our apartment was number 15, which was situated on the first floor, overlooking the pool area. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The kitchenette was fitted out to a good standard, with everything we needed to prepare breakfast and lunch. The bedroom had plenty of storage for our clothes and the bed was perfectly comfortable and we slept very well. We found the apartments were quiet in the evening and fellow guests were very respectful of others. The shower room was well fitted out and there was always plenty of hot water for a shower. The pool area is very relaxing, it’s very quiet and whenever we spent the day at the pool we were able to get a sun bed. Overall we really enjoyed our two week stay at Andreas Apartments, we would certainly recommend staying there and would have no hesitation in staying there again. The apartment was clean and the towels were replaced every few days. The bedding was changed on two occasions, which isn’t too bad, but we would have appreciated it if the apartment had of been cleaned through while we were there. Perhaps that was our fault, as we didn’t ask for this to be done.

Claudio (8/5): Tiene todo para ser excepcional, pero algunos aspectos se lo impiden, aunque está muy bien. - WiFi muy poco estable; pedimos mejopra y al parecer no se pudo, pq no hubo mejora en los 9 días que estuvimos. Hubo algunos elementos de la cocina que tuvimos que las cambiaran, porque no funcionaban o lo hacían mal: Refrigerador, tostadora.
