• Klose (6/5): - Nice location and decent for what it is. Very outdated and the beds feel like your sleeping on concrete. Beds were absolutely horrible and very small. Definitely outdated but we'll maintained.

The room was very clean and well stocked, and we really appreciated the mini kitchen. The mattresses were comfortable, the white linens felt fresh and crisp, and the ocean view was beautiful. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming There wasn’t much to dislike—overall it was a very pleasant stay.
• Rick (2/5): The spinnaker. - The view.. The hotel. It is in need of a remodel the hotel is old. And needs updated. The door to the room did not close all the way. And u could here the wind and feel the cold air coming in. and the rooms r small. The beds were so hard it felt like u were sleeping on a pile of rocks.. it is not a good hotel but the staff was really nice. I will not stay there again.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Lots of other restaurants and shops very close. When you first enter the room it was kind of tight because you walked in the kitchen and bathroom was right there. Other than that it’s was nice.

• Kenneth (1/5): - Toilet got clogged housekeeping did not come around till after we left mowed on the pullout couch mowed around the shower curtain door hinges door frame in the bathroom could see through the front door through a hole. The room had a very bad muddy smell.

It's away from the noisy Amusement / Game section of the boardwalk but not all the way at the other end of the boardwalk. The outdoor swimming pool was freezing cold. We couldn't enjoy it at all. It would be nice if it was heated.

• Lenin (10/5): Holiday Weekend!!! - Excellent service starting with front desk to housekeeping service. The room was very clean and comfortable, the only thing that I would recommend the hotel owner is to give better comfy pillows. The one we had at the hotel was way too soft. But other than that, everything reached my expectations. Had a top end corner room and the view to the beach is pretty nice. I would definitely recommend this place! I would definitely book with them again in the near future. Thanks to my wife who did the search online! Also, at time of check out the front desk ladies always smiling and pleasant to talk to. I didn't have any concern in terms of their professionalism. The pillow is too soft, do recommend owners to upgrade the pillows.

• Devin (7/5): Decent hotel, great front desk staff, great location - We LOVED Anita at the front desk! She was above and beyond friendly and really helped accommodate us and our stay. We requested a ground floor room and they only had a handicap room, so we went with a 1st floor room, we specifically asked for a tub, room divider, and hair dryer. The first room we got, the room divide was not there, so after unloading with twin toddlers and a 10 year old we moved rooms which thankfully was only 2 doors down. The hair dryer did not work, and our phone did not work either. As stated I had twin toddlers, we good not fit the stroller in the room, and the stroller BARELY fit in the elevator. The luggage carts barely fit in the elevator either. Overall the hotel is decent but very cramped. Very narrow rooms, VERY small elevators, outdated in that things in the room did not work. Some staff wasn't the friendliest. My son got a HUGE gash the size of a dime on his foot from a water jet in the pool floor, which I was extremely maddening it bled a lot and is literally a hole in his foot the size of a dime. I myself got cut on a sharp edge on the pool gate as well.
