- Monroig (7/5): Good - Location / Clean / Staff Pay for the Suite to use the jet tub and it wasn't working propeely. The jets came out of the tub and black dirt to the water, horrible. I request for it to be fix and it was never done during my stay. They only offer a 10% discount and that was not reasonable for the inconvenience. Additional, safety is an issue; to exit the tub there is no handle and the floor gets wet every time you take a shower. (Note: the shower is inside the tub). I address this issue because I felt down while I was coming out of the tub. Lastly, the suite is not prepare for hadicaps.

The only one thing I would suggest is to tighten the faucets so they won’t move and also the shower head in the “Imperial Suite” that’s where we stayed. After checking in we were able to relax in swing chairs on the balcony before a short walk to explore the beautiful town center. Plenty of restaurants in the town center to chose from for an afternoon snack or evening meal. The breakfast choices were limited, but the food served was freshly prepared and tasty.
