fernandez (3/5): Fue Horrible! - Lavamanos tapado, quitan el agua a veces, rogar por toallas, dispensadores de jabón pésimos, desayuno pobre con calentado, después delas 9 no encuentras a nadie en la recepción, quitan el WI FI y el internet cuando ellos no están, los empleados sin uniformes y con ropas sucias, en fin nada que ver respecto al precio. Es un robo.

De La Cuadra (3/5): No lo recomiendo, desafortunada experiencia. - El parqueadero. Tuvimos que parquear fuera del hotel ya que estaban en remodelacion y no nos permitieron estacionar en el interior 1. La habitación, a pesar de ser una suite, es muy pequeña. Tenía chimenea y cuando la prendimos el humo se devolvió. 2. El hotel estaba lleno y no había presión en el agua de las duchas, casi no salía. 3. Desayuno nefasto, pero lo peor es que la losa en que se sirvió estaba sucia. Pedimos nos cambiaran el café y trajeron una taza más sucia aun.

It's a quaint, perfectly located property that is unique and colorful. The staff was very warm, friendly, and inviting. Everything was to our satisfaction. The room was a considerable size with comfortable amenities. We enjoyed two nights at this property and always felt at home. The managers take great care and ensure a positive stay. The breakfast included was delicious and enough to leave you feeling satisfied. Overall, I can say it was an enjoyable stay. Make sure you say hello to Milo the dog who owns the property :-) nothing comes to mind !!!!! it was a good stay with no negatives that I can even think of. Book without hesitation for sure.

I initially book the apartment, but we had to be moved into the hotel rooms because the apartment is in a second floor with a very steep staircase and my mom couldn't handle it. Also, the apartment access if by the street not through the hotel.
Luis (4/5): Dissapointing stay and arrogant owner/person in charge - Location is good, close to Plaza Mayor. Has an indoor parking. The room wasn’t clean at the time of check-in. There was an open bottle of coke in the minibar and one open soap next to the bathroom shower. The person who’s in charge of the property treated as arrogantly and asked to pay for the coke. He was shocked it was open.
