- Juan (4/5): No a good place to stay - Close to the old town is very convenient This is not a hotel, it is a bed and breakfast, without breakfast. We searched for a hotel on Booking and we got this. It does not have a reception after 3 pm. The air conditioning was not working so we could not sleep well the first night in addition to the fact that the windows do not have good insulation and the street is very noisy. On top of that, although we had reserved for two people somehow they said the reservation was for one, and when we showed up they charged us 60 euros more because we were two. Costing us 145 euros per night. Other things, the shower doors do not close well, and the shower floor was dirty. Bottom line that was not a good experience.

Die Stadt konnte von dort bequem zu Fuß erkundet werden. Es war der ideale Standpunkt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, eine exzellente Unterkunft, mit klasse eingerichtet und liebevoll von der Eigentümerin betrieben. Einzigartig ! На мой взгляд завтрак за €15 из омлета и чашки кофе очень дорого. Вокруг много кафе и ресторанов, так что можно найти завтрак интереснее за эти деньги.

Hele vriendelijke staff van het hotel. Leuk ingericht; voorzien van alle gemak alleen bed vrij klein en basic. Wij hebben groot gezin dus dan zou dikker en groter matras wat fijner zijn.

- David (10/5): Soggiorno da sogno - B&B situato nel cuore di Valencia, a 2 passi dalla Cattedrale e tutte le altre attrazioni del centro storico, ma in posizione tranquilla e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano, come bar, ristoranti etc. La nostra camera era spaziosa, arredata con gusto e pulita. Anche la zona della reception e della colazione, di cui noi però non abbiamo usufruito, erano accoglienti e ben arredate. La pulizia della camera è giornaliera ed è accurata, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato. Africa e gli altri che si occupano della gestione sono stati gentilissimi, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Che dire, torneremo a Valencia e di certo alloggeremo qui! Grazie di cuore per tutto ❤️ Mi è piaciuto tutto

- Kryssyne (10/5): Discover the city in a long weekend - It is in the middle of the old town. Everything is easily reachable by foot, like the Central Market, restaurants and museums are just a few seconds or minutes away. The room was spacious, the bed was really comfortable. The staff was talkative, helpful and friendly. Thanks Sergio and Africa for taking care of us. I can only recommend this accomodation. No negative experience.

- Iván (10/5): Lugar ideal para pasar unos días en Valencia - Ubicación super céntrica, barrio bonito, paradas de metro y bus cercanas para moverte fácil a la playa y la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. El alojamiento es muy agradable, bonito, limpio y acogedor. En cuanto al trato del personal, desde el primer momento son cercanos y simpáticos, te sientes como en casa. No haber podido estar más días :( La verdad es que es el sitio ideal para pasar unos días en Valencia, no tiene nada negativo.

However, when we got in there were dirty glasses from the previous tenant and when the staff came to service the room on our second day, they turned off the A/C which we explicitly left on so we could return to a cool room after walking in hot weather for most of the day. The hospitality at the hotel is awful. The hours of the front desk are so minimal that it makes it nearly impossible for a traveler to get in contact with them during the stay including for checkin and to complete payment for the stay on time. Getting responses from the hotel via email are also challenging especially when traveling internationally with minimal cell and data coverage.

- Antonio (10/5): Week-end a Valencia - B&b situato a pochi metri dal centro in un bel palazzo. Per raggiungere la struttura dall'aeroporto basta prendere la metro ( linea 3 o 5) fino alla fermata Colon (25/30 minuti), e continuare a piedi per altri 10 minuti. Le stanze sono grandi ma soprattutto ben arredate e la mia aveva un affaccio sulla strada principale e la piazza. Io e mia moglie siamo rimasti colpiti da tutto quello che si potrebbe aspettarsi in viaggio, bellezza della struttura, pulizia e posizione. I gestori sono davvero disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza e pronti ad offrirti validi consigli per rendere memorabile il soggiorno. Consiglio questa struttura a pieni voti. Fortunatamente nulla perche' ho apprezzato tutto.

- Leontien (10/5): Perfecte locatie voor kort verblijf - De locatie is echt perfect! Rustig, maar middenin het centrum, met direct lekkere ontbijtmogelijkheden, restaurants en winkels om de hoek. De metro is een minuut of 7 lopen. Werkte prima met code en kamersleutel. -

- Roy (8/5): Beautiful room, tastefully decorated at an awesome location. - Beautiful room, tastefully decorated at an awesome location. 10 mins walk to metro station (Xativa) and despite being right in the middle of the city centre, surprisingly quiet at night. Comfy beds, we had a good sleep. Good shower. Limited reception times but good communication how to access if arriving outside these times. What we missed in the room were coffee/tea making facilities in the room (like kettle and cups, or even a glass to drink some water), as well as a small fridge.

Keurig schoon. Lift en airco/verwarming. Prettige nachtverlichting in kamer en badkamer. Niet fel, wel fijn. In de nacht wel wat rumoer buiten, dat heb je midden in de stad....
