• Nancy (10/5): SUPER WE MERE/FILS - L'accueil depuis notre arrivée sur le parking (voiturette) à la remise des clés de notre chambre avec une petite coupe de cava. La chambre est grande à souhait, propre, bien agencée. La salle de bain est pourvue de tout le nécessaire (gel douche, savon pour les mains, shampoing de la gamme RITUALS, peignoirs, chaussons, serviettes même de piscine, brosses à dents, rasoir). Le service au restaurant, le choix des menus, Sam étant particulièrement attentive aux souhaits et allergies. L'accès direct au parc mais surtout, ce qui a porté notre choix sur cet hôtel, les coupes files. Le coupe file ne comprend pas les deux plus grosses attractions (UNCHARTED & HURAKAN CONDOR) même pas au moins un passage par personne pendant le séjour. Si trop de monde, possibilité d'acheter un coupe-fil par attraction sur place, coût extrêmement excessif, pas moins de 20 à 27€/personne/attraction.

The old lady did not answer the phone at the reception, although when I went down the stairs, she was there and wrote something 2. They do not know English even at the table, they rushed the orders, I ordered something and I received the address. I do not know even basic English related to cooking. 3. They do not have TV channels 4. Drinking water is not free in the room 5. They do not have salad at breakfast, no vegetables 6. Now they have water and napkins in the room 7. Water comes out of the shower cabin 8. Bad internet connection 9. Since I had already paid for breakfast and was not taking it that morning, I asked for 4 sandwiches for 2 adults and 2 children. They told me it was impossible to do them for safety reasons. I was about to leave the hotel at 2.30 and I asked to prepare the sandwiches in the evening. I received 1 kg of fruit and 5 bottles of water and corn kernels. 10. I asked for the bill from the first day and no one answered me. It's been 1 week already and I haven't received any bill. In conclusion, Lucy'mansion is not worth it at all because it doesn't offer the standards of a real 5 star hotel, I would say not even 4. The services are execrable.

• haggi123 (10/5): A must stay hotel. - This hotel and it's staff are an asset to portaventura world. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The cleaners doman amazing job. The pool is small but a perfect size for the hotel. And you can use the rest of the Sullivan city pools. The food is amazing. Pool towels are included. The staff are amazing and will do their very best to make you feel welcomed and are so friendly. They will help with any queries and book any meals etc a for you. The express pass is massive plus also. A tip would be download the portaventura world app.

If you are a group of 2 or more, this is THE choice. - The price of a single night includes not only the park access, but an unlimited express pass for every visitor both for check-in and check-out dates. That alone would be a great offer for that money. However, every other detail is spot on. Comfortable beds, bathtub, stylish interiors, very high ceilings, and a great restaurant, having, I would guess, its own chef.

Everyone was so friendly and attentive, we couldn’t find a single fault on our three night stay. We loved having the express pass included, this was a real bonus. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay and said we couldn’t return to Port Aventura and stay in another hotel. Honestly the easiest 5⭐️’s ever given!

• ERJToon (10/5): Lovely hotel and good holiday - Just returned from a five night stay at Mansion de Lucy. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Most of the staff speak English. It is a lovely hotel , the rooms are a good size and it is very quiet, with house keeping daily. We stayed half board. The breakfast is a buffet including pastries, yoghurt, cereal, meats, fruits. You can also order from the menu which includes an English breakfast and pancakes. The food is lovely. On the odd day there was a wait for the food so if you are in a hurry to get into the park at 10am go earlier for breakfast. You can get a dine around ticket for the evening meal. We ate at the River Gold buffet, 7.30pm. You get a choice of three sittings. There is a good choice including chips, toasties, lots of vegetables, meats, burgers, hot dogs, fish, fruits, choice of fresh breads and some lovely desserts. My daughter can be fussy but she loved trying new foods. The hotel has a small pool which we didn’t get time to use. There are plenty of sunbeds and places to sit. We ate lunch in the park some days. The food is nice and there is plenty of choice. Check the times for when they open/close as some open later in the day and close early. You get express passes for both theme parks. These are very handy. It does not include the newer ride Uncharted. The wait can be very long for the ride even if you go in earlier at 10am. The express is 30 euros per person for a single use. Guests can go in half an hour early. Again check the app for ride times. Portaventura park is much bigger than last time we came and there are plenty of rides and shows. When we went it was hot so we went for a few hours in the morning and thin later in the day. We need to return as we definitely didn’t see and do everything. Ferrari Land has two fast rides my daughter loved these . It’s small but worth a look around and has plenty of places to eat. It open later in the afternoon. We did do a few hours at the Caribe Waterpark. If staying onside you get a discount however when I checked the online prices we were charged normal price. I bought a cabana for 120 euros which included fast passes. It is nothing fancy and the fan didn’t work. People were very rude and sat outside of it so it wasn’t easy to get in and out. There were people sitting right behind it and there children looked through the gaps so there was no privacy. The woman who sold us the tickets was very rude and we had to ask someone else where the cabanas were. The queues we still just as long even with the passes. Not a very enjoyable day. I did complain about the cabana but the staff member shrugged his shoulders and walked away. The food was nice and my daughter enjoyed the wave pool. We got a taxi down to Salou and spent a few hours looking aaround. I was a little lost in the end so I went into a hotel and asked for a taxi back to the hotel. The cost was different each time from 15 euros to 20. We also visited the shopping mall in Tattagona, Centre Commercial. It is closed on a Sunday. We spent a good few hours there. We got a taxi there and there is a taxi rank outside the H & M shop. The price was 25 to 30 euros. The hotel can order a taxi for you if you want to go any where. The shopping centre has plenty of shops and places to eat. My daughter loved the Bershka shop aimed at younger women and those no larger than a size 8 to 10. There is also a shop that sells cheap make up and perfume called Druni. The flights were with Jet2 and we had no problems. I am also a type 1 diabetic using the Dexcom g6 and Omnipod and had no problems getting through Newcastle or Reus airport. I took plenty of supplies. My Omnipod did fall off one day with the heat but I took plenty extras. A good holiday and wish we stayed longer just to see everything.

• StephenMGBruce (10/5): Luxury theme park experience - I decided to upgrade myself to the premium in park hotels. Upon arrival I had my driver help me find the hotel it was located within the gold river complex within Portaventura World. The hotel is a charming building small and quiet with great character. This is my 4th hotel I’ve tried within the hotels at the park and it’s by far my favourite checking in was seamless they give you all you need they took care of my luggage etc as my room wasn’t ready which was fine I was there for the park I arrived around 12. Checkin was seemless beats standing in a queue and going to a luggage locker. Went off to the park about 10 mins later room was ready but didn’t need to go there till later Room was ample only thing I’ll say was there was no water on arrival in the room supposedly there was meant to be but that was sorted after I said. I had welcome drinks at the bar in the evening and they brought around snacks Outdoor pool was closed due to being April but looked fab and hotel restaurant id booked dinner it was also well done and staff very attentive I have to say overall the staff made this place special they drove me to the front of the park to go to Ferrariland always checking everything was ok. If you want a lux theme park experience look no further than this hotel.

The service was amazing, all the staff was super friendly and helpful in special to Fabia from the restaurant. She made the whole difference in our dine experience. The food was extremely good, really recommend to dine at the hotel. The reception was very helpful every time that we need, everyone was prepared to help us in anything we need. They even organised the right time for us to use the free shuttle from the hotel to the station with Claudio very nice and sweet guy. We will definitely comeback to stay in this hotel.

Nothing is too much and if there is anything that can be done to make you happy, then rest assured that it will be. This is a fantastic outstanding hotel.

• cyril (6/5): SUFFISANT - Durant notre journée dans le parc, nous reçevons un sms pour nous dire que la chambre est prête, sans précipitation nous profitons jusqu'au coucher du soleil du parc. Nous arrivons dans notre chambre très fatigué du trajet du matin et la journée au parc reservé pour 3 , le 3ème lit n'est pass fait !! donc je me suis fait mon lit tout seul puis tombant de fatigue, à 19h30 le service rentre dans la chambre me reveil et me demande si c'est ok pour faire le lit !!!!! pose une boite de cacahuete enrobé de chocolat et repart comme si de rien était ! j'ai trouvé ça moyen! Nous partons diner en ville à Cambris, je reçoit un coup de tél de la réception pour me dire qu'on m'attend pour diner !!! bonjour la communication

Rien à redire, à y aller les yeux fermés si vous souhaitez un service personnalisé et loin du tourisme de masse.

La pulsera Express y la calidad y servicio en la restauración han sido los puntos fuertes para que hayamos decidido que cuando volvamos a Port Aventura no puede ser en otro hotel que no sea La Mansión de Lucy.

Август 2015, несмотря на то, что мы все взрослые, проучили массу удовольствий как от испанского Диснея, так и от отличного отеля и сервиса. А если встанете в Парке как наш мужчина, то делайте как он. Муж вобще предпочитал вид из беседки у бассейна на поместный дом( гостиницу) , сигареты и крепкие напитки и был счастлив:) Главное -непременно пойдите в водную зону. Сутки счастья для всей семьи! Отдельное спасибо Марии на ресепшене, очаровательная, доброделптельная и готова помочь во всем, как и весь персонал отеля. Рекомендуем всем!
• Gustavo (2/5): No abran el hotel si no están preparados... - tras la reserva en Expedia traté de llamar 20 veces al hotel pero tenían un problema informático y "ya me devolverían la llamada" (sigo esperando). Al llegar a PortAventura no estaba señalizado hasta más adentro (hay que tirar a la izquierda) pero no en los carteles de entrada. El checkin lo hizo una chica española de gafas y pelo corto que tenía cero empatía a estos problemas y que me hubiera hecho 6 horas desde Madrid con mis dos hijos para llegar a "su" hotel. Como el sistema informático estaba caído no podían hacerme la factura. Me subo a la habitación, cuyo baño tenía unos pelos negros enormes (mis hijos y yo somos más bien rubios-castaños). Cansados por el viaje llamo al Room Service. Imposible, no deja de comunicar. Bajo a Recepción y está "mi amiga". Espero pacientemente que acabe de hablar por teléfono y pido el room service (así las dos noches). No hay menú para niños y eso que en el restaurante sí tienen. Pido un favor y la respuesta es no. Cero flexibilidad en un hotel que yo pensaba era para familias en el Parque. Por la mañana 15 minutos para que te traigan un café en el desayuno. Dejen que el café y las tostadas se puedan coger. El problema de tratar el desayuno como restaurante de lujo es que van muy despacio y mis niños sólo quieren el Cola Cao! Checkout: les pido que revisen la factura que me parece me han vuelto a cobrar el tercio pagado vía Expedia. Me confirman que está todo bien. Llego a Madrid y veo que me han cobrado la totalidad íntegra...
