Verified traveler (10/5): Top Cleanliness Hotel - The customer service was great from Sue the Boss. This was our second year going here. The room was well maintained and looked brand new and cleaned daily. I liked that the pool is salt water not chlorine.

Consider bring a clothes drying rack. One washer and dryer on premise. To keep the unit cool requires the bedroom door to be kept open. Two pull out single beds serve as couches— short in length. Air conditioner located in bedroom with king sized bed. Small kitchen opens into lving room and dining area. This is a small motel between larger motels— efficient and less pricey. Good value. Elevator. Nice part of Wildwood Crest.

We had to wait a few days of our trip, but we were eventually upgraded to a 2 room efficiency. Being a smaller motel, there are always guests interacting near the pool. The rooms are very clean. The staff is very nice. We will be coming back next year!

The room was very hot when I arrived and the Air C unit was too high for me to reach. They came immediately to fix it. A not-nice doormat inside door. No in room local Information book. No staff available to ask. Room was very clean. AC worked great. Photo of girl near beach is over a block away. Photo of huge room is taken with a special lens to make it appear very large. Pllayground shown in photo is 2 blocks away. Quite a long walk to the Boardwalk. We would not stay here again.
Ann (8/5): Good location, super clean room - We had type A room. This room is comfortable for family of 4. The room we stayed seems recently renovated. I’m very sensitive with the smell so i was hesitated when I booked the motel, hope for the best. Turned out it was a very clean room, kitchen and refrigerator, comfortable bed & good location (short walk to the boardwalk). Only complaint I would have that they didn’t let us to check in early. We got to wait until 3pm. Overall, great experience with 1st time stay at Crystal. Will be back again.

beach lovers (8/5): Very clean and competitive room close to beach. - Stayed 3 nights over Memorial day weekend 2017. Hotel was exceptionally clean, with simple but updated decor and furnishings. Location was lose to the beach and convenient to restaurants and boardwalk. Hotel staff was very friendly. 'Ocean View' rooms only had an oblique view of the ocean, but the view was clear from the balcony which had two comfortable chairs. My only complaint would be that the two beds in the ocean-view rooms are doubles, not queens, so they are tight. Suites further back in the hotel have some queen and king beds, and you can sit at public tables on the terrace to view the ocean, so if we get a chance to return we will take one of those rooms. If you are looking for a simple but clean and fresh smelling room in a convenient location at a competitive rate then Crystal Beach will fit the bill. If you are looking for luxury then consider others, but be prepared to pay more.
