- Katharina (6/5): Okay - Zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Veranstaltungsort, Thesz, wo ich hin wollte. Freundliches Personal. Parkplatzsituation. Vor dem Haus ist halten nicht möglich. Es gibt eine kleine Garage, die aus meiner Sicht aber sehr teuer war. Dafür konnte ich bei der Abreise mein Auto aber noch bis nachmittags stehen lassen.

Dass, sofort bei der Ankunft der Parkplatz bezahl werden musste, als ob ohne die Nitzung des Zimmers und des Parkplatzes abhauen würde. Keine Leistung inanspruch genommen, Hauptsache wir konnten eine Abbichung vornehmen.

- Josh (10/5): So good I actually bothered to review - I’ve stayed here three times now and it just gets better. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet, and the location is perfect for access to the centre without taking on the crowds and noise. There’s a tram stop on the doorstep which is ideal for getting to the football. I was most impressed by the service. The gentleman on reception was very friendly and spoke better English than I do! It made the hotel feel very homely. I was able to leave my bags before and after checking in, and they even took them to my room for me while I was out exploring. I look forward to staying here again. No issues at all.

Отдельно хочу отметить, что на завтраке есть аппарат, где можно делать свежий фреш из апельсинов. В 10 метрах есть закусочная. В номере отсутствует чайник. Холодильника нет, хотя видно, что место под холодильник есть в мебели и он там когда то был. Маленький санузел.

- Shirley (6/5): Der Aufenthalt war gut, das Zimmer tatsächlich etwas klein, aber gemütlich - die Reservierung hat reibungslos funktioniert das Personal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Frühstücksbereich waren außergewöhnlich nett und man hat sich wirklich sehr umsorgt gefühlt tatsächlich hat es nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun, sondern viel mehr die Zufahrt zum Hotel, die durch eine Einbahnstraße etwas schwer zugänglich war. Auch das parken ist dort etwas problematisch. Daher habe ich den Hotel Stellplatz noch hinzu gebucht.

- Peter (8/5): Ideal für Kurzreisen und perfekte Lage - Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Man bekommt den Kaffee oder Tee in Porzelankännchen an den Tisch serviert. Die Lage war perfekt für uns: in der Mitte zwischen Dom und Lanxess-Arena gelegen, direkt an der U-Bahnstation und der Hohenzollernbrücke. Ideal um zu Fuß in die Stadt zu kommen oder zur Arena auf ein Konzert zu gehen. Für die begrenzte Zahl von Parkplätzen sind die Preise pro Tag relativ hoch (27 €), aber vermutl. für eine Großstadt normal. Beim Frühstück sind Toast- oder sonst. Brotschnitten einzeln in Frischhaltefolie verpackt. Das könnte man abschaffen und das Brot wie in anderen Hotels in Körbchen offen anbieten und damit Plastikmüll vermeiden.

Die Betten bequem und wir haben gut geschlafen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vom Bahnhof aus, zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten zur erreichen. Das WC war leider nicht sauber. Bad und Dusche waren in Ordnung.
