• 268haileya (10/5): Lela is a superstar, hotel was clean and the breakfast was great! - Stayed here and had a great experience! I originally called over the phone to make a booking. A male answered and told me the computers were down and he would call me back after 15 min. Almost an hour later I called back because I hadn't heard anything and someone else answered. I realized there was a shift change and either the person hadn't been truthful about the computer being down or didn't pass on to his release to call me back. Fortunately, the new woman who answered was super kind and helpful. Her name was Lela and I cannot stress enough how amazing she was. She helped me download the Marriott app, and stayed on the phone with me the whole time to make sure the reservation went through (I was paranoid because we had spotty service in the area). We were happy to see her in-person as well when we checked in. She was cheery (despite it being very late at night) and even remembered my voice from our call earlier that day. It's been weeks and I still remember her name, that's how memorable she made the experience. We only stayed in the hotel less than 12 hours since Billings was just a stop over for us on a long road trip so I don't remember much about the room other than it was clean and very big. The continental breakfast was also really good, I loved the oatmeal bar! Overall, a great experience, would recommend.

• ChrisRbrown68 (10/5): Fantastic Hotel - This hotel was super nice, we enjoyed our stay. We traveled through Montana for Christmas and the people here were super friendly. The 2 rooms we had were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Good location. We will be back!

• Kristen (6/5): Overall, our stay was inconvenient and disappointing. - Nice location The continental breakfast was disappointing, and when we checked in at night, we were told the water would be completely shut off the next day from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. It would’ve been appreciated if they had offered a discount or the option to stay at their sister hotel. Overall, not worth the price.

• allisonpA1200MJ (4/5): If you don’t need wifi - this will do. - When you’re traveling for business & rely on fast wifi, Bonvoy Platinum Elite can’t even secure you a fast reliable connection. I spent hours at a Starbucks because the wifi was so slow at the hotel. The option to connect via QR code to your Netflix & YouTube was slso a nightmare in evenings- all guests were complaining. Front desk just handed you a phone number for some tech support. No thanks, Ill find a faster connection.

• Brady (10/5): Our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable. - We loved our room and the location of our room. We had ground floor with exit very close. The kitchenette was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice and attentive. We will be staying there again.
• ahniwaker (8/5): Comfortable - This was exactly what you would expect - and I appreciate that. Having roadtripped through MT and staying in a few spots as necessities, I was looking forward to the comfort of a Marriott. Hard to find the front desk staff at times but otherwise good.

• ericad265 (8/5): Great Choice for Billings - This is a very modern, clean hotel in a great location. Close to shops and restaurants, we even walked to dinner. The room has a full fridge and sink area which let us enjoy a takeout dinner our second night without feeling crowded (or eating on the bed). The sideways tv mount is a little odd and the shower amenities aren't my taste (but that's just me not liking the brand). Easy laundry for guests which we took advantage of and very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Overall, a great place if you are visiting Billings.

Layout of the hotel was spacious and a warm and inviting outside sitting area with a fireplace. Furniture seemed very old fashion and out of contrast with the room. It reminded me of old government furniture that no one is using anymore. Kitchen unit was adequate but very cramped. You couldn't access the bottom storage compartment of the refrigerator because the door would not open fully caused by the restriction of opening towards the room door which allowed no more room to fully open the frig door.

Everyone from front desk staff to food service to cleaning staff are cheerful and willing to help. The accessible room we had was clean and spacious. Excellent stay!

• Deanna (4/5): Great staff but a bit of a smell - I’ll start with the positives. The staff was friendly and kind, each one we talked to. The breakfast was standard but good and clean. That’s not always the case. But… it was a bit away from the exits to 95. And the hotel rooms were not very clean. Or maybe just run down. Lots of marks and what seems like old dirt. I know many people to not respect the space they occupy but there was a bit of a smell when we entered our room as well. I could have dealt more with the bad but let me say it was $50 more than our previous two nights where we had a fabulous place and it was very clean. I’m a Marriott rewards member so it is too bad. I wouldn’t sat here again if I could avoid it.

• bubba3122 (6/5): Careful What Room You Have - First of all I want to say Jackie is the best. Friendly, kind and always a smile. We stayed here before entering and after exiting Yellowstone and flying into and out of Billings airport. But I was disappointed in some parts of our stays. The first night was okay except that there's seating outside the back of the hotel and when people are out there, it's difficult to get to sleep. We had a similar issue on our second stay. Why does Marriott allow the fire pit out front to stay on at 2am (see photo below)???? Our room was on the third floor and once I woke up at midnight it was difficult to get back to sleep because of all the chatter from below. Were these employees with nothing else to do? The fire pit should not be on past 11pm! We also were originally put into a room that smelled like a pet was in the room before us. The curtain was even torn, I assume from that same pet. But we had our room changed with no issue - except it was above the front of the hotel with the fire pit.

• Erika (4/5): Do not stay here!! - We love this Marriott brand.. but this location was dirty and the staff DID NOT CARE!!! You asked for service and didn’t get it.. you asked for trash bags and had to wait 9 hours.. the room was full of hair!! The sheets had long black hairs, there were 7 hairs in the tub alone.. the toilet was stained from not being cleaned in awhile… The same as above.. it did not live up to expectation and when I complained I was told not to come back!!

The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t perfect were the towels-they are on the thin side. Thicker towels would be awesome😀

• Thomas (10/5): - This hotel was perfect for me and my dog! Employees were so nice. Love the kitchen and large dining table-and separate work space. The shower was great! Wonderful water pressure. The cookies in the evening was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was very good. Cage free egg omelette, sausage, Meat and potato burrito! WOW. Best hotel during my many days of travel!
• Kent (8/5): It was a nice stay and was a welcome day after sight-seeing in south central Montana. - It was a beautiful hotel which was quiet to minimize the sounds from outside. There was a patio with a fire pit that was very inviting. The kitchen was able to make me a special breakfast that avoided all my food issues. The location was certainly not prime and was difficult to navigate to it. It would have been nice to have been within walking distance to restaurants. I called as we were about an hour away and the phone was not answered in a very professional way.

• Reggiejf (8/5): Largge rooms look at per day deposit requirements with this facility - Overall this is a nice facility but the lobby area needs some updates. When checking in they still had up what looked like Fall / Halloween decorations when it was Christmas. That gives the appearance of being understaffed. The hallways also need a bit of sprucing up. The rooms were very nice oversized nicely cleaned and excellent beds and pillows. With a little care to the lobby they could be a top-rated hotel. There was also someone who was having a problem checking in they had reservation problems. My reservation went quickly and easily. But I felt that they needed to put attention on the decor of the lobby

• straw71 (8/5): Nice, but small - Stayed here during a weekend trip to Billings. The Hotel is in a convenient location and easy to find. The check in was easy enough, but there was no mention of my Marriott status, which is fine. I know there are no guarantees, but the extra towels and pillows I asked for were not in the room. Since they don't clean during a short stay, I had requested the extras. The room was clean; however, it was considerably small. Normally suites have a separate area for the living room, this one does not. The couch is basically at the end of the bed, facing it. The storage is good in the room, if you are staying for a while. The breakfast was decent, there was breakfast sandwiches, omelets and cooked bacon. There was also a waffle maker, oatmeal with many toppings, a few different cereals, some muffins, etc. along with yogurt. The bed was comfortable. We were on the first floor, and there was some type of humming noise, quite early in the morning. We were able to hear it although we utilized white noise, so you may not get a restful night sleep. Technically, I would have given 3.5 stars, but overall, not bad.

• James (8/5): Please Learn Human Decency - Hotel was great minus the 10 minutes it took for the water to get hot and the worn out couch. Now the other guest are a different story. Loud and rude. Anyone not on the first floor needs to learn how to walk lightly and stop slamming doors. Pet owners clean up after your pet. Dont leave whiney dogs alone in your room. Stop using a non fixed leash on aggressive dogs. Your dogs bad behavior is your fault.
• Ashley (10/5): Worth the money - Our hotel rooms we're very clean and well stocked. Our stay was great. No problems. Parking was great and safe. We felt safe in the area. Customer service was great. Anytime we needed anything we we're helped. Breakfast was decent. They did run out of stuff but tried to restock fastly. The hot chocolate and coffee at all hours was a nice touch. Our family enjoyed the outside fire and the indoor pool.

• Jaclynn (10/5): Comfortable stay in Billings - For the two of us, it was a very comfortable studio with kitchenette. There was plenty of room. There was clever multi-purpose furniture and exceptional amounts of storage space, including a large closet with drawers, shelves and hanging space. We appreciated details like a non-slip bath mat, grab bar in bath in a regular room, ample supplies for cooking, and good lighting/eclectric outlet options. Our only wish was for a few more ecologic touches. They used wall mounted shampoo etc. dispensers to avoid overuse of small plastic bottles but they did not have a way to recycle. For a week long stay, it was the most comfortable set-up we've encountered at this price point.

• FQTV_IT_Nurse (10/5): Everything I’d Expect…And More - When I discovered I’d be spending Eight Weeks in Billings Montana this Spring I set out to find somewhere I’d be comfortable, and receive the care I’ve come to expect as a Lifetime Titanium with current Ambassador Status. I found it here. Working directly with the General Manager, she booked all 8 weeks directly for me. Upon one of my early stays, I met the GM and several of her staff were on-hand which allowed me to introduce myself so I’d be a familiar face. The property is well maintained. The complimentary breakfast fresh and plentiful. When possible, I’ve enjoyed an upgrade to the already comfortable accommodations. They’ve gone above and beyond to make me feel at home. The location is near plenty of restaurants and shopping, but nestled off a side street for a quiet and comfortable stay. Thanks Again team for a great experience!
