- Yuen Kwan (10/5): A very pleasant and memorable stay at 1866 Court and Suites Hotel - The hotel is located right across the American University of Beirut with a peaceful and intellectual environment. It is also just 15-20 mins away from the coastline by foot. The staff are all very helpful and pleasant. Rooms are spacious and the housekeeping is done with care. There are lots of nice restaurants around!

- Don D. (10/5): I will always treasure my stays at 1866 Court & Suites. - 1866 Court & Suites has become my favorite hotel in Beirut. Seaside rooms offer an incredible view of the Mediterranean Sea and adjacent American University of Beirut. A Paul Patisserie is located below on the ground level, offering quite delicious croissants, coffee and more. One couldn't ask for a better view, location and service. I couldn't stay longer.

- Maya (10/5): - The room was comfortable, the view incredible, and the staff exceptional. They were so attentive and helpful, and went above and beyond what was expected. The hotel is perfectly located. It is right across the street from the American University of Beirut, and there are restaurants and grocery stores just down stairs. There is a good gym (with trainers) on the second floor, and a pool on the fifth (though it was closed when I was staying; apparently, it wasn't the season yet). The internet worked great and I was able to have online work meetings at any time of the day. I would highly recommend staying here, and I would definitely return on my next trip to Beirut.

- Josilin (6/5): - The shower is independent from the toilet and sink. Which is an odd bathroom layout. I’ve stayed here many times and I can’t get over how much I hate the bathroom. Bed is very hard, room was clean enough.

- Don D. (10/5): Best Hotel in Hamra for Value and View - Great location with a beautiful view of AUB and the Mediterranean sea. Rooms are modern, very clean with spacious restrooms and showers. A Paul patisserie is located downstairs.

- Ahmad (7/5): Would recommend. - The location is great, right on bliss street with plenty of restaurants and places to walk. The room was very spacious with a gorgeous view of the Mediterranean sea. The staff was all nice and the public spaces were well maintained. The wifi barely worked but thats more a Lebanon problem than a hotel problem.
