Guest Reviews
- Robert (7/5): -
- Idris Abiola (8/5): A nice place to stay, just a little touch of renovations to do, they can install a Smart TV as against the old version. - Staffs are very friendly The staffs were exceptional in their dealings especially the manager Philip, the front desk Ajara, and the office assistant that was helping with errands and other stuffs.
- Francis (2/5): -
- stephen (8/5): The room didn’t look like an executive suit. The amenities looked old - The reception. The staff were okay It wasn’t value for money. I booked for executive suit and didn’t look as such. The fridge wasn’t properly cleaned, the TV wasn’t connecting well.
The breakfast was poor.

- Kjær (9/5): Det er altid en fornøjelse at bo på hotellet - God service
- Ebou (5/5): -
- Shimone (8/5): My stay was good, no complaints. I would recommend this for the budget savvy traveler. Bed was comfortable and gave me a - Close to town and good rate. Staff is very friendly and respectful Older property needs investment to bring it into current standards.
- Amoaful (2/5): Highly dissatisfied - The rooms were grossly bad. The sheets were dirty and bathrooms looked like they have not been cleaned for a decade. Cleaning of the rooms and sheets could have made the place much better
- Faisal (7/5): - The staff were superb We paid the same price as online but the breakfast package was not part why?
- Andrei (3/5): - Friendly staff Everything too old and dirty, except for towels probably.
- oumar Ahmat (10/5): -
- Bailey (8/5): My stay was good, the staff was very friendly and help full. Will definitely go back again - The breakfast was very good and healthy Water not always warm for shower.
- Zweli Mdu (1/5): Not so good but has potential - The location was good and the aircon was functioning well. 1. The place was very untidy: dirty mirrors, dirty refrigerator, dust accumulation on windows and window seals, etc.
2. The staircase has dangerously portruding metals that can harm people or their shoes at any time.
3. The reception area always smells of cogarettes or something similar to cigarette smoke.
4. Breakfast menu was omelette, two slices of bread and a glass of juice everyday, no variety or change.
5. What was portrayed in photos online is not as it really appears on the ground.
- Qwabe (1/5): - Nothing The rooms were so bad, totally not what one sees in their pictures on the internet. Dirty linen, dirty bathrooms.
- Mhaka (4/5): -
- Mercer (8/5): Haven for me - After staying at some similarly priced accommodation in Accra and other towns in Ghana, I was really pleased with the level of comfort I experienced here. Nice friendly staff who were always helpful. I felt very well looked after and quite relieved to have found this place. I even extended my stay by a further week. This hotel would be elevated if more attention to detail was paid to the cleanliness.
- TUYISENGE (3/5): You need professional staff, equipment, new furniture, and repainting the house.
No bonus for room - None You need professional staff, equipment, new furniture, and repainting the house
- Eunice (7/5): Great service. The staff were very professional and helpful. Thank you! - Chef Richard Prepared Delicious Breakfast For Me and my family and it was very good. The bathroom
- Gladys (8/5): - Amazing customer service. Readiness to help at any time of the day. Very good location as its easy to commute. Will definitely recommend.

- Charlotte (5/5): -
- Diallo (10/5): -
- Songne (5/5): - L'acceuil de la réception très cool Les bruit des voitures à l'intérieur de la chambre et la lumière exterieur pénètrent dans la chambre
- Paul (3/5): Poor -
- Oluwatoyosi (1/5): Bad -
- Anita (2/5): Very poor -
- Divine (1/5): You would not pay me to stay there again - Nothing. The hotel is outdated, dirty and poorly maintained. I was appalled by the state of that hotel. The pictures online are very deceiving. There was something wrong with one thing or the other in each room Upon arrival, the rooms were not clean, AC was not cooling properly because it was dirty. There was also some dust in the room itself. The toilet was the worst, I think the owner of the hotel is really stingy and has failed to actually invest in the quality of his hotel
- Eric (2/5): You’ll request a refund but won’t get one. - This motel should not be listed on hotel.com. It’s overpriced for what it offers, and there are serious safety concerns. Many doors can be easily pushed open from the outside, and several have missing locking mechanism brackets, making them appear as though they’ve been kicked in. I strongly advise against staying here; it simply isn’t safe. After discovering that my door wouldn’t stay shut, I decided not to stay, and I believe you would make the same choice. Additionally, the rooms have an unkempt appearance that is quite off-putting. Hotel.com doesn’t value there customers safety in a case like this NO REFUND!
- Awonuga (8/5): The staff and manager/owner were amazing. They made sure our stay was worth it. - It was a standard breakfast and enjoyable.
- Osaze (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jibatswen (8/5): Satisfactory - I like the staff hospitality, their responses to request and daily response to room cleaning. The beddings were always cleaned. More work to be done in renovation or repair. My root shower stand is not there. I had to be using hand to hold shower while bathing.
- Bisola (6/5): - The only things that work well are the AC and water heater. The property should not charge that much if the rental does not offer the expected world-class delivery, especially for those visiting the area and the hotel for the first time.
Also, the images are somewhat unrepresentative of the overall system or building. The property could use some remodeling.
All the best.
- N (6/5): Basic amenities but perfect location for Adabraka - This is my usual 'go-to' basic hotel whenever l first arrive in Accra due to its convenient location for the places I need to get to. The noise from the main road the hotel is located on is no where near as bad once you are inside.Happy to see they have made some notable upgrades to the place but the bathrooms still need to be maintained in much better condition. Also disappointed that some breakfast items had run out when I arrived towards the end of breakfast time (10am), but the hotel made good one time I missed breakfast altogether due to early meeting and made sure I had a small bite to eat before I had to check out. Staff are excellent ... Helpful and attentive; manager was good and big enough to apologise and give explanation when the staff relayed an issue I had back to him.
- Vikash (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mavis (8/5): Very good -
- Jessica (4/5): Disappointing - The managers reception Didn't have breakfast, deceptive pictures of the hotel
Some rooms had inserts which made the kids uncomfortable
- Mansur (10/5): Exceptional -
- Salome (8/5): Enjoyable and satisfactory - The complimentary breakfast and the attitude of the staffs was spot on. The area is a bit noisy.
- Christina (9/5): Wonderful -
- Mark (10/5): - I felt very at home at this hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful.
The owner was extremely caring and helpful as well. Its a good place.
- Abbas (8/5): Very good -
- Adu (1/5): Bad - The rooms are not neat i don't even think they do cleaning there my wife even found cockroaches in the room the price they took was tooo much for this rooms I didn't like anything
- Akintayo (2/5): Very poor -
- Adenike (7/5): My stay was okay - Nice Nothing
- Neil (3/5): Poor - No toilet paper. No soap. Broken shower.
- Ibrahim (7/5): Good - I enjoyed my stay as it was accessible and easy to locate
- Salome (8/5): A lovely experience. Would definitely use the hotel if ever I am in Ghana again - The staff were polite and kind. They also proved useful to assisting me with getting around the city since I was new in town. They responded to all my request promptly. The facilities in the room exceeded my expectations. Their restaurant makes tasty and filling meals. It’s close to the road side hence on few occasions early in the morning noise from pedestrians and moving vehicles filtered into the room.
- Donne (10/5): It was amazing and i can't wait to book them again. - The food is delicious and it close to most things that i needed. I like the way the staff at the reception is there to assist me with things and they are happy when you walked in or ask questions.
- Barak (1/5): Bad -
- Felicia (7/5): Okay - Location
- Rets'elisitsoe (3/5): Poor - People were friendly It is really dirty, even the bedding was dirty, and had to change the room as a result. The photos are just of the room...really bad.
- Damola (8/5): Very good -
- Albert (6/5): - Staff were very friendly. There was no fridge in my room. No hot water after the first day. Limited food menu in the restaurant. Lot of improvements need to be done. The environment is noisy.
- Dr. (2/5): Poor service - I like the location. It is not far from the Kotoka airport. But the pictures found online and the reality is too far. It is too old and requires reinnovations.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - It wasn’t s like seen on the internet, the shower was dirty.
- Gary (2/5): - No towels or soap provided and water tap not working at all
- Carmela (8/5): - The best aspect of this property is the people who work at the hotel. Terrific! Helpful and kind. Gladys, the cook, is also wonderful. She works magic. I will certainly stay here again.
- Ibila (6/5): - Old hotel.
- bamidele (8/5): nice - nice reception, calm and clean
- Kevin (4/5): - Staff were good. But not worth the money . They added laundry yet I was charged just for pressing of my clothes and washing of my things . Damn . Room was too small and shower didn’t even flow well . This hotel really needs a good renovation
- william (6/5): - Can be better
- Rose (10/5): The staff make the hotel pleasant - It's quite a comfortable hotel but the best part of the hotel is it's staff and the excellence with which they render services and how resourceful they are especially Mr. Richard, Ms. Pricilla, Mr. Michael and Mr Winner. The food is top-notch compliments to chef, and the gym is superb. All in all it was a nice place
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The hotel was furnished with old or obsoleted items and the room’s bed sheet, cushions, curtains, etc. are no clean and do not deserve for a ‘3.5 star hotel'. Relatively the hotel's staff service is good.
- Aurelio (2/5): Sincerely disappointed - The place is in a heavily traffic prostitution area, at night not safe to go for evening romantic walks
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The only reason why i am giving this hotel a 3 instead of a 5 is because (1.) they have it advertised as having an elevator and they do not have one and me being disable going up 2 flights of stairs was a hot mess(2.) Even tho the bed was big and pretty it was also hard as rocks lol and (3) the bathroom has very little space 2 ppl can not fit at one time. But other than those 3 issues the staff was great and very kind and pleasant and helpful location was great as well and the rooms are very spacious i would recommend this hotel just remember u get what you pay for....o yea and the WiFi couldnt have been any better
- Verified traveler (8/5): Excellent location - This hotel was definitely well situated plenty of action this is the part we loved most… We did not have to use our car, we walked anywhere we needed to go and there were plenty of vendors around. As far as the hotel we definitely liked the price. The breakfast was good and the staff were attentive.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Location was the only good thing about this hotel. If I could give a negative rating I would. Terrible owner. Treats the workers like trash.
- filmcomment (2/5): WORST HOTEL EVER - Rooms had old and worn out furniture, the bed was uncomfortable and had old sheets, the bathroom was an eyesore ,the shower head was rusty ,the television did not work and the owner/manager is arrogant and frankly disrespectful. The complementary breakfast was a joke and I did not even bother to eat.I wont even stay in this hotel if i was paid to.
The only plus is the location
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The room and the bathrooms were dirty.
- Barry (2/5): - This is a Very Strange Property: female staff Actually raised her voice & spoke me as if I was a Child! She asked where I get my Towels which were white and softer than there I guess less valued Towels! I simply explained that I don’t work here! Why would she even think that I know where the good Towels were? It was even Stranger that the TV had (get this) three Remotes, which meant the TV was hard to turn or get someone to come turn on the TV...last night the WiFi & TV didn’t work & I was so tired of asking for Help, Every Day sometimes 2 or 3 times...I felt like “Just Shoot Me”
- Bill (4/5): - Nice staff but facilities pretty run down. Not sure price is worth the venue.
- kenneth (8/5): Good hotel - Stay was okay. They respond to complaints fast enough.
Its an okay place to stay.....and very cheerful chef.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Just used the room to change my clothing , didn't sleep there.
the hotel is situated on a busy main road, he outside of the property is presentable.
Staff very nice and check in was quick
Didn't like the look of the room it was very old and shabby. it looked more like an hostel than a hotel .
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The quality of the bathroom was not up to best practice in Ghana even for the price range
- Disappointed (6/5): - The single room was very noisy as the windows are facing the busy street. Will definitely not book a single room again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Their hospitality was awesome. I didn't like the fact that my towel wasn't returned on time after housekeeping.
- KLG (8/5): - Generally, a nice place to stay! Good staff, nice location, a very decent hotel.
- Adeyinka (8/5): Old hotel but still functional - I enjoyed my stay. No serious issues except the wardrobe in my room wasn't functional. I also wish the building had an elevator.
- kipotseng (2/5): Training - the hotel has unfriendly arrogant manager who doesn't care to listen to customers or appreciates their concerns - the food was horrible .
the only positive thing was that the staff was trying to help though their working condition wasn't favorable
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Hotel is right on main road, and look worn down. I can't decide whether i prefer how it look during the day or at nighttime. The room was large, so was the bed and I had requested the room in the photos, but initially they gave me a different room. This first room was just as large but much darker lot of browns and just didn't give me light energy. I spoke up and said i wanted the room in the photos as per my request, they checked and said it was available and i got transferred. On first appearance, the room is bright and large, however its clear the interior design is just a mix and match of any furniture together, there was a brown cupboard to the left of the bed which looked like it had seen better days. I didnt use it at all during my stay. The silver chairs placed beside the bed seemed pointless and quite dirty with obvious stains all over, again i didnt sit or use that area. a desk and chair and mirror across the room, also didn't match the decor. The bed was comfortable, however the duvet didnt appear very clean, there were holes and more stains in the duvet cover, making me scared to even open up the bed and get in, let alone look closely at the bedsheet.
Bathroom was cleanish but old, shower is just an old showerhead with no pressure placed upright. Air conditioning is strong, There is no hot water, you have to call reception for it to be switched on, even then its only lukewarm. Staff are friendly, Cleaner is good at her job, not her fault facilities are old.
- Isaac (8/5): - It was so fantastic
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Staff were very helpful and friendly. Menu options were limited. Stick to jollof rice
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff and manager were very hospitable and courteous. The location was quite close to my exams centre....i strongly recommend this hotel..
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Internet is fast
pickup driver can be better at communication with the guests
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It felt like it was someone’s old house that was converted to a hotel. It wasn’t modern at all. Would never go back there.
- Obinna (10/5): - The room is quite spacious, neat and comfortable. The facilities are good. Was everything we expected
- Brian (8/5): Nice place - The hot water in the shower was not great, but the staff was fantastic and the location was very convenient to the international and domestic busses.
- Kehinde (8/5): Lovely Staff - The staffs were exceptional, from Jeff to Michael and the lovely guy at the kitchen. The manager was quick to resolve any issue. The hotel looks old from outside but they try to make the inside presentable as possible. The hotel needs serious maintenance work. Practically everything is broken and dirty.
- Ade,Thelma (8/5): - Staffs were nice and accommodating, closer to the Mokola market was a plus.
- Larry (8/5): - No requirement needed but wifi connection was not good necessitating a move. Nice hotel overall
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Overall experience ..wonderful.great workers.helpful team.beautiful rooms
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Nice hotel located in the center and it is easy to access other location...easy to get transportation form the hotel
- Seth (10/5): - Very neat and nice place. Great staff. I loved the place and would definitely be there again
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not suitable with small children - Nice location and convenient. Staff were nice. Food from restaurant were freshly prepared to order so took long but was nice.
Hotel is not suitable for people with small children. No safety bar on outside stairs to rooms or on the windows.
Hotel was easy to find and within easy access of many facilities in Accra.
- Linash1 (8/5): Quiet - Nice hotel, lovely room, lovely staff but bathroom could have been better. Room service is allowed and the restaurant delivers to the room. Quiet place close to all important places in Accra. Air conditioner kept going off and had to be restarted.
- Edward (10/5): GOod - Was nice. Had no issues.
