• Tammy (10/5): - Very impressed. Great location, clean and excellent Housekeeping services.Never did find the coffee shpp but plenty of options nearby. Would definitely book again! The only complaint was there were only a few small drawers and 3 hangers. Great for short stays but for 7 nights, I felt my belongings were scattered.

• Nam Hee (8/5): - 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 주변에 맛집도 많고 걸어서 석촌호수도 산책하고 롯데월드몰에도 갈수 있습니다. 객실에서 롯데월드와 롯데타워를 볼 수 있어서 아주 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 어린 자녀가 있는 4인가족이 묵기에 충분했습니다. 만족스러운 숙박이었고, 다음에도 다시 투숙할 의향이 있습니다.

• Sanae (10/5): - 部屋が広くて、とても景色の良い部屋を用意してもらえて、とても快適に過ごせました。 バスタブとシャワーブースもあって、すごく広い！あとウォシュレットが付いてなかったのが残念だったけど、逆にそれ以外は本当に満足。 隣の部屋の音が聞こえる事もなく静かで、本当にゆっくりできました。 日本語を話せるスタッフはいらっしゃらない感じですが、とても親切でした。

• Linda (10/5): Walkable and convenient - Great location. We were on the 7th floor overlooking the lake and Lotte tower. The view was great night and day. The cleaning staff was friendly. The hotel decor might not be to everyone’s taste but it was clean and well stocked with amenities. Would definitely stay again if back in that area.

• Alison (8/5): - We got this hotel for the view of Lotte World and Seoul Sky. There’s a park right in front too. Although a little dated, it has everything you need in a hotel. A little bit of a walk to Jamsil station but doable.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 가성비 좋은 호텔 - 연식이 오래된 건물이라 전체적으로 노후된 느낌은 있으나 청결상태는 양호합니다. 8층이었는데 복도에서 사우나의 습함과 냄새가 조금 납니다. 실 내부에 별도의 금고는 없습니다. 가격대비 방과 화장실이 크고 쾌적합니다. 다만 화장실 문은 잠금장치가 잘 맞물리지 않아 완전히 닫는데 여러번 시도해야 했습니다. 석촌호수를 향한 통창으로 뷰가 좋았습니다. 가격대비 만족합니다.

• Younguk (8/5): 첫 숙박~! - 레이크뷰방을 잡았습니다. 일단 방이 넓고, 출입문에서 방사이에 이중문이라서 소음도 적어요, 친구랑 커피와 케익을 포장해왔는데, 마침 의자 두개와 티테이블 공간이 있어서요, 창밖경치를 보며 같는 티타임 최고네요. 애초에 뷰가 좋다고 해서 처음 와봤는데 뷰는 6~9층이 좋을듯 싶네요. 호텔자체가 연식이 좀 있어서, 티비는 구형 이고요, 감성의 vtr이 있네요. 후각이 예민하신 분이라면, 약간의 담배남새가 납니다. 전체적으로 방 넓고, 뷰 좋고, 스마트 티비는 아니여서 티비보러 오실분들은 hdmi잭 준비하셔야 됩니다.

• HANNA (8/5): 석초혼수 근방에 제일 갈만한 추천하하는 호텔입니다. - 직원이 가능객실여부를 빨리 대응해주었고, 추가요금없이 얼리체크인이 가능했습니다. 베드는 아주 푹신하고 깨끗했으며...트윕베드룸이어도 공간이 넉넉했습니다. 호텔 연식이 꽤 되기 때문에 요즘 선호되는 호텔들이 비하면 조금 올드하고 촌스럽지만...그래도 이만한 청결도와 베드면 추천할 만 합니다. 특히 에어컨이 아주 강력하게 나와 만족도가 큽니다. 화장실도 넓고 수압도 좋고 더운물도 잘 나와서 하루 잘 쉬다 갑니다.

• Rasheem (8/5): Nice hotel, great location - I had an overall great stay, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the hotel staff had a difficult time understanding english. Though I had s non smoking room, the smell of smoke over took the room coming from the hallway and filled the floor I was on . The room was extremely clean, and the veiw was amazing. It's the perfect hotel to stay at seeing that you're so close to all the attractions.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Lovely hotel close to shopping. - This hotel was recommended to me by people living in the community. I am so glad they did. It was clean, comfortable, and had lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The cost was reasonable and the staff extremely attentive, although English was not their strong point. If you need to take a taxi from the hotel I recommend having the address printed in English.
• Alton (10/5): Lake Hotel first choice. - I had stayed at the Lake Hotel once before several years ago. Because of its quality I chose it again and will again for any future stays in Seoul. Everything was perfect but for the average American the bed may not be quite what you want in softness but I have no personal complaint about it. Hotel Lake is in an exceptionally great area. Across the street is Lake Seokchon where people of all ages take their walks for health and exercise. At each end is an exercise area. Travelers will find this area very safe at all hours. Many restaurants and coffee shops are in the area and across the lake is an amusement park, live theater and Lotte World, all worth exploring. A ten minute walk from Lake Hotel, at Lotte World, is subway line #2 for easy access to the rest of Seoul.

Staff provided us with all the information we asked for, promptly completed requests for extras such as Tavel adapters and even walked us to the taxi with umbrellas when it rained. staff even went out of their way to order our McDonalds delivery at 11 at night because of the language barrier while trying to order online. I would say the beds were a little hard, however, surprisingly my whole family found that for the firmness of the mattress it was a very very comfortable. Also, room was provided with full size shampoo,conditioner, body wash and even extras such as facial cleanser,toner, hair gel, hairspray and a razor. They thought of everything for us . For the location,service and quality this was a great hotel at a great price. Would stay here again any time.
