• Naser (9/5): Very wonderful - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing, the beach was beautiful and clean, and the overall services were excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful throughout the stay. I would also like to give special thanks to the reception team. When they knew that we were on our honeymoon, they kindly upgraded our reservation from a Superior Pool View room to a Deluxe Pool and Side Sea View room, which made our experience even more special and memorable The only downside was that there was no aqua park or water slides at the swimming pool area for adults

• Elena (8/5): - Нам бесплатно повысили категорию номера до Супериор,номер после ремонта,но вид из окна был на строящийся амфитеатр,стройка в полном разгаре и на другой стороне бассейна рабочие ремонтировали плитку😅 Звукоизоляция отличная,шум не слышно)отель чистый,большой,первая линия, пляж тоже огромный,море без волн почти,так как отель расположен в бухте,но вот лежаки подуставшие... Отдельное спасибо команде анимации, очень талантливые ребята,проводят зумбу,акваэробику,йогу,игры,вечером танцы и дискотека,было весело и интересно 🫶от отеля 10 минут идти до старого города,где очень атмосферная площадь с фонтанами и мечетью. Не понравился только выбор еды,как-то бедновато и однообразно для 5*....

Lo Staff tutti cordiale, gentile e disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutarti. Ogni problema si sono messi a disposizione per risolvere ogni necessità. L'unico inconveniente erano i lavori in corso al piano sopra di noi. Ci avevano proposto di cambiare camera, ma considerando che dovevano stare pochi giorni non ci andava di traslocare. Alla fine hanno chiesto alla ditta di iniziare a lavorare più tardi per venire incontro ai clienti.

• Elsebaey (3/5): Overall, the stay was disappointing due to poor hygiene, misleading expectations. - We experienced several issues across multiple areas of our stay, particularly with dinner and breakfast. The food quality was consistently below expectations, both in terms of taste and hygiene. Unfortunately, some members of our family experienced stomach issues after dining at the hotel, which was very concerning. In addition, the overall cleanliness standards in the dining area need serious improvement. Plates and glasses were not properly cleaned, which further impacted our confidence in the food safety and hygiene practices. Overall, the dining experience was disappointing and did not meet basic hospitality standards, which significantly affected our holiday experience. What we didn’t like was mainly the gap between what was advertised and what we actually experienced. The photos presented online do not accurately reflect reality. For example, the water activities shown for kids appeared to be part of the hotel facilities, but when we tried to access them, we were informed that they belong to another hotel, despite there being no clear separation or signage to indicate this. Additionally, there was ongoing construction work during our stay. This was not communicated in advance and created constant noise, which was quite disruptive. More importantly, the area did not seem fully secured, raising safety concerns for both children and adults. Overall, these issues significantly impacted our experience and fell short of expectations.

Allerdings hätten wir nur 4 Sterne vergeben. Es gab ein gemütliches Shisha Zelt und 2 zusätzliche Restaurants. Das Hauptrestaurant hatte kein Flair. Das Essen war nicht ganz so vielfältig wie erwartet. Die gewünschten Betten wurden bestätigt, aber nicht eingehalten.

We booked online and it was our honeymoon, once the staff knew that they made sure that we got the honeymoon treatment and it was amazing. Sayed was super helpful and super nice throughout the entire stay and made sure that we didn’t need anything. There was construction in the main building but there was no noise so cannot complain.
• Sayed shakir (9/5): Brilliant resort - Overall I really enjoyed my stay at Pyramisa. The staff were really hospitable and took real care of us. We found the food to be really pleasant. Especially the shawarma area. Hassan in the shawarma station is an excellent chef and always made us feel welcome. Old town sahl haseesh is also a close walk away which is a great place for food and just a nice stroll with family/friends. Like a lot of the other reviews, there is contraction work going on which we weren’t pre warned about. Personally this didn’t affect my stay but I can imagine it may upset other guests. Also, only one of the pools is heated which is the smallest one. It would make more sense to make the main pool and children’s splash pool heated as they are more attractive and could accommodate more guests.

Minden nap mosolyt csalt az arcunkra :) Harmadjára foglaltam a szálláshelyen, sajnos meg kell állapítanom, hogy az előző évekhez képest, nagyon sokat romlott az állapot. Láttam átveszi a V-betűs cég a szállodát, bízom benne, hogy az átalakítás, előnyére szolgál a helynek. Általános tapasztalás, hogy a személyzet (globál) hozzáállása sokat romlott. Többször volt, hogy hangosan köszöntünk, de nem köszöntek vissza. Mogorvák voltak az étteremben, kérdés nélkül szedték el a tányért előlünk stb.

Bruit , piscine inaccessible etc …. Évidemment l’établissement n’a pas eu l’honnêteté d’indiquer la situation. Idem lors du Check in Chambre donnant sur l hôtel d’à côté . Musique à fond tous les soirs jusque 23h. Propreté des chaises du restaurant principal plus que douteuse. Tout le monde entasse sur la plage car pas d accéder possible à la piscine et transat …. Tranquillité impossible surtout avec la population de l’hôtel très brouillante

La mia camera era nuova, spaziosa e moderna a due passi dal mare. Spiaggia bella e attrezzata con lettini e ogni mattina teli mare puliti. Accesso diretto al mare. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura. Non è tanto una cosa della struttura, ma in spiaggia troppo troppo insistenti le persone che vogliono venderti escursioni e massaggi, per carità è il loro lavoro, ci mancherebbe ma molto molto insistenti..

• Joao (1/5): Le pire séjour de ma vie! - A vraie dire rien! L’hôtel est vieux, daté, les couloirs et espaces comuns sont sales et mal entretenus. Le mobilier dans le restaurant principal colle tellement c’est sale et mal nettoyé. Les chambres ne correspondent pas aux photos qui sont sur le site Booking. Nous avons réservé une chambre vue mer et on nous a attribué une chambre qui donnait côté piscine chauffée et nous avons refusé d’y rester. Une autre chambre nous a été attribué le jour même qui avait quand même un coin avec un canapé. L’hôtel est un chantier de travaux à ciel ouvert avec des travailleurs et des camions qui se promènent par tout. Le bruit des marteaux piquers est constant dès 8h du matin et se prolongent jusqu’au soir. La nuit du 4 au 5 mars il y a eu des travaux au 3eme étage du même bâtiment où on séjournait jusqu’à 2h du matin - sans que les hôtes soient informés. Le restaurant principale propose toujours les mêmes plats et les desserts étaient les mêmes plusieurs jours d’affilé. J’ai eu l’opportunité de parler à Mr Maher (front office) mais aussi au Général Manager, qui m’ont dit que Booking avait été informé des travaux en cours à l’hôtel. Aucune proposition valide m’a été faite pour compenser les désagréments à part un repas fait sur mesure (que j’ai refusé étant donné que j’avais choisi un plan Tout inclus) et le jeudi 5 mars, suites aux travaux pendant la nuit qui m’ont empêché de dormir le GM m’a proposé de passer la journée dans le bâtiment d’à côté auquel on était, mais on devrait dormir dans la même chambre. J’ai refusé cette proposition car cela ne pouvait en aucun cas compenser tous les désagréments vécus jusque là.
• Zahia (5/5): Globalement insatisfaite. On nous vend du rêve. - La plage et le personnel et équipe d’animation Il y a eu des travaux pendant tout notre séjour tôt le matin jusqu’à tard le soir. Nous n’avons pas pu accéder à la grande piscine principale car en travaux, nous n’avons même pas été informés. Le resort manque de rénovation que ce soit dans les chambres, l’accueil… C’est vieillot et cela ne ressemble pas aux photos sur le site. On est très déçu. Les repas sont souvent identique et pas très qualitatifs, on a l’impression d’être dans une cantine. Le pire : les fruits sont présentés dans des cageots, je me suis cru dans un marché. Les autres restaurants ne sont pas qualitatifs non plus. Je suis globalement insatisfaite de mon séjour.

L hotel aperto con cantiere dei lavori che di fatto ne rendeva la metà inutilizzabile, di conseguenza la sala da buffet era un garage riadattato.... Si potrebbe far meglio sul cibo (soprattutto carne) Spesso ci solo le stesse cose.

• Cristina (10/5): Muy buena experiencia, volvería. - El personal ea muy atento y amable sobre todo con los niños, eso me encantó. A parte están siempre preocupados si nos falta algo o de déjenos cositas en la habitación. El hotel sí que está en remodelación está muy bien cuidado y se ve hermoso por todos lados, siempre se ven trabajadores limpiando y dejando todo bien limpio. El buffet es bastante completo y los bares también, en la playa hay helados, bebidas, snack… etc La verdad muy completo. Justo en esta temporada están en remodelación y se escuchan ruidos de construcción pero nada molesto solo por describir algo. El hotel se esfuerza bastante por dejarnos felices con la estancia aquí.

• Rafael (7/5): Agréable malgré les nombreux travaux, - Le personnel était vraiment là pour nous très gentil toujours prêt à faire se qu’il faut pour qu’on soit bien et il ne nous demandait pas de pourboire toute les 2 min Tout était en travaux les chambres la piscine la face intérieur. Les draps ont seulement été tirer en arrière. Un couple a eu un accident on a voulu avoir de leur nouvelle l’hôtel n’a rien voulu savoir

• Carla (8/5): Heureusement que nous avons des activités toute la semaine car sinon là semaine à l’hôtel aurait été compliqué - Bon accueil et à l’écoute des clients L’établissement en rénovation, nous étions pas informé de cela. Donc dès le matin tôt nous avons les bruits des marteaux piqueurs. Une parti de la terrasse piscine fermer car en rénovation aussi. Nous avons eux 2 coupures d’électricité. À savoir que la deuxième a durée de 13h30 jusqu’à 16h à notre départ. Nous avons dû quitter la chambre plus tôt pour être au frais à la réception et pouvoir charger nos téléphones.
• Ingham (8/5): Excellent value, lovely staff. Good food. Beautiful sea - Very welcoming staff. I was pleasantly surprised with the food offerings as there were some mixed reviews. We really enjoyed the grills and hot food, and the salad selections were great. The traditional pastry sweets were to die for! Also, does serve alcohol on all inclusive. The sea at Sal Hasheesh is stunning. Calm and clear. . The building works was disappointing. A temporary reception area is in place which is very under whelming on entry. It is a pretty large construction site at the mo.

• Amirah (1/5): Would not recommend. Management are poor, cleaning needs improving and food options are bland - Booked this for a family holiday. The photos advertised are AI of the planned finish of the hotel. Our room was right next door to the building works so construction noise was running all day. Our building had no lifts and we had to manage our luggage by ourselves. Management are really poor and arrogant and unhelpful. Cleaning was not of a good standard and rooms need updating. Ci siamo sentite a casa e coccolate! - L’accoglienza puntuale e precisa, la pulizia, giornaliera ed impeccabile, il personale di servizio ci lasciava ogni sera un personaggio (pupazzo) diverso sul letto. Il cibo vario e sempre fresco (i cameriere attentissimi, pronti ad esaudire le nostre richieste-lo chef al mio arrivo ha saputo indicarmi le pietanze che potevo mangiare, essendo allergica ad aglio e cipolla ), per colazione cornetti freschi e una varietà inimmaginabile di donut/biscotti/cereali, yogurt e persino fermenti lattici.C’e la possibilità di scegliere il ristorante della spiaggia che faceva degli hamburger fantastici, ed il cuoco ci ha sempre accontentato, nonostante le mie allergie. Campi da padel, beach volley e piscina riscaldata. I ragazzi dell’animazione presenti ma non invadenti.ogni sera uno spettacolo diverso,anche con ballerini esterni allo staff, sempre coinvolgente. I lettini in spiaggia sempre puliti, e li staff pronto ad accoglierci al mattino con il sorriso. La spiaggia pulita ed il mare splendido. Anche lo staff che si occupa dei teli da spiaggia è gentilissimo, ci ha fornito le asciugamani anche prima dell’apertura del box, quando dovevamo uscire presto per le escursioni. Il personale che si occupa della gestione dei trasporti (taxi per Marina e aeroporto) sempre presente e pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta (una menzione particolare per Abdul, gentilissimo)! anche i ragazzi del Diving center (Tito) hanno saputo organizzare delle escursioni meravigliose, una delle più belle con la barca veloce per vedere i delfini, super emozionante! Nulla, se potessi sarei un punteggio superiore a 10

• Zoltan (7/5): Jó területen jó szolgáltatásokkal rendelkezik. - Hosszú sétálható homokos part, kényelmes nagy szoba, parkosított terület, folyamatos all inclusive, jó elhelyezkedés Visszatérőként csalódtunk a komplexum átalakításában, zónásításában, ezzel lecsökkentve a szolgáltatásokat területre vetítve. Sajnos az étel sem volt jó. A parton a poharak higiéniája problémás.

• Alia (4/5): Séjour décevant - Point positif : la plage est vraiment magnifique Le service de la réception ne suit pas du tout. Première chambre : douche bouchée. On m’a envoyée seule vers une chambre en rénovation. J’ai perdu une demi-journée à faire des allers-retours à la réception pour changer de chambre. Lors de mon second passage (j’avais réservé deux fois durant mon séjour), je suis retombée sur les mêmes réceptionnistes, peu professionnels, qui se sont échangé un clin d’œil en me donnant ma chambre… Très désagréable. Et une fois encore : une douche pleine de rouille (photo ajoutée). Honnêtement, si j’avais vu cette photo avant, je ne serais pas venue ici. Je n’en pouvais plus de devoir réclamer une chambre simplement correcte. Heureusement, Isra du service client a été très réactive et à l’écoute, et le personnel de ménage est top. Mais dans l’ensemble, entre l’accueil et l’état des chambres, ce séjour m’a vraiment déçue.
