• Jindal (9/5): Comfortable, clean and central - Comfortable, good location, and staff were very helpful on call - forgot a ring on the table and they left it in an envelope in a nearby restaurant for me to claim. Tiniest issue of receiving the wrong code on check-in, but this was sorted within 10 minutes upon calling their number - unlikely this issue is common at all.

La mise a disposition du café, du sucre, d'une machine à laver et de la lessive, du produit vaisselle... La gentillesse des managers qui répondent positivement à nos demandes (entrée des lieux un peu plus tôt que 16h et sortie à 12h) en raison des changements horaires de nos vols. La douche n'est pas confortable. Elle est petite, et se ferme par un rideau ce qui nestL'eau y est excessivement chaude.
• Andriy (9/5): Затишний, тихий, комфортний номер - Чудове розташування, 10 хвилин пішки до автовокзалу, 15 хвилин пішки до залізничного вокзалу, 15 хвилин до старого міста. Вікна номерів виходять у внутрішній двір, який хоч і невеликий але затишний та чудово декорований. В номері власна кухня з холодильником та пральною машиною, щоправда без плити, тільки мікрохвильовка. Трохи занадто як на мене дезодоранта в кімнаті , для мене краще просто провітрювання.

The apartment was in a quiet street, but within a very short walk of Florenc Metro, and walking distance to the old town. There is a courtyard garden, but too cold in April to use it. It had a bedroom, separate lounge with a well-equipped kitchenette, dining table, TV and couch. There was a small washing machine in the shower room. Everything was clean and comfortable. Wifi hardly worked in the bedroom.

We were also pleased to discover that everything we sought in the surrounding area was readily available. Our stay was truly wonderful.

We found ants in the sugar jar, as well as in the other parts of kitchen and bathroom, and a few made it to beds as well. We were apologised to, but not offered any partial refund.

Está bien equipado, la limpieza es correcta y se puede llegar caminando a los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad (si te gusta caminar), y además está bien conectado. La calefacción podría mejorarse.

• Sofia (6/5): - Ótima localização. Check-in fácil, sem contacto, recebemos as informações atempadamente. O quarto tinha as comodidades necessárias e a roupa de cama e de banho estava limpa. O colchão e almofadas, não sendo excecionais, cumpriram a sua função. O quarto tinha várias aranhas no tecto e teias de aranha. A posição da cama fazia com que ficassemos com a cabeceira a receber luz direta da janela que não tem estore nem blackout nesse espaço (ver fotos), pelo que acordamos todos os dias às 4 da manhã com luz solar direta.

Рекомендуем! - Апартаменты находятся на маленькой, очень тихой, тупиковой улочке, выходящей к красивому храму, несмотря на то, что шумная площадь совсем рядом. Мы были в пешей доступности до всех основных достопримечательностей. Наша квартира была укомплектована всем необходимым оборудованием, кровати удобны Необходимость внесения депозита 150 Евро, помимо 100% оплаты. Тем самым, хозяйка сразу проявляет недоверие к клиентам и это, право, очень неприятно осознавать! Впервые с этим столкнулась за много лет бронирования на Booking.com, но, возможно, хозяева имеют печальный опыт...

It is a great location between the train station and city center and well priced with excellent hot shower! Clean facilities and good heating. Provide a few decent cooking knives.
• Kristupas (1/5): Dirty, scattered glass on the floor, weak sound isolation. - The location is really good 1. We arrived with a crawling baby, and baby found glass on the floor, we inspected the floor and there were more and more shattered glass on the floor and under the sofa. Ir was shocking to us, we vacuumed and cleaned floor by ourselves 2. The apartment is on the ground floor and you can hear everything, the sound isolation is non existent, the neighbours are really loud, they even have a dog who was barking quite often. It was really hard to get a baby for a nap. The only sound that was not annoying were church bells :) 3. The apartment was really not so clean… a lot of dust… they write on they welcome paper in the kichen, that if a excesive cleaning is needed we have to pay 60 eu :D, so okey maybe they should pay me 60 eu, becouse I had to clean the apartment myself before staying in it.

• Aymee (8/5): Nice apartment in centrum Prague - Very good location, central but in a dead-end street, so it was very quiet. Clean apartment equipped with all the essential things for a short stay in Prague. Close to a lot of supermarkets, stores, restaurants and public transport. The beds are very uncomfortable so we couldn't sleep good during our stay. The shower is extremely tiny.
• Natalja (9/5): Скромные аппартаменты в 15 минутах ходьбы от Старе Место. - Апартаменты находятся на тихой улочке примерно в 10-15 минутах ходьбы от центра (Старе Место). В здании симпатичный внутренний дворик на 1 этаже. Было две кровати, как мы и заказывали и была возможность раздвинуть их так, чтобы два взрослых человека, не являющихся парой, могли не мешая друг другу спать отдельно. Кровати довольно удобные, подушки тоже. Вообще номер расчитан на троих (всего было три кровати). В душевой/туалете были и гель для душа, и шампунь, и лосьон для тела, и кондиционер для волос, и маленький набор для снятия косметики. Все в отдельных, симпатичных бутылочках и приятного качества. Был фен для сушки волос. В номере было очень холодно, но когда мы пожаловались на это хозяевам в ВатсАпп, через 2 дня нам включили отопление. За неделю пребывания нам один раз поменяли полотенца. Оказалось, что апартаменты находятся на 3 этаже без лифта, что совершенно не подходит ни людям пожилым, ни тем у кого есть проблемы с коленями. Когда мы заезжали, мы видели в сейфе еще много ключей от других номеров и сразу написали хозяевам с просьбой, если возможно, поменять нам комнату, так как было видно, что многие туристы еще не въехали в тот день в свои номера, но хозяева написали, что все апартаменты зарезервированы и поменять нам номер невозможно, либо что другие апартаменты стоят дороже (это уже немного выглядело, как вымогательство и, конечно, было не приятно). Нигде не написано и не указано, что у апартаментов общая с соседями кухонная зона (она сделана в коридоре с общим входом, а оттуда уже вход в оба номера). Даже чтобы вскипятить чайник приходилось выходить из номера. Кроме того освещение в этом коридоре/кухне на фотоэлементе реагирующем только на движение. Если ты стоишь спокойно и что-то готовишь или моешь посуду свет регулярно гаснет и включается только тогда, когда ты начинаешь делать активные движения, что существенно раздражало. Было бы логично поставить электрический чайник и пару чашек в каждую комнату - это бы повысило уровень комфорта. При том, что в углу нашего номера стоял комод со свободной столешницей, на котором отлично разместился бы чайник и пара чашек и блюдец. Звукоизоляции в здании нет никакой. В каком-то соседнем номере люди занимались сексом, а слышно было так, будто мы рядом с их кроватью сидим. Если вы пара и едете в романтическое путешествие, вам здесь апартаменты точно не подойдут. В номере не было утюга. Не хватает покрывал или пледов, которыми бы можно было прикрыть/застелить постель, чтобы номер выглядел опрятнее и можно было бы сесть на кровать не только в пижаме. За неделю пребывания в номере ни разу не было уборки.

• jose manuel (10/5): APARTAMENTO BUENO Y BIEN SITUADO - El apartamento es de un buen tamaño para dos personas aunque había tres camas en el dormitorio y un sofá cama en el salón-cocina. Tiene placa, microondas, frigorífico, vajilla... todo lo que se necesita. Las camas son cómodas, me gustó la almohada. Tenía también un ventilador. La televisión de pantalla plana tiene espacio para un usb. El wifi no iba bien, tenía poca fuerza, solo funcionaba bien en el recibidor pero lo suplí con los datos del teléfono

C'était pourtant facile vu que je ne demandais pas un accès à la chambre ni un lieu sécurisé.

• Mariertta (8/5): - Good localization, very close to the city centre. There were a lot of towels, we never lacked one, and even some were left unused. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen well equipped. The door to the bathroom was difficult to close, and even more difficult to open. I couldn't open it by myself once so my friend had to help me from the outside. A similar thing was happening to the main door, however it wasn't as difficult to work with as the bathroom door. It was also quite cold on the inside - it was warmer on the outside most of the time.

• Fernando (10/5): Que tus caminos te lleven a Praha y seguro con Mila Apartamentos - Mary Fer te recomendamos la estadía por su excelente ubicación y accesibilidad que te facilita tu visita a la ciudad, muy confortable la habitación, buen servicio y coherencia con lo que te ofrecen, como pareja nos encantó. Bien Dotado había todos los elementos de higiene en abundancia. No te desanimes cuando veas por fuera, está un poco descuidado, pero al interior todo bien. Su fachada, un poco descuidado, te impacta al llegar, pero cuando llegas a tu habitación, cambia tu pensamiento.

• Vidal (7/5): - Habitación y baño espaciosa, termo grande y cocina bien equipada, y cerca del metro. Pues a la gente al cargo del apartamento ni les vi en cuatro días, y no cambian sábanas ni toallas más q una vez a la semana según su política. La habitación daba a un solar lleno de escombros.

• Fiona (8/5): Mila apartments - No noise from other people. Basically a quiet location. Good location for trams and supermarkets. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Good modern bathroom. The bed was a bit hard. The tower nearby struck every 15 minutes which was irritating at night.
• N.S. (10/5): wonderful - the room is really pleasant and the location is excellent. the flat is also a 5 minute walk from a very affordable swimming pool.

• Bish (8/5): Nice and cozy - The room was cozy and compact. It had the required amenities. The door locks were little flimsy but served the purpose.

• Thiago (8/5): Foi uma boa estadia - Camas confortáveis , e quarto silencioso. Ótimo pra um bom descanso depois de um dia de turismo . Mila é prestativa e responde com rapidez . O box do banheiro é bem pequeno e o chuveiro baixo . Tenho 1.87 de altura e foi um pouco incômodo os banhos . Necessita de sacos de lixo , rodo e vassoura , já que não há serviço de quarto . Alguns imprevistos aconteceram , mas acabamos sanando os problemas .

• Michael (9/5): A great first visit (of many) to Prague - The host Mila was exceptional. I had booked a single room online. However, when I arrived there was unexpected construction ongoing at the complex behind. The host went out of their way to move me to a larger apartment in a quieter area of the apartment complex at no additional cost. Traveling always moves one out of their comfort zone, and it was good to feel the host, Mila, has the traveller's interests at heart. The apartment is ideally situated. It is tucked in a quiet corner of the old town. It has the feel of old Prague, but is located close to the main central Metro station at Florenc. Travel from the airport was really easy and inexpensive - this is the way to enter Prague. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit this wonderful city.

• Dmytro (9/5): Tiny and silent place in the center of the city - Excellent location near the bus station and train station, about 10 minutes to any of them. Hotel is situated in dead end of short street that made it tiny and silent, regardless that in my staying in the apartments nearby was a loud building that make tramble the building. Short term living, if I can I’ll stayed longer.
