• Georg (9/5): Top familienfreundliches Hotel mit super Ausflugsmöglichkeiten - Unser Aufenthalt war super! Das ganze Hotel und insbesondere das Personal war super freundlich und insbesondere sehr lieb und verständnisvoll mit unserer kleinen 9 Monate alten Tochter :-) Der Wellness-Bereich ist schön gestaltet und bietet eine schöne Entspannungsmöglichkeit. Das Essen war wunderbar! Der Mix aus Buffet und Tischservice war perfekt für uns! Auch für das Baby gabs immer etwas zu essen :-) Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten rundum sind super - Dolomiten, Wildparks, Spazierwege, Radlwege, Burgen, etc. Besonderes Lob an die Kellnerinnen und Kellner - super nett und aufmerksam!!! Der Aufenthalt war super. Nur eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer wäre für uns schön gewesen, da wir mit Baby vor der Frühstückszeit aufgestanden sind...

• Natascha (9/5): Ein wirklich schönes Hotel, würden jederzeit wiederkommen. - Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und das Personal ist super super freundlich, vorallem die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant. Ich habe mich selten so umsorgt gefühlt wie dort von den Restaurantmitarbeitern. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch extrem schön und auch hier die Mitarbeiter ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. An der Rezeption hätte ich mir gerne ein bisschen mehr Interaktion gewünscht. Der Check-In und Check-out war im Vergleich eher kühler und kürzer angebunden. Hier hätte ich mit zum Beispiel mehr Infos gewünscht bzgl. Ablauf Abendessen, wo was im Hotel ist, das nachts die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist, ob man einen schönen Aufenthalt hatte… etc.

• Thuy-Nhi (10/5): - Wir haben 5 Tage im Sporthotel unsere Flitterwochen verbringen dürfen. Die gesamte Anlage ist optimal für einen entspanntes Wellness und Sport Aufenthalt geeignet. Auch bei einer Halbpension bietet das Hotel eine MittagsJause an welches reichhaltig mit Suppen, Salaten und warmen Gerichten aufgestellt ist. Das Personal, der Service und die Sauberkeit sind tatenlos und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder!

Nicht weit zum Helm-Lift/Italien, Erreichbarkeit Drei Zinnen, Toblach , Sexten Lift vor dem Hotel leider schon geschlossen. Die v der Rezeption empfohlenen „Ersatzlifte“ in Kals u im Deffereggental sind zu weit weg.

• olivier (10/5): Hôtel incroyable dans une région incroyable - Hôtel de localisation exceptionnelle pour visiter la partie Est des Dolomites en été. Hall très accueillant, chambre ultra spacieuse très bien conçue. Matelas très confortable. Calme, même si l’hôtel est très proche de la route (très bon triple vitrage, demander une chambre sur la piscine ou le parking si possible). Spa incroyable. La restauration est très bien organisée: chaque chambre a sa table, en fonction du profil (grandes salles pour familles avec jeunes enfants, autre salle pour groupe avec grande table, salles plus calmes, etc). Personnel charmant et attentif.

Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich gewesen. Wellnessbereich groß und sauber. Kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder. Das Familienzimmer war leider sehr hellhörig durch die Verbindungstür. Da wir es nicht als Familienzimmer genutzt haben, hörten wir den Fernseher oder die Gespräche der anderen Gäste in den Zimmer.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid - Many better options - I haven't felt like I overpaid this much for a hotel in over 5 years. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Service terrible with people at front desk and the hostess at the restaurant. And it is not ski-in/ski-out. It is right off a busy road and near the train line, not a ski resort. 15 minute drive to 3 Zinnen.

That there is no A/C in the room which i think it is normal in that area and you have to open windows at night and expect some insects.

We were with a toddler and we didn’t have to be worried about her as this place has something for all ages be it adults, teenagers or toddlers. There are enough play area, kids activity rooms, games, outdoor play area and lovely pools. The surroundings are so beautiful for short walk and hike in the nature. We also got access to free cable car rides during our stay (may be it’s seasonal). There are also enough parking and car charging options. Nothing at all

• Fazila (8/5): Stunning views and comfortable family rooms in the Austrian Dolomites - Beautiful settings and high up in the Dolomites area. Rooms were large enough for 4-5 people. Rooms were clean with contemporary furnishings and the views from our room were breathtaking. Food was good and plentiful and the service in the dining room was amazing. Check in and check out was fast and efficient. a coffee machine or a kettle would have been nice in the room. Outdoor pool could have been slightly hotter. In comparison to the hotel rooms and dining area, the reception, lounge and the pool area look really outdated…. like from the 80‘s.
• Yu (10/5): Exceptional - I only can say that I am very satisfied with the hotel and all the colleagues there, they are very nice and the food there are with excellent quality and very tasty. Our children also had a big fun there, the swimming pools are very clean and warm.
• Sander (9/5): One of the best hotels we ever visited! - Great hotel with a lot of attention for their guests (young and old). Perfect service, friendly personnel. Very clean hotel and rooms. A lot of facilities for all ages. Nice swimming pools and the breakfast, lunch and dinner are a big positive surprise. The buffets are made with a very high standard. very tasty and big choice for all. Some local specialties are included. Also for kids this hotel is great. A lot of activities and special foods are available for them. Also the location is great, just 10 minutes from the Italian border. Beautiful located between the mountains and guests from the hotel can use 5 "cable-trains" for free. We will come back for sure! There was noting we did not like
• Timms (9/5): Superb - Location beautiful views, nice lobby area to relax in. Good breakfast & half fare was reasonable. We didn't get time to hike or use the facilities but the area looked amazing. Heater always on so got too hot in room

• Andrei (10/5): recommend it! - everything is exceptional, there are a lot of benefits: mountain view, spa, sauna, restaurant, perfect service and stuff, slopes in 70meters from the hotel! rooms for ski equipment
• Lorenzo (9/5): Wonderful family hotel - The hotel was fantastic, very clean, new and beautiful. The bedroom was also very nice, with comfortable beds. The food was very tasty, the buffet gives you a lot of options to choose, plus the staff at the restaurant was very professional and also very kind with our baby all the time. The hotel has also a stunning sauna area, plus two swimming pools (one for kids) . In addition a kids room/kids club is available, so the kids can play safely and have fun. Unfortunately the kids room is closed on a crucial day, Saturday, so if you visit the hotel over a weekend this is not convenient (if you plan to play there with your baby).

• Milena (9/5): Great family ski vacation place! - This year we really enjoyed it! the location is perfect right next to the ski lift.You can park the car and forget about it for the time of your stay. the hotel is very cozy and practical for a family logistics. it has nice pool area, the water is nice warm even for small kids. the spa area is one of the best I experienced- not too big yet it has it all and it is very clean and cozy! Hotel has a play room with day care if you wish to leave the kids for some time. The restaurant is nice and there is a big variety of delicious food. The staff is nice in general, but you can see differences in “departments” /teams. the restaurant staff is the best - they are well organized, speak many languages and they are very professional and yet natural and friendly. The cleaning staff is great - very good job they do and they are very nice! everything is perfectly clean! The staff in the Spa area are also very good and as well the ladies in the kinder club! I must say I do not feel comfortable speaking with the ladies on the reception. There is one nice guy there, but the ladies are a bit unprofessional.

• Michael (8/5): Schönes Familienhotel kurz vor Italien - Schönes Familienhotel kurz vor der Grenze zu Italien, mit Pool, schönen Barbereich und Restaurant. Der Check in und out war sehr freudlich und generell ist das Personal sehr hilfsbereit den Kunden gegenüber. Es ist aber ein Familienhotel und d.h. es sind reichlich Kinder unterwegs, damit sollte man besser kein Problem haben. Für mich war es sicher nicht der letzte Aufenthalt auf der Durchreise nach Italien.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Prepare for parts of the hotel that are not renovated including rooms which you pay the same price for as the renovated ones. Expect some traffic noise as the hotel is situated at a regional road with heavy traffic. The food is decent, but buffet style. The area has a variety of good outdoor activities.

• Matteo (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Ho prenotato l'albergo per caso per una vacanza estiva e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Tutto e' stato perfetto. La struttura e' molto curata. La spa e' ottima con due saune, due tipi di bagno turco, varie aree relax. Ci sono due piscine entrambe riscaldate con la seconda che esce all'esterno con idromassaggio. C'e' anche una terza piscina per bambini con uno scivolo stile acquapark molto divertente. C'e' persino un laghetto esterno balneabile. L'area esterna e' molto verde con molti lettini e ombrelloni (di cui non c'e' bisogno visto che comunque in montagna la temperatura e' sempre gradevole d'estate. La colazione a' buffet e' strepitosa. Per pranzo viene offerto un piccolo buffet compreso nella mezza pensione dove e' possibile pranzare egregiamente. La cena e' normalmente parte a buffert (antipasto e primi) e parte a menu. Se vogliamo trovare qualcosa da migliorare e' il poco personale che parla Italiano considerando che ci troviamo a 5KM dal confine comunque tutti sono disponibili e professionali.
• Monik (10/5): - Super Service, ausgesprochen freundliches Personal und gutes Essen. Bei diesem Besuch hatte es wesentlich mehr kleine Kinder. Wer also die absolute Ruhe sucht, ist hier falsch. Würde das Hotel trotzdem wieder buchen.
