• Muhammad (4/5): Location close to Masjid. - Location Rooms are not sound proof, people sit on lobbies and talk loudly and i could not sleep properly. Even though I have complaint but no action taken.

• Awais97 (7/5): Good location, clean hotel - Near Haram, wifi, staff was good. The receptionist lady was very good and courteous. House keeping staff was excellent. Room was clean. Coffee shop makes good tea :) Very Small room normally for 2 is filled with beds and made for 4. Even there is no place to pray. 1 of the bed was like foldable bed and mattress had bumps. Small parking and the staff parks in front of your cars. I had to wait 15 minutes for them to come and take their cars so i can park.

• أحمد (8/5): - المسافة من الحرم حلوة ولا بأس بها. الغرفة ااي استأجرتها كانت مساحتها جيدة. اشكر حراس الأمن على تعاونهم، والاستقبال أيضا كانوا محترمين جدا النظافة ما كانت بالدرجة الكافية، المواقف زحمة وفل.

• Rowan (3/5): - The location was great only 3 mins walk to the haram The hotel wasn’t very clean, i found hair ball on the floor the day i came in on the floor, just seeing this turned me off. The noice level is something else you will find people screaming and chatting very loudly on the corridor, we were barely got any sleep during our stay because of this. However to be fare staff were very nice however this wasn’t enough

• Asrar (10/5): Exceeded our expectations - We had a great experience during our stay. We were four adults and booked a suite. Ahmed, the receptionist, was extremely friendly and was able to get us a room suited for our family. He exemplifies the level of customer service everyone should strive to provide. We will be back and will recommend this hotel to family and friends.
