Parking à l'entrée de la résidence. Restaurant/bar/paillote au niveau de la plage avec musique sympa et vue mer. Le seul bémol, c'est l'isolation phonique. Mais le soir c'est très calme.

Un personnel et un accueil très chaleureux, une résidence où on se sent bien , calme , jolie dans le style sarde, piscine extérieure chauffée, plage privée où on ne se bat pas pour les transats ( bon début Octobre s’entend …), restaurant sympa avec des pizzas succulentes ! Un séjour enchanteur en résumé. Juste le buffet petit déjeuner un peu léger et le ménage du dernier jour un peu cher (50€) mais on peut le faire soit même pour 0€, donc nickel. - Sophie (9/5): J' ai passé des vacances formidables dans un lieu idyllique ! - Le matin le cadre est idyllique pour prendre son petit déjeuner. La vue époustouflante ! Mais surtout le personnel de la réception est digne d' un hôtel de grand standing: souriant , agréable, disponible dans l' immédiat. Totalement dévoué au confort de sa clientèle ! Le cadre enchanteur est très bien entretenu par ses jardiniers et le parking ombragé extrêmement pratique. La piscine est merveilleuse également et que ce soit en juin ou juillet la répartition des transats est parfaite pour éviter les problèmes de places. Le petit déjeuner est excessivement cher pour sa qualité, et le personnel de l'accueil du matin ne fait qu' encaisser les petits déjeuners. Le restaurant au même titre: décevant ainsi que son personnel qui a contrario de l'accueil de l'hôtel ne démontre aucune envie de vous satisfaire sauf un jeune "asiatique"qui lui prenait à coeur son métier.Je suis venue 3 semaines et je ne suis jamais parvenue à dîner sur la plage qui n' était réservée qu'aux mangeurs de pizzas dixit le manager du restaurant ! Sélection étrange à mon sens. Bref vous l' aurez compris si le service était bon et la carte moins chère, j' y aurais dîné plus souvent!

- Stephanie (10/5): - The staff were very welcoming and helpful. A big thank you. The pool was fantastic. Alway space, great design and view. The mini studio perfect for 4 people. We came prepared and we brought our own cleaning products and tea towels. There were always parking spaces. It felt safe with the Closing gate. It was 2 minutes drive from the supermarket and 30 minutes from Palombaggia. I would definitely go back. My negatives: - that the drive back to Bastia airport was never 2h30, due to traffic, it took almost 4 hours and we almost missed the plane so if you fly back from Bastia, leave VERY early so this does not happen to you - the restaurant was not for us, pizza not very good (chopped tomato not tomato sauce, not good for kids and calzone way too much meat that was hard to chew, tough sausage) and you have to book, not ideal on holiday if you just change your mind and want to eat there, better have a reservation, really not ideal or friendly system, and after 7pm lots of insects so put lots of repellent. I got stung and it was very bad.

L’accesso al mare con spiaggia privata, la piscina discretamente grande, l’ottimo ristorante sulla spiaggia costituiscono dei plus. Appartamenti puliti, ben attrezzati e di dimensioni adeguate. Il personale del ricevimento molto accogliente e gentile (un plauso a Florence sempre sorridente!) e disponibile 24/7. - samiklausi (7/5): Sehr erholsame Ferien in einer ruhigen Unterkunft. - Die Lage für diverse Ausflüge an die wunderschönen Strände der Region ist top. Der Balkon war ok, leider ohne sicht auf das Meer. Das angegliederte Restaurant ist super sehr gut und die Angestellten sehr freundlich. Der Service war super. Die Terrasse zum Frühstücken ist sensationell. Der Strand ist meines Erachtens der grösste Negativpunkt. Zwar ist die Lage sehr schön, doch der Strand hinterlässt die Vermutung, dass er künstlich angelegt wurde. Zum Baden leider aufgrund vieler Steine und vieler Pflanzen nicht so empfehlenswert. Da wir ein Auto hatten kein Problem, da wir sowieso mit jeden Tag an einen anderen Strand gefahren sind. Für Leute welche aber kein Auto haben, nicht empfehlenswert. Die Wohnungen sind sehr klein und von der Ausstattung sehr einfach gehalten. Da stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis meines Erachtens nicht. Zu wenig Platz für das Verstauen der Kleider. In der Küche gab es kein Spülmittel und in der Toilette musste Toilettenpapier und Seife gekauft werden. Bei diesem Preis aus meiner Sicht unverständlich. Das Frühstück bietet für 14EUR zu wenig.

- fikri (9/5): Résidence familiale, très bien situé et au calme - Établissement légèrement excentré, à quelques kilomètres seulement du centre de Porto-Vecchio, idéalement, situé au calme et seulement 200 m de la plage. Résidence familiale, très agréable, propre et calme, idéal pour les familles. Nous avons vraiment passé un super séjour, le personnel et au top et ils sont très accueillant et sympathique, merci à eux pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Super restaurant sur place (ouvert uniquement le soir ) Laverie également sur place pour les longs séjour Grand parking gratuit sur place , très agréable surtout qu’à Porto -Vecchio tout les parking sont payants ! Je recommande à 100% cette résidence, nous reviendrons ! Seul bémol, la piscine était un peu froide et c’était fort dommage

- Romain (6/5): Juste bien - L’endroit est assez cosy, au calme, non loin du centre de porto-vecchio mais à l’écart de l’effervescence de la ville à cette période de l’année. Le personnel est sympathique, la piscine est grande et ombragée si on le souhaite. Vrai atout : le bar/restaurant qui vaut vraiment le détour ! Mention spéciale au Chef et à ses pizzas (nouveauté de l’année) ! Le manque d’équipement, difficile de faire un repas simplement (je regrette également le manque d’un aspirateur en lieu et place de la planche à repasser qui est superflu). Les appartements sont très peu insonorisés, on a l’impression de vivre avec les voisins. Alors quand ceux du dessus vident le sable de leurs serviettes et essorent leurs maillots au dessus de l’apéro, disons que c’est un peu trop pour ma patience :p

- Philippe (9/5): Paese Serenu Residence - La propreté et le silence du logement. L'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel. Le parc qui entoure les logements est très agréable et bien entretenu. Le parking couvert pour les voitures est un plus. Rien de bien grave, la plage adjacente est très bien pour la farniente. Mais la profondeur de l eau n'est pas importante, et la mer à cette endroit comporte beaucoup d'algues. D'autres plages plus sympas sont cependant dispo non loin de la.

- Roxanne (8/5): Attention, good and bad - Nice and comfortable apartments. The pool was excellent. People should be aware before they make the reservation of the E 50.00 cleaning tax in case they do not want or can clean thoroughly by themselves the apartment before they leave. They charge you for everything you need, toilet paper, etc. So you should bring everything you need from home. Also the toilets at the pool were quite neglected and dirty.

Le parking couvert et la facilité d'accès. Le restaurant pour le petit déjeuner. La très faible hauteur d'eau à la plage ne permettant pas de s'y baigner alors que cela avait été un de mes critères de choix de cet établissement.

- Daniela (9/5): Wenn man alles zusammenfasst, kann man sagen: Das ist eine Leistung, die jeden Cent wert ist. - Es war perfekt und hervorragend organisiert – angefangen bei der Lage, der Unterkunft, der Sauberkeit und dem Komfort der Apartments bis hin zur Freundlichkeit des Personals. Man merkt, dass allem große Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt wird. Uns persönlich hat gefehlt, dass das Restaurant erst ab 19:00 Uhr geöffnet hatte und dass das Meer sehr flach war – man musste etwa 50 Meter ins Wasser gehen, um knietief zu stehen. Aber für Familien mit kleinen Kindern und ältere Menschen scheint das eine perfekte Option zu sein.

Rien n’est mis à disposition et tout doit être acheté (papier toilette !!). Nous devons faire et défaire nos lits nous même. La plage est de sable mais l’eau ne va pas plus haut que les genoux et avec cailloux: chaussures obligatoires pour se baigner. Les femmes de ménages sont très bruyantes.
