Desde recepción hasta el personal de salón, todos fueron muy amables, atentos y serviciales. Me ayudaron mucho con información sobre los servicios, paseos y actividades, siempre con muy buena disposición. La comida estuvo muy rica, la habitación estaba muy limpia, cómoda y agradable, y el hotel en general es un lugar muy bonito para descansar y disfrutar. Realmente me gustó mucho la experiencia, me sentí muy bien atendido y sin duda volvería y lo recomendaría. Lo que no me gustó fue tener que irme porque me sentí como un rey en ese lugar.

- MIASARAH (10/5): Infinity Pool with Breathtaking Ocean View! - Gorgeous and luxurious! We stayed Monday-Wednesday which I believe made our check-in process that much easier. We arrived around 11:30am and were able to store our luggage until our room was ready, which was slightly earlier than expected. We booked this accommodation to enjoy the pool and to ensure we had access to the Bocas city center. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Trips werden am nächsten Tag teurer als im Katalog. Mehrfach. Am Ende wollten sie eine 300 USD Tour einfach 2x berechnen. Erst nach meiner Kontrolle am Bildschirm wurde das korrigiert. Scheint System zu sein. Sie versuchen es einfach. Und wenn man nicht alles kontrolliert, dann bezahlt man zu viel.

Das Bett bzw. die Matratze war leider nicht so gut. Service am Pool war so lala - aber man hat immer was gutes bekommen ;-) Am Wochenende kanns ein wenig lauter werden - hat uns aber nicht wirklich gestört.

The pool area was often full with non-guests so lounge chairs were unavailable. The restaurant menu is very limited. On weekends the constant,loud and very irritating music from the Aqua bar was hard to handle. One night the pounding bass didn’t stop until 1:30am. Not a hotel problem but worthy of consideration if you will be staying on the weekend. Earplugs help somewhat.

- Nina (8/5): Pretty nice but expensive hotel with a pool - Great location, pool, pretty good restaurant, the dock is handy when go for private tours, comfy bed, big rooms with kitchenette, fridge and coffee maker Need to constantly wait for a staff at front desk to get/leave keys. Even for checkout time nobody was there, so we asked at the restaurant to buzz them. The third day water from facets turned brown, so I was brushing my teeth with bottled water since then, and let shower run for 10min before going in… Also the prices for 3-star hotel are very high.

I loved having the room with the private sun terrace and the view to the water, worth the extra price. I booked the tours with the hotel and the service was a bit disapointing, nothing serious but one of the trips did not stick the itinerary, another did not include all services promised… when I wrote to the agency contact they never answered… just book the tours somewhere else maybe.

The location was excellent and we liked to have their exclusive parking lot just for our car. Having some kitchen facilities in the room was also great. The external A/C unit was on the balcony, so it was extra hot and noisy there when the A/C in the room was on. Bed side table was only on one side of the bed (only one person had it).

- Mariska (8/5): Het beste van Bocas del toro - Het was echt prachtig. Leuke bediening en heerlijk eten. Ontbijt was ook heerlijk, maar voor dat geld moet je niet moeilijk doen over een kopje koffie of sap dat extra afgerekend moet worden. We hebben voor veel goedkoper gezeten waar ze maar bleven vragen of we nog koffie of sap wilden. Door het gat in de kamer zie je niks. Is beslagen door airco. Dus daar hoef je de kamer niet voor te boeken. Dan is het erg duur voor wat je krijgt.

- Camila (10/5): Great hotel, would stay there again - There was an issue with the room because of heavy rains and nothing under the hotels control, but the way the team handled everything was truly outstanding. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to make things right. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, which made all the difference. Despite the hiccup, I left with a very positive impression and would happily stay here again. The hotel is in a great location and the beach club is really nice! We even saw dolphins in the sea when sitting at the pool's bar which was insane.

- Paola (8/5): Escapada perfecta - Ubicación estratégica todo cerca Somos tres. El sofá cama para la otra persona no es cómodo suena demasiado y paso frío todos los días. Por lo demás excelente servicio pasan muy pendientes de todo.
- Shraga (8/5): - מיקום מעולה קרוב לכל מקום. 5 דקות הליכה מבית חב"ד. הבריכה והדק לים מאד נוחים. היתה בעיה עם המים החמים במקלחת. יש מחמם מים מהיר בחדר שלא תמיד מחמם כמו שצריך. ארוחת בקר מתוך תפריט קבוע וכל תוספת אפילו של פרוסת לחם כרוכה בתשלום נוסף.

- poachsta (8/5): Great location, nice place - Located in the heart of the city center of Bocas Del Toro, this is a really nice hotel. Staff are cool and speak English. Breakfast is amazing. Free WiFi is a bit slow and unstable. Rooms are spacious an well equipped but do not take a room on the first floor that facing the main street as it's really noisy during the night especially during the weekends.

- andrew (3/5): Very noisy nights - Comfortable rooms. Good water front So noisy. Right on street opposite a bar playing music until 2am every night Terrible night sleep. And they wouldn’t change my room for a quiet room
- Tracey (8/5): We had a great time, enjoyed visiting the various islands, excellent food and everyone was helpful - Easy access to everything in town Unfortunately, we had a street view room and it was very noisy on Friday and worse on Saturday when a marching band was playing right outside our room.

The front staffront staff were very helpful and Doris, our waitress in the restaura - We loved the oceanfront, the restaurant, the elevator and our room. We were on the 2nd floor on the Oceanside; however, the metal roof over the dining area blocked most of the view.

- Carlos (10/5): Lo recomiendo - El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca de supermercados,farmacia y restaurantes.Las lanchas para los paseos están allí mismo.La habitación que nos dieron en la p.b. muy grande y cómoda.El restaurant del hotel muy bueno . A mi esposa se le quedaron unas joyas en la caja de seguridad de la habitación y menos mal que nos quedamos a almorzar en el hotel antes de partir al aeropuerto,la camarera se las entregó al señor Marlon quien seguidamente nos las entregó.Muchas gracias a ambos. Nada,hasta unos chocolates y una botellita de espumante como cortesía en el chek in, al igual que en el bar.
