- Natalia (10/5): Никогда не думала, что так скажу, но мы планируем вернуться) - Понравилась каждая минута жизни в отеле. Во-первых, сделали апгрейд из корпуса B на двухэтажную виллу, рядом с которой бар, кафе и бассейны. Во-вторых, такого отзывчивого и мотивированного персонала в Турции мы не встречали, а это наш пятый отель за 5 лет. Еда, бассейны, аквапарки, пирсы, спа, аля карты - все великолепно. Детский клуб и его сотрудники - выше всяких похвал: клуб работает с 10 утра до полуночи, девятилетку невозможно было вытащить, целый день мероприятия, всех знают по именам, шутят, великолепно говорят по-русски. Питание очень разнообразное и постоянное, кормят везде и всегда, очень свежие овощи, рыба, супы, морепродукты, великолепно жарят масо, куча гарниров, питание для детей даже в баночках. Лежаки свободные есть всегда, прогулка по территории - отдельное удовольствие. Каждый вечер представление в амфитеатре и вечеринки с танцами. В целом, сервис и персонал замечательные, система ассистентов и заказа всего по QR - это очень удобно, за неделю обленились) Может, к концу отдыха уборка номеров стала хромать, но совсем не критично. В середине мая бассейны прохладные, подогревается по ощущениям только бассейн 16+ и небольшие бассейны у корпуса А.

Питание, мини клуб, шоколад, бассеин Были с ребенком, отдельный диван ей, в номере делюкс с джакузи очень твердый. Дочке было не удобно спать, очень. Так же, чтобы ей побыть отдельно от нас она сидела в гардеробной...с телефоном, матрас мы принесли из лежака с балкона. Мне очень не хватило двухкомнатных номеров для такой цены, и такого уровня отеля

- Susan (10/5): Another lovely stay. - This was our 4th visit and probably the best. Rooms were lovely on a high floor and together as requested with a lovely view. All requests were met and staff were all friendly and helpful. Food and drinks choices are really good. The resort was getting busier and ready for the warmer weather as we left, all areas were being painted and refreshed and new crockery and glassware appeared in the dining room. Lovely touches ,balloons, chocolates and champagne for my husband’s birthday and flowers for the ladies on International Women Day. Hope to be back again soon.. Thank you. 🤩 Wi-Fi not so good in some of the public areas.

Изобилие оригинальных и качественных напитков в барах не оставляет никаких шансов пройти мимо!!! Пляжная зона располагает всеми возможными средствами для комфортного отдыха! Аквапарк, особенно детская зона- Супер!!! Территория в идеальной чистоте! Персонал отеля создает невероятную приятную обстановку во всем отеле!!! В отеле царит атмосфера реального отдыха!!! Отмечу классную работу команды Персональных ассистентов!!! С первых минут пребывания в отеле забываешь о долгой дороге!! - Simon (3/5): Don’t expect much if something like this happens to you. - It is a great facility with generally very welcoming and friendly staff - we have been there several times before. Unfortunately I got food poisoning 3 days into my 5 night stay which meant I was unable to enjoy the food and drink on offer and it spoiled a family celebration. The response from the hotel was very disappointing - after dismissing my concerns about possible sources they tried to claim that I had “eaten too many different things from the buffet” (what?!?) and offered a box of chocolates as compensation (which obviously I couldn’t eat and were inconvenient to carry home). At this price-point I think it was totally unsatisfactory and left a poor impression. Having been to this resort several times before, I’m sad to say that I am unlikely to be returning again.

Adults only area was nice. They have an insane patisserie! The bungalow room was lovely (but see below). Comfortable bed, great shower, lots of space. Some members of staff were really friendly. Adults breakfast restaurant has a lovely view. 24h restaurant is very nice! Check-in process could be improved - not clear whom to speak to, and requests and preferences not taken into account. Our room was not ready on time. The bungalows are more suitable for families than couples - they are next to the kids club and the balconies and rooms are very exposed from the paths. Most place close at midnight so the only option for drinks is 24h restaurant or the bar in reception which doesn’t have an outside. Food was repetitive (and we only stayed for 4 nights). Some cocktails were watered down. Wine that was offered was of varying quality.

Leider hat mir die Sauberkeit in diesem Hotel nicht gefallen. Von der Zimmerreinigung, über die Lobby bis hin zu den Pool/Strandliegen. Insbesondere die Türen und Spiegel im gesamten Hotel waren ziemlich verdreckt. Die Poolanlage und die Liegen hätten auch eine Grundreinigung nötig.

Sadece hijyen konusunda beklentimizin biraz altında kaldı. Odaya ilk girdiğimizde havasız ve tozlu olması bizi şaşırttı; bu seviyedeki bir otele çok da yakıştıramadım. Daha fazla özen gösterilirse deneyim çok daha kusursuz olabilir. Aynı klasmandaki diğer otellerde hijyen açısından daha iyi bir deneyim yaşamıştık.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den aufmerksamen Service, der dafür sorgt, dass man sich jederzeit wie ein geschätzter Gast fühlt. Unser Zimmer war modern, komfortabel und stets makellos sauber. Ob am Strand, am Pool oder im Spa – überall spürt man die Liebe zum Detail und den hohen Standard des Hauses. Die zahlreichen Freizeitangebote und das abwechslungsreiche Abendprogramm sorgen dafür, dass keine Langeweile aufkommt. Clean and managed. Staff super friendly!!!! Really loved the chocolates after each meal. Well, the only problem was communication. When I booked the room here, I messaged the hotel that I would like to request late checkout baring all fees. Got a confirmation here on Booking.com with a message from the hotel stating that my late checkout is confirmed and guaranteed. When we got to the hotel, reception told me that there is no guaranteed late checkout. The hotel's Booking.com manager should communicate with the hotel staff and provide the same info. It was really frustrating to find out last minute that we had to pack all our stuff and leave the room immediately.

- Mustafa (9/5): For those looking for delicious food, quality service and a peaceful summer holiday - Voyage Belek is a facility we have visited before. Once again, we had a peaceful and comfortable holiday as we expected. I would say it is time to change the bed in the room we stayed in. Apart from that, I was surprised that there were no bathrobes for men in our room.

Thanks to Narilya we had very clean room every day. She was so much attentive to details. We also would like to note three people from Guest Relation: Tanju, Emrah and Ferdi. They were always ready to help with all our questions. And thanks to all the hotel staff. The food was outstanding, the pastries, coffee. Excellent! Absolutely stunning hotel, beautiful resort, cozy and enjoyable for walk. We will definitely come back. Our room was 1334, holiday from 23rd till 30th March 2025

- Jacqui (9/5): Great 3 night pamper break with lovely food and service - Great design with sea views. Our deluxe 5 floor room had a lovely big balcony with hot tub. The check in process was great and efficient. Greeted with champagne and lovely welcome flower bouquet and fruit bowl in the room. Great use of wattsapp group with personal assistants. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed during the winter schedule so the heated outdoor pool was packed so unable to get a sunbed by the pool. Also only a few restaurants were open of which 2 were also closed on Sunday so the choice was very limited. The spa allowed children unlimited access so the pool was busy with children of which none used the Children’s pool. Also children and mothers with babies were using the steam and saunas.

- Olga (9/5): Superb - One of the best hotels I've ever been! There are so many great things about Voyage, but I'd highlight one: its staff. They give an impression that they genuinely care about every guest, and it shows in a big things and in a very small details. It was especially visible during New Year celebration; I was amazed how well the staff was prepared, and how cheerful and nice they were, despite being obviously very busy with their work. It's not only staff though - the hotel is modern, comfortable, very clean, territory is big and very green. Food is great, you can find everything you love. We loved spa - nice to spend time during the winter season. Highly recommend this hotel! This is not a critique, but keep in mind - this is very big hotel, with several buildings and a lot of quests. It doesn't feel crowded, but still, something to keep in mind when you plan your vacation.

- Alexander (10/5): Great personal service - Very comfortable hotel with excellent service, it is already very good by default, but if you have any extra needs personal assistant will fix it for you. These are small nitpickicks, which do not affect overall experience, just want to pass this feedback to the hotel: - toilets in mini club need more frequent cleaning - pool in the indoor spa is colder than outdoor, it would be nice to make it a bit more warm inside - rooms have very little storage space for small items. There are night stands and that's it. Additional small table or chest of drawers would be nice, otherwise any free space turns into a pile of things, which you cannot place anywhere else. I had to move phone under the bed just to fit my laptop somewhere.
- Laura (7/5): So much of our experience was good but the concerns we have mean that we probably wouldn’t return. - We liked the very friendly staff, the food, the gym, the fantastic aqua park which the kids loved and the excellent location. The beach proximity was really lovely and there were plentiful beds by the pool and beach. We didn’t like the very cold swimming pool that we just couldn’t go in, the loud music which consistently blared out around the pool all day (despite us requesting for it to be reduced). We are convinced the alcohol is watered down (not that we drank that much) but cocktails were sometimes disappointing, also the champagne and prosecco were unfortunately always flat.
- Mollee (9/5): Great resort for a family vacation! - Great spot for a family vacation! The staff was very helpful and friendly! check-in / check-out was a breeze! The main buffet area is very congested. During dinner hours it’s difficult to find an available table and many kids are running around. I saw a few times that a child dropped the utensils/tongs on the ground and set it back into the buffet line.
- Irem (9/5): Superb - The employees are very helpful and attentive. Rooms are serviced twice a day which is a really good point(optional). It's not something I didn't like, but it's a point that could be improved; all a la carte meals are paid (except for the Turkish restaurant). There weren't many options for lunch.

- Gyokan (9/5): Better than what I expected... - I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was great and extremely helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. It may not suit all tastes but I couldn't even try everything I wanted to. The patisserie was a delightful surprise, offering a range of delicious pastries and desserts that were simply irresistible. It was a high season and I hope that it stays the same around the year. Cause I consider revisiting this hotel when I am too bored of work. The room was big enough for us as a couple. It was comfortable and AC was working well. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. I would like to endorse several people from the staff. I almost never do that but they work hard and deserve it: Bartenders Orhan & Emre Can Waiters Tahir & Can and one more person whom I can't remember his name. Keep up the good work! Lastly I want to thank our v. assistant Mr. Ferdi Direkci for everything he did. There have been teeny-weeny issues not worth mentioning. Talk to the personnel and consider the problem gone!

- Marat (8/5): A place to restore and enjoy your holidays! - Good location! I addition, we enjoyed the beach and facilities around it. Pool is great! Rooms are comfortable and clean. Our son enjoyed Kids Club and was ready to spend all the time there)) Overall, our stay met our expectations and we enjoyed our vocation. Some facilities need renovation already. Probably, due to high occupancy a property wears out faster. I know it is difficult, but I would think of harmonious placement of food counters.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Everytime we shower, the water would flooded outside to our room floor, this happened on our first day of arriving till the fifth day until we notices that the drain was blocked. Difficult to book restaurant as we would call on the day at 9am and it would say the restaurant is fully booked when the restaurants is half empty in the evening from walking pass it. The next day we called at 9am and the restaurant was fully booked again, We went down to the reception and complain to the customer relations and they book us a restaurant which is strange as when we called they say it’s fully booked. Can’t book restaurant online also or book other restaurant for any other following day. Staff unable to speak English or understand as I brought my own baby food and put it in a bowl. We asked the staff to heat it up for me and next for minutes they came back with something different and apparently they added milk into my baby solid food. Apart from that, it was a lovely stay and the kids enjoyed it. We will definitely come back again but hope they can improved the above

- Hisham (10/5): Great resort - All new resort after Full renovation.food are very delicious many restaurants and bars all around it's very easy to get drink or eat even you don't need go to the main restaurant. At checkout you have comfort zone that you can stay great for visitors that have late flights. It's still not summer session but the hotel is in full activity every night kids show plus main show fantastic. Thanks voyage for making the family vacation so cool an great.
- sam (6/5): Average hotel close to beach - Was a bit overpriced for what’s on offer. Waterpark is pretty poor and the evening entertainment isn’t all that except for the fire of Anatolia. Good try by the others though.
- Colin (10/5): Highly recommended! - Wonderful resort with everything you could possibly need for a family or couple holiday in the sun. Water park on site and championship golf course next door. + Comfy beds, very good restaurants steak house was worth paying the supplement for the tepenyaki definitely wasn’t. Buffet good. Lovely beach, sun beds plentiful, all branded drinks and all cocktails included. Nice by adult pool, family pool rather crowded. V good salon and loved the spa & hammam. Good value. - adult/ beach bar service slow, end up waiting for ages while waiters on roller scates serving family pool were served with dozens of drinks. Not a true 5* experience. Water sports v expensive! much more than we’ve paid in other countries. A bit run down in places but being closed down for full refurb soon. Downside price will then go up.
