- Henri (1/5): Bed bug found and no proper follow-up from the property - The hotel is well located in the village and was otherwise good value for money. Apart from the issue described below, the property did not feel particularly dirty or run-down. Future guests should be very vigilant: at the end of our second night, we found and photographed what was clearly a bed bug on the wall behind the bedside table, about 20 cm from the mattress. We also noticed what looked like small blood stains on the bedding. We informed the property immediately and followed up several times, including by sending photos via WhatsApp. After one very brief reply, we received no proper follow-up and no confirmation that the room had been treated or that preventive measures had been taken, despite Booking.com also contacting the property. The main issue is not only the bed bug itself, but the lack of appropriate and timely handling afterwards.

Despite warnings and requests, we did not receive wifi, which disappointed us and other guests. It is a shame because the accommodation is in a good location and has an interesting atmosphere.

It was simple, the room was nice a cool and the bed was comfy. Nice shared living room and little outside area with tea and coffee. It would have been especially nice if there was some shared kictchen facility.

Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer ohne Fenster, und ein sehr kleines Badezimmer mit Schimmel. Extrem schlechter Luft. Ich verstehe nicht das man so ein Zimmer vermietet, das kann man nicht positiv bewerten, und dann ist die gesamte Bewertung des Hotels natürlich durchschnittlich schlechter. Ich kann diese Unterkunft leider in keinster Weise empfehlen, obwohl ich nicht empfindlich bin...

Then we heard loud screaming because they were coupling. In addition, we could smell smoke because some neighbours were smoking and not only tobacco.

- Michel (4/5): Notre séjour a été gâché par la médiocrité et insalubrité de ce logement - Une certaine recherche dans la décoration. Très difficile à trouver de nuit, sous la pluie. Aucun éclairage signalant la présence d'un hôtel. Malgré Waze, nous avons été obligés d'aller passer la première nuit ( sur 4 ) dans un autre hôtel. Pas de chauffage y compris, dans la salle de bain. Chambre très petite, très humide car il n'y a pas de fenêtre : au bout de trois jours, le linge était toujours humide, surtout les serviettes de bain ( qui n'étaient même pas en éponge ), trempées après la première douche le sont restées jusqu'à la fin du séjour ( il n'était plus possible de se sécher après une douche ) . Le lit est coincé entre 2 murs, impossible pour la personne couchée contre le mur de se lever facilement sans enjamber l'autre personne. La formule impersonnelle de la gestion de cet hôtel n'est pas la meilleure. Il était impossible de joindre un responsable au téléphone! Le code WIFI est anormalement long. C'est la première fois que j'écris sur Booking, un avis aussi défavorable. Le côté " rural " de l'établissement, nous intéressait. Peut-être, l'était il un peu trop! Cette chambre a gâché notre séjour.

La habitación estaba congelada, no había calefacción y solo nos habían dejado un nórdico como ropa de cama (sin manta extra) escribí solicitando una manta extra, primero pusieron en duda que no hubiera y, al reclamarla por segunda, ya no me contestaron ni se disculparon por no haberla dejado. El baño es compartido con dos habitaciones más y no estaba muy limpio.

Eso era una ratonera, olía mal y sobre todo super sucio, el váter estaba negro, el lavabo amarillo y la ducha... La cortina estaba super sucia y llena de manchas y la ducha estaba atascada a parte de amarilla... Y sobre todo en dos días no vimos a ni una sola persona del alojamiento, eso estaba vacío, solo estábamos nosotros y una familia enfrente que por supuesto se oía hasta cuando iban al baño...Lo único bueno de este sitio es la ubicación, pero no merece la pena alojarse aquí.

- TOVI (8/5): - מיקום יחסית קרוב להר טיידה. כניסה עם קוד, ללא תלות במארח. מיטה נוחה עם שמיכת פוך, מטבח משותף מאובזר וגדול. התקשורת עם המארחים היתה טובה. יש וילון גדול על הדלת, שמאפיל על האור - שיפור של המארח בעקבות הערות קודמות. חדר קטן. מיטה נוחה אך כלואה בתוך 3 קירות. חנייה באזור היתה קשה.

Pas de fenêtre dans cette chambre ! Mais le pire est que nous avons trouvé des cheveux et des poils dans le lit, les draps semblaient avoir déjà utilisés et ne sentaient pas du tout le propre 😡 (toutes ces choses ont été signalées lors de notre arrivée), dommage le bâtiment est assez joli…

It can be very cold in Vilaflor in Winter, which I expected, but if it wasn't for an extra blanket provided, I would have frozen! Something needs to be done about the front door. Unless you barge into it like a rhino, it is hard to open.

Desaconsejada para personas con claustrofobia. Sin calefacción en un sitio que en invierno de noche baja a 0 o meno aún.

- Femke Petronella (4/5): - De locatie is goed, supers, eetgelegenheden, wandelroutes en natuur bevind zich op loopafstand. Genoeg warm water (dat is wel eens anders) en het bed lag echt heel fijn! Ik begrijp dat het budget is. Maar kom op: geen raam naar buiten kan echt niet. Alleen een badkamer raampje en twee soort van luikjes in de deur (waarvan er eentje slechts op een kier kon) konden open, en dus niet naar buiten maar naar de hal. Vanaf de hal zien ze je op het toilet zitten. Zeer gehorig. De gratis koffie en thee was inderdaad aanwezig, maar geen water om dat klaar te maken. Geen personeel gezien, alles met codes en instructies op de whatsapp, zeer onpersoonlijk. Parkeren is een drama
