• Giovanni (9/5): Ottima scelta - Un bell'hotel ottimamente gestito e la cordialità del personale è il suo punto forte. Il giorno del compleanno di mia moglie abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell' hotel e prima di cominciare ho chiesto in segreto di mettere una candelina sullo strudel (buonissimo) di mia moglie. Ebbene, al momento del dolce, hanno spento le luci del ristorante e hanno portato il dolce con la candelina accesa. Tutti gli altri ospiti hanno cantato il Tanti Auguri a Te. Niente di speciale ma rappresenta il livello di attenzione verso il cliente. Camera un po' piccola ma ben arredata, bagno abbastanza grande e pulito. La Spa è l' altro punto di forza e dopo una giornata di freddo non c'è niente di meglio che finire al caldo della spa. Posizione ottima, al centro di numerose attrazioni. Colazione di ottima qualità, con eccezione dei succhi di frutta. Ottimo il WiFi in tutto l' hotel. Prezzo relativamente buono. Materassi un po' duri e panorama anonimo.

• Matthew (8/5): A great family-run refurbished hotel. - Room very clean and nicely renovated. Good shower. Friendly staff. Food served in restaurant was of a high quality. Room was too hot, even with the heating switched off. Opening the window means tolerating road noise. Spa facilities can get crowded due to limited opening times. Hot tub is not very hot.
• Andrea71078 (8/5): - Staff gentile, buona la colazione,bella la sauna e il bagno turco. Area wellness dispone di sole 5 brandine lasciando letteralmente alcune persone in piedi ad un certo punto del pomeriggio un peccato visto che lo spazio non manca. La Jacuzzi funziona a gettoni da 2 euro.

Anche all ristorante abbiamo mangiato molto bene lo strudel era il migliore di quelli assaggiati in zona. Tutto bene solo un consiglio: un bollitore in stanza sarebbe apprezzabile per gustare una bevanda calda soprattutto in inverno.

It looked nothing like the photos on the website. The rain shower didn't work unless I held the showerhead in my hand. The mountain view was a view of the neighbor's balcony and smoking area. Still, a very friendly staff.

El desayuno es el básico italiano pero se agradece que venga incluido en el precio. El hotel tiene parking propio lo cual es bastante positivo, totalmente recomendado. La atención en la recepción fue muy buena. Por poner algún pero, quizás sería positivo que en las habitaciones hayan refrigeradores, al menos uno pequeño. Por lo demás, todo bien

Great location in the heart of Dolomites, while all facilities, like restaurants, shop and such are nearby. The hotel has a really nice standard as for the alpine facility, with own restaurant, spa, cafe/bar and is very clean. Prices seemed much higher on the long weekend days than what is usually expected for such a facility. Our room's equipment didn't match overall standard of the hotel: A/C didn't work reliably and furniture and walls looked like from nineties. Although bathroom seemed to be renovated recently, so nothing really bad.

• Yannick (9/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in einem frisch renovierten Teil. Das Badezimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Das Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten war etwas eng, hat aber gut gereicht. Der Pool und Sauna Bereich sieht ebenfalls sehr neu aus und ist für eine Runde entspannen am Abend perfekt geeignet.

L'hotel comprende anche un bar comodo per caffè o aperitivi veloci L'hotel è posizionato in una zona che consente l'accesso a diversi passi alpini, posti a breve distanza Purtroppo subito sotto al balcone della camera (che era al piano primo), è presente l'ingresso di servizio della cucina, e durante i pasti era in funzione un ventilatore fastidioso, sia per il rumore che per l'odore; il letto non era dotato di lenzuola ma di un piumone che anche se leggero, con le nuove temperature è risultato scomodo (troppo caldo); comunque colpa nostra perché non abbiamo chiesto il cambio con le lenzuola che probabilmente erano disponibili; L'hotel è posizionato in una zona che consente l'accesso a diversi passi alpini, posti a breve distanza, ma è posizionato molto a ridosso della strada che presenta un elevato flusso di traffico durante la giornata, per cui soggiornare nella veranda posto al piano terra, sul fronte non era invitante;

• Maria Florencia (8/5): Good price/quality relation - The rooms and the swimming pool were fantastic. It is an old hotel but they have renovated these areas. It is nice to come back from a long day in the mountains and being able to relax in the pool and spa. The room and bathroom were big and modern and we had a fantastic view to the mountains from the balcony. The restaurant was also a highlight, great service and good comfort food. All the staff was attentive and helpful. The parking spots are limited and if it's full you have to park in a public parking 2 blocks away from the hotel which is not very convenient if you have luggage. The breakfast was OK but not great, by 9 they ran out of a lot of things and didn't refill. I personally found the bed a bit hard for my taste.
