- Nolan (9/5): Overall a Great Place to stay at in Macau - Wonderful hotel with nice luxury decor and a lot of space inside. There are plenty of restaurant and entertainment options both inside the property and right outside. It’s conveniently located right next to Fisherman’s Wharf and the Sands Casino. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet served every morning was also very good. The only notable negative I experienced was that there was only one ATM on the entire property, and it wasn’t working on my last night there. Can confirm it wasn’t working because some locals tried it after me with no success. The only convenience store on site was cash-only, so I couldn’t buy late-night snacks and drinks. The staff suggested walking over to the Sands Casino to use their ATMs, but those only dispensed 1,000 HKD bills — far more than I needed for snacks. They could really use another working ATM on the property.

- Joungmi (9/5): - 페리 터미널에서 가까운 거리였고 (도보로 15~20분 사이) 앞에 샌즈 호텔이 있어 셔틀도 이용할 수 있었다. 마카오 Central은 걸어가보진 않았지만 지도상으로는 멀지 않아 보였으며, 버스 정류장도 샌즈 호텔 앞쪽에 있어 이동도 용이 하였다. 숙소 시설도 좋았고, 500ml 생수도 매일 채워주어 물 걱정도 없었으며 조식과 수영장, 헬스장 모두 잘 이용하였다. 뷰가 샌즈호텔쪽 이었는데, 밤에 샌즈호텔의 네온사인 붉은 빛이 창문으로 들어와 밤에 복귀하면 약간 으스스한 느낌이 ...... 그러나 12시가 넘으면 꺼져서 자는데는 지장이 없었다.

- Franziska (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt. Wir hatten noch nie so eine tolle Suite mit so viel Platz und Annehmlichkeiten. - Riesige tolle Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern. Toller großer Pool und 3 kleine Whirlpools. Lage direkt gegenüber vom Sands Hotel, wo Shuttle Busse zum Cotai Strip fahren. Von der Lage her etwas abgeschlagen im Vergleich zu den großen Hotels am Cotai Strip. Aber das hatten wir uns vorher schon gedacht und durch die Shuttle Busse war es kein Problem. Aber man muss es wissen und die Zeit entsprechend einplanen. Frühstück war gut, aber im Vergleich zu anderen asiatischen Hotels nicht herausragend.

The room is fantastic nice with two bed rooms, living room in the mddile and 3 restrooms. The sticky carpet due to flash cleaning and chinese government monitor my internet. I had to install VNP to my phone and laptop.

Удобное расположение - рядом с казино Sands и бесплатными шатлами на остров Тайпа. Отличный завтрак. Хорошая звукоизоляция в номере. Очень удобная кровать и ванная комната. Напор воды фактически позволял делать массаж. Особо надо отметить комфортную уборку, которая проводилась исключительно в мое отсутствие. В отеле такое первый раз! Отель расположен рядом с достопримечательностями, где был организован гастрономический фестиваль. В отеле есть бассейн, народу мало, есть джакузи и шапочку выдают. Заселение в номер задержали на 1 час относительно объявленного времени. Выселение не в 12.00, как в других отелях, а в 11.00.

Okolica klimatyczna.Z lotniska HK do portu-autobus B4 za 10HKD,a potem autobus przez most do granicy emigracyjnej HK-Macao i stamtąd Taxi za 90HKD,bo niestety już chyba nie jezdziły autobusy pod hotel Sands - który jest na przeciwko. Z Sands można za free podjechać do kasyn po drugiej str mostu np. Venetian/Lindoner czy Parisian. Śniadania dobre. Polecamy

- Martin (8/5): Great option for non-casino hotel - Nice non-casino hotel. We got a room upgrade to a corner room with good view and extra room. Breakfast was good, coffee not so much. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Just across the road from Sands Casino/Hotel where you can get more transport options including free shuttle buses to some locations in Macau. Note the Macau public bus service is excellent and easy to follow using Google maps. Difficult to get information from check-in staff. Couldn't provide change for the bus. Concierge was more helpful. Cleaners "invade" your room whether invited in or not! Very few non-Chinese tourists in this hotel and Macau generally which may explain communication/expectation gaps.

Está lejos de todo lo relevante para ver. Personal poco servicial y comprometido. Dejé en custodia antes de que pudiera hacer el check-in mi carry-on y mi mochila y “perdí” los AirPods y el cargador del iPhone que había dejado en una bolsita en un bolsillo de la mochila sin candado y no se ocuparon en averiguar que pasó.

The lobby and especially the rooms are European modeled, the pool and hot tubs are superb But specially the staff is exceptionally friendly professional. - Lothar (8/5): Normales sauberes gut organisiertes Stadthotel mit gutem Frühstück - Das Hotel ist stark auf Englisch/Traditional getrimmt und entsprechend verschnörkelt gestaltet. Die großen Zimmer sind gut klimatisiert und das Bad verfügt über Dusche und Badewanne. Das Kings-Bett war sehr groß und bequem. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und bot Alles von Fleisch bis hin zu chinesischen Suppen (frisch zubereitet). Es liegt direkt gegenüber dem Sands und die kostenlosen Shuttle-Busse nach Taipa zu den großen Casinos können problemlos genutzt werden. Vom Grenzübergang an der Brücke nur mit dem Taxi erreichbar, ein direkter Bus (102, ca. 1 Euro) hält in Sichtweite vom Hotel, der Weg ist jedoch mit Gepäck beschwerlich über eine Fußgängerbrücke ohne Rolltreppe. Für einen Latecheckout wird der Preis eines halben Tages berechnet, das scheint mir zu viel.

- Gwenny (10/5): Beautiful, movie-like hotel with huge rooms and a great location near the ferry. - Massive, classy, and beautiful hotel; it feels like something out of a movie. Our room was amazingly spacious and we honestly didn’t want to leave. The location is excellent; you're a 15-min walk from the ferry (or a quick shuttle to the Sands across the road). Three museums are within walking distance, plus plenty of local restaurants. We even walked to Senado Square in about 30 mins, though there’s a bus stop right outside. Since ride-sharing apps don't work here, having taxis usually waiting at the front door was a huge plus. There are occasionally gaps where no taxis are waiting outside, and the local hailing app can be a drag to use. If you’re stuck, you'll have to wait or take the bus. However, you can always hop across the street to the Sands for their free shuttle terminal to reach other major hotels across Macau.

Leider nur zum Schlafen … den ganzen Tag waren wir auf Erkundungs Tour in Macau. Tolles Indoor Schwimmbad und Fitness Studio im Hause. Früherer Check in kostenlos genutzt. Im gegenüberliegenden Sands Hotel die kostenlosen Shuttle Busse in alle möglichen Richtungen/ Sehenswürdigkeiten genutzt. Das war ein echtes Plus für die Hotellage !
