- Dean (4/5): Hilton should pull the franchise, not to brand standards - Not much Torn wallpaper, dirty elevator floor, missing light fixtures, pool light fallen out and putting kids at risk. They had a janky arrangement where you had to pay a third party to park on the property, even though it was an open asphalt paved lot. I could go on and on.

One treadmill doesn't work at all.

My original room had a malfunctioning lock, which made me feel uncomfortable. I returned to reception and spoke with Alexis about my concerns. She was incredibly sweet and professional, apologizing for the inconvenience and moving me to a new room immediately. Her quick and pleasant handling of the situation was exactly what I needed after a long a day at the hospital with a loved one. I truly appreciate her help and the excellent hospitality.

It was until we were checking out early that the receptionist suggested changing us to a new room with a working TV. We moved to another room and stayed the remainder of our trip. I stayed recently and was looking in the room and there was a bunch of mold everywhere, not just including the room but in lobby and haul way too. A few days went by and I ended up getting super sick. Washer and dry wasn’t working, and only one elevator was working. Hot tub was cold with no jets, so was really like a kid pool. There were plenty of days where I would come downstairs and it would take hours for someone to come to the desk. Would not recommend this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I respectfully dod not want to stay in a handicapped room and both the front seat clerk and AGM kept stating in a very firm and combative tone “all rooms are the same! You need to stop talking or I will refuse service and kick you out of the hotel”. It was awful. The AGM finally agreed to inspect my room and immediately saw that it was different and in fact was a handicapped room and very calm stated “I will have another room ready for you as soon. As one becomes available. Never apologizing for her hostile attitude, never acknowledging and wrong doing on her part. 2. The elevator stopped working for over 4hours and she put us on the 6th floor. We had to climb the stairs with all out luggage. 3. There were no clean rooms at check in. They did not become available till after 4:30 pm. 4. There were no pool towels available. It was awful.

Customer service aside I must say this Hilton did not have the lotion filled in my room, the water temperature constantly felt lukewarm at best. At no point was it hot, which was kind of annoying. For a quick business trip, it served it's purpose, but i recommend a few updates.

- Amanda (2/5): - When we checked in there was no staff at the desk for nearly 10 minutes, only one elevator was functioning and was run down looking, the room itself was outdated, especially apparent in the bathroom, with low water pressure, degraded fixtures and a very dusty register, and we somehow managed to get a bee in our 6th floor room. The jacuzzi downstairs had to be turned on by maintenance, which took over half an hour, then another half hour to even get warm, and it was questionable whether it was cleaned/maintained considering the lack of attention in general. There were minimal pool towels available and they were they were barely big enough for my children. Also the exterior door was not key secured, so the safety aspect was questionable. The breakfast buffet was expensive for what it was, and the one night we went down and wanted to grab a drink at the bar it was closed down because someone had called out. The water and coffee station were mostly empty (either of liquids or of cups), and staff was often away from the desk. They were not unpleasant, but that was really the only positive of the stay. However I would never recommend anyone stay here, as we certainly never would again.

- Gabriela (10/5): Nice - super clean , and confortable , near for everything. The bed was confortable, but any time that you move , was making a lot of noise . 😀
- Brittany (4/5): Great staff, but hotel is not worth the price/nt. - Hotel has not had much upgrades made for price. The shower was dingy with lukewarm water and poor pressure (there was also what looked like blood on the curtain). The AC did not cool below 72 through the stay but was considered "normal." Parking is $10/night for video surveillance, so keep that in mind as well. The front desk staff was friendly and service was prompt when asked for things such as towels and sheets. Most of the disappointment of this hotel is the price for the pay out - I would have rather stayed at the La Quinta for $80/night.
- Laura_SA5056XE (10/5): Hospitality and Great Location - Anthony at the front desk is exceptionally helpful and friendly; he even recognized me from a prior stay a few months ago. This hotel has is wonderful location, with restaurants and entertainment at The Rim only minutes away.

- yanh471 (10/5): Wonderful service from Ellen, pet friendly and even fireworks - : ）Ellen at the front desk was so patient and welcoming. She was not only pet-friendly but also helped us catch the fireworks, which was such a nice surprise. Really thankful for her help.
- Laura (6/5): Meh - Not overly impressed. The attitude of the front desk was not great. Was dismayed to find out they charge for parking. The hotel itself is pretty dated and could use some updating. The bed was not very comfortable. Overall meh. Will check out some other options in this area next time we come.
- 542derricke (2/5): Unprofessional management . - Unprofessional management . I was having issues with the key card. As I was walking towards the elevator a strong smell of marijuana was roaming the hall (6th floor). As I was riding the elevator it stopped on another floor and who I believe was the manager her name tag said Aleshia got in and the elevator immediately stunk more of marijuana. Which is very much safe to say it was her. I walked up to the front desk and no one was there to be able to help me out. I waited almost 10 minutes until a gentleman who was smoking out front came in and helped me. Along with the wait and having to pay for parking, the rooms were not clean properly. The shower had mold and there was no hot water. Safe to say I will not be returning to this establishment.

- Roberto (8/5): Family trip - Only 1 elevator was working which was inconvenient, closet door was broken, and front desk during check in seemed too eager to be on her phone.

- FlyRight (4/5): Need Better Staff and Housekeeping - When I can into the lobby there was no one at the front desk. Same when I came back on from dinner. Weird. The room is a little beat up and the bathroom was not well cleaned. Having to pay for parking on an open air lot with plenty of spaces is a joke. Not impressed.

- Mireya (3/5): I will make sure never to stay at this location again. - Pool was nice When I reserved my room it said Parking was available but never did I read that I had to pay 10$ for parking and that we had to pay for continental breakfast. I usually stay at Truby Hilton and don't have to pay for either. Breakfast wasn't any better than any other hotel I have stayed to charge 15$ per person.
- Karen (6/5): - Right after I got there, the elevator went out. I had to walk down 6 flights of stairs to go get my things., back up with my things and then back down to go to dinner. It was working when I got back from dinner. The morning of checkout, there was no hot water. After calling, about 40-45 minutes later, we had hot water but by then, I was almost ready to check out. I mentioned this while checking out, and the clerk really did not have much to say about the inconvenience.
- 274bradm (10/5): Nice quiet place to grab a drink before bed. - Sandra was very nice at the bar. Nice, quiet place to grab a drink. Clean place with clean restrooms. They only stay open until 10 though.
- April (4/5): - It was dirty, unkept, had roaches, crumbs, stains, and had a terrible body odor smell. The refrigerator also was not working but the front desk changed our room and fortunately the refrigerator worked but the room was also not very clean and had the same foul smell, roaches, mold, slow draining tub, and now I have a strange rash from dirty linen. I would not stay there again.
- lativia (2/5): Not a good stay - We had to switch rooms because the toilet was working properly and leaking. The TV didn't work but the maintenance man came to fix it.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - No coffee in room, no usb connectors, and no hot water ! Staff Anthony was kind enough to let me borrow his charger.
- brittanywP6722TJ (8/5): rocky start - I recently stayed here on a work trip, and overall it was an okay experience. When we arrived, the elevators were out of service due to someone being stuck inside, and unfortunately, our room keys weren’t working either. This meant we had to carry our luggage up the stairs and be manually let into our rooms. Despite the rocky start, the staff really stood out. Ellen at the front desk remained calm and incredibly helpful throughout the chaos, which we truly appreciated. Later, we visited the bar and were warmly welcomed by Sandra and Patricia, who were just as friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a bit outdated, but they were clean and comfortable enough for the short stay. While there were a few hiccups, the excellent service from the staff helped balance things out.

- N9501FRjessicam (6/5): Sandra at the bar - The best part of my stay was Sandra at the bar. Very personable, great conversation and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Although bar lacks a wine selection, Sandra did try to accommodate what I was looking for. The hotel itself is in need major overhaul. The rooms need updating or a real deep scrub. Only one elevator is working, but overall it wasn’t a long wait for one.

- Ivan (6/5): Good place except the shower - It was okay, the bed was good, but the shower was horrible, it would turn off in t h e middle of showering and it would take a few minutes before it came back on. Very frustrating. Of course not to mention that water goes everywhere during your shower. The room was quite and clean.

- 798shelleyr (10/5): Convent, great food. - Great service, food was great. So convenient to be able to eat at the hotel you are staying out. Food was worth the price paid.
- Ronald (6/5): - We were not happy because the site said Continental breakfast which we thought meant included as other hotels we stay at but was not the case here; it also said transportation to theme park included and that was not available and the pool was cloudy and an electric light was hanging loose in the pool on a 3-4 foot electric cord. Needless to say we did not let our two grandkids go into pool the days we were there. One last item was there was no mention we were required to pay parking which was not mentioned prior to booking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

- Relax602544 (10/5): Slow Sunday Evening, Great Guest Service! - My fiancé and I are local business owners in San Antonio and came to the bar/ lounge area to find a nice quiet place to work and grab a bite and was very pleased with the service here from Patricia and Esther! Patricia was behind the bad and was so kind and although she hasn't been working behind the bar long, she was great, attentive, had a great attitude and seemed open to learning her new position! Esther, who I believe in the GM was super helpful as well, not only in guiding Patricia at key points in her shift but in handling her own GM tasks. She was a very supportive leader and it was lovely having a front row to the teamwork at this location! We also ordered food and drinks and it was all delicious! And we even got a slice of pizza for free as it was an evening special for all in house guests tonight and they were kind enough to share with us even though we aren't staying the night! Although we definitely would now and will definitely be back to work here again!
