• John (10/5): Great property and great host - Luca the host went the extra mile picking us up and dropping us at the station. A beautiful house located in the heart of Luino so easy to walk and enjoy the gardens lakes and market. Modern facilities and a gorgeous view from our large private balcony. Could even access streaming channels for a movie or two. Many cafes close by.
• Michael G. Russ (10/5): Perfekter 4-Tages-Aufenthalt in der Casa Botta - Super netter Vermieter. Kurze WhatsAPP vorher, und Luca holte uns persönlich unten am Eingang ab. Schlüsselübergabe völlig unkompliziert. Wir waren schon mal da, vor Jahren. Das Sehr viel Platz im Loft für zwei Personen. Lage in Luino super, so dass man die meisten Orte zu Fuß erreichen kann. Eigener Parkplatz (unterhalb des Hauses/Gartens, beim Spielplatz) - zum Ausladen kann man eine halbe Stunde auf dem Lieferparkplatz um die Ecke stehen oder auf den 90 Minuten Parkplätzen, wenn da etwas frei ist. Das Penthaus war das Argument schlechthin wieder zu kommen. Nächstes Mal wird nicht wieder so viel Zeit verstreichen! Luca ist ein ganz toller Vermieter!!! Die Wohnung hat eine Top-Lage, ist hochwertig und sehr schön. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen! Sehr viel Platz im Loft für zwei Personen. Lage in Luino super, so dass man die meisten Orte zu Fuß erreichen kann. Eigener Parkplatz (unterhalb des Hauses/Gartens, beim Spielplatz) - zum Ausladen kann man eine halbe Stunde auf dem Lieferparkplatz um die Ecke / vor der Tür stehen oder auf den 90 Minuten Parkplätzen, wenn da etwas frei ist. Der TV hat eine GOOGLE TV Funktion. Sofern man im gleichen WLAN befindlich ist, kann man vom Tablet / Handy sein Prime oder Netflix Wunschprogramm direkt auf dne TV streamen. Technisch standard, aber dennoch kaum in Unterkünften vor zu finden, damit nochmal 2 Punkte extra. Also 12 Punkte von möglichen 10! DANKE Luca! Mir fällt dazu nichts ein...

• Patric (10/5): Hochwertige Unterkunft mit 1A Lage - Super netter Vermieter. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, ist hochwertig und sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Eine Nachbarin im gleichen Haus hat sich leider an unserem Kinderwagen vor der Tür gestört und dafür kein Verständnis gehabt.

• Lena (10/5): Super Winteraufenthalt am Lago - Die Heizung funktioniert wunderbar, so dass man die Unterkunft auch im Winter uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann. Sehr viel Platz im Loft für zwei Personen. Lage in Luino super, so dass man die meisten Orte zu Fuß erreichen kann. Eigener Parkplatz (unterhalb des Hauses/Gartens, beim Spielplatz) - zum Ausladen kann man eine halbe Stunde auf dem Lieferparkplatz um die Ecke stehen oder auf den 90 Minuten Parkplätzen, wenn da etwas frei ist. Eigentlich nichts :-). Wenn, dann die etwas enge Dusche. Und ein blickdichter Vorhang im Bad wäre schön. Wir haben uns beholfen, indem wir abends ein großes Handtuch mit Wäscheklammern davor gehängt haben.

• Linda (10/5): Wonderful! - Kind host met us as we got off the bus. Showed us around the area and property. Lots of room both within the unit and around the building and gardens. Access to laundry facilities and easy to walk to grocery stores and the lake. Very comfortable and safe location. Really nothing. We would have been happy to stay longer.

• Anne-Lotte (10/5): Fantastisch!! - Een erg schone en fijne accommodatie. Het terras is fantastisch! Daarnaast heeft het een fijne ligging. In Luino ligt alles op loopafstand. Voor herhaling vatbaar! Het keukentje is iets aan de kleine kant voor een gezin. Gelukkig zijn er heel veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt voor niet al te veel geld! 😉
• Beatrice (10/5): Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in einem tollen Anwesen. Alles sehr sauber und komfortabel. - Luca, der Vermieter ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hilft sogar das Gepäck vom Auto ins Haus zu tragen. Sein Anwesen ist wunderschön und gepflegt.
