O lugar fica num bairro excelente, perto de todos os pontos turísticos, o apartamento é super aconchegante e próximo à praia. Pegamos um quarto para duas pessoas e nos serviu perfeitamente, super equipado com fogão, geladeira, microondas e utensílios de cozinha. As toalhas poderiam estar um pouco mais novas e o box do banheiro estava emperrando um pouco, mas nada que atrapalhou nossa estadia, tdo foi incrível

• Antonino (1/5): Dirty, shabby and overpriced small apartment - We took the one-bedroom apartment. This is a list of negative points: - We were 3 people, but the apartment is very small. It is NOT AT ALL spacious as advertised on Booking.com. The bedroom is small. The couch takes a lot of space in the living/dining/kitchen room. There is so little space that the ventilator has to be put on the floor or on the dining table. On Booking.com the apartment is advertised for 5 people! It is not because the owner puts 2 beds and a couch that suddenly the apartment is suitable for 5 people. The apartment is maybe 40 m2. - The apartment does NOT have a balcony at all as advertised on Booking.com. - The only view available is over a metal fence and depressing buildings in the background. From the inner terrace you have a view over an ugly street and depressing buildings. - The place is dirty and shabby. It has humidity stains and cracks everywhere. - There are very few kitchen utensils: they are old, dirty and worn out. The kitchen is NOT AT ALL well-equipped as it is advertised on Booking.com. With the money the owner charges for the apartment, he could at least buy some new and decent kitchen utensils. - The furniture is old and dirty (e.g. the mattress has holes). Some furniture is even fixed with scotch tape. With the money the owner charges for the apartment, he could at least replace the old, dirty and broken furniture. - The additional bathroom does NOT have hot water. - The building reminds of a prison or military barracks. Barbed wire on the walls, fences everywhere, and three doors to access the apartment (ironically the apartment’s door is broken, and its key is useless). - The place is overpriced. Make yourself a favour: spend that sum of money for another accommodation.

• Manuel (8/5): Never before has a commercial accommodation felt like my own apartment like this and in no time. - The apartment feels like your own very quickly as it has a warm appearance and it feels good. That's the best I can describe it. It was clean and I felt safe. The neighbourhood in general felt safe. Nice view from the apartment. The air-condition is a great addition. Bathroom with a lot of space. Also the fridge was big enough for two people. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Really nice people. Very responsive and they help with everything. I got once brought a bag of shrimps as the host went to the fish market and I told her before that I would love to cook them. She even showed me how to prepare them properly. That was class! The kitchen could come with more kitchen utensils. The cutting board had seen its best days and I personally don't like the cuttlery with plastic handles. I like to have a bit of weight in my hand and they always appear to be dirty as a gap appears over time where the metal head foes into the plastic shaft. I didn't ask for an upgrade, though. They even might have accommodated this wish. Like mentioned above, the hosts and people in general in Salvador are very friendly and helpful.

O motorista do Uber após mais de 1hora procurando, encontrou o local de portas fechadas! Perguntado por um vizinho, ele disse que ali funciona como hotel, motel, hostel ou de tudo! Nem portaria existe! O vizinho disse que tem que ligar para o dono para abrir! O fone fornecido acusa como inexistente! Local pareceu muito perigoso! Parece o local com aqueles filmes americanos de terror! Muito ruim mesmo! Minha esposa que estava em outro uber teve a mesma dificuldade de encontrar! Lá nem placa com o nome do hotel existe! • Verified traveler (6/5): Great for a group a single friends - Three of us (single dudes) stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. The woman, who I presume is the owner, was very nice and attentive. The pool wasn't available during our stay (during Carnaval 2017) and there was no furniture on the balcony. One of the rooms did not have a shower curtain, so every time I took a shower, water splashed all over the bathroom floor. The unit was secure. There was a main gate at the entrance to the street, a second gate that led to our patio and finally a door to access our apartment. The neighborhood is safe and we never felt that our lives were in danger. There are always taxis driving in the area (once again during Carnaval), so traveling around the city was very easy. The unit is located within walking distance to the attractions of Rio Vermelho: the strip mall, the outdoor bar/restaurant area and the beaches. In all, I enjoyed my stay at this unit; however, I probably wouldn't stay there again. Once again, I recommend this for singles and not for kids or couples.
