• colin (5/5): I was disappointed overall - I would not stay thee again - The staff were helpful and courteous The room was cold. There was no instruction to operate the room heater on wall. The bed was too high. There was no easy chair in the room to sit on to put on my shoes etc. The bathroom did not have very good ventilation

• Neil (7/5): Clean and Convenient, but Let Down by Noise - It was clean, tidy, and perfectly fine for a short stay in the city centre. The main downside was the noise, when other guests were loud, you could hear everything, which made it difficult to properly relax or sleep at times. Good budget option overall, but don’t expect much soundproofing.

• Kay (6/5): Fine overall. - Location was great, the staff were all really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The whole building smelt awful truthfully, like sewage, public toilets, honestly awful. The size of our room threw us, understanding now it was literally a pod. Perfect for one person, but not 2, you are literally squeezing past each other to get dressed etc. The mugs in our room were covered in coffee drip stains, not clean from the last people to stay. so we couldn’t even have a cuppa. Our shower door was broken so leaked loads of water onto the floor, making it more difficult to comfortably move into the bedroom space.

• Vania (9/5): - Gostei de tudo no geral. A localização é óptima. A simpática funcionária sempre disponível. Estava tudo muito limpo, nada a apontar. O quarto não tinha janela, mas não fez qualquer diferença. A disponibilidade para guardar a bagagem depois do check-out, foi muito bom para aproveitar o dia mais confortável Não gostei muito das almofadas, mas acho que é uma pequeno pormenor e um gosto pessoal. Não é um defeito do alojamento

• Mary (6/5): Breve tappa a Liverpool - La posizione è sicuramente il punto forte: in pieno centro, comodissimo per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni della città. Il letto era comodo e il bagno di dimensioni adeguate. Ideale per un soggiorno breve e per chi cerca soprattutto praticità e posizione. In dotazione c’era anche il phon, cosa molto comoda. Uniche note negative: la camera era davvero minuscola, senza finestra. Il lavandino del bagno un pò troppo piccolo e scomodo da usare.

• Francisco Javier (6/5): Alojamiento céntrico, bien comunicado y a precio razonable - Habitaciones a precio razonable en excelente ubicación, cerca del transporte público y de las principales atracciones turística s a las que se puede llegar a pie. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento y resolvieron varios problemas que nos hicieron cambiar de dormitorio hasta 3 veces. Las habitaciones están en los sótanos y por tanto son interiores sin ventana, pero eso ya lo decía la descripción del alojamiento. Se accede a ellas por una escalera, sin ascensor. El penúltimo día no nos hicieron la limpieza diaria de la habitación

• Elina (6/5): Sorry. I will not return to this hotel. There are better options in Liverpool. - A clean room with a TV. Heating was difficult to get right, noisy at night. No water available, other than to buy! A basic access to drinking water makes a big difference! The room was very small.
• David (5/5): Okay, but not great - Location is great. Loud corridors make it difficult to sleep, the bathrooms are tiny and don’t have mirrors. The worst thing was the green leds in the rooms. They really made it difficult to sleep.
• Jonathan (10/5): Great basic accommodation for budget travel - It was as expected, had everything I needed and threw in some biscuits. Thanks for those. Although the room wasn't particularly big I had enough room to move about and store my stuff so no big issues. Shower was great and linens and towels were fresh and clean. On coming in the young lady that greeted me was nice even if I immediately forgot my room, the guy waiting on reception when I am led in later that night seemed sound and approachable enough, letting me go about my business and the lady who checked me out seemed friendly in our brief interaction

I also perceived the road it was on, was not well lighted, for a lone woman traveller I would not have felt safe walking on that road in the dark. The bed was not comfortable.

Me pareció muy incómodo que todo el tiempo se escucha ruido como de construcción, inclusive el último día me desperté porque la vibración de ese sonido hizo que se cayera los productos del baño que tenía en el lavabo .
