Es acogedor, limpio y con diferentes espacios para el huesped El personal de terraza y cafereria es desatento. ademas las areas de bebidas estan desconectadas unas de otras. No es posible tener una sola cuenta de o sumo dentro del mismo hotel. Es absurdo. Esto causa

It’s in a busy area I have to travel to different floors to find different things. Like breakfast is on 8th floor and pool is on 13 floor and room is on the 5th and front desk is on the 1st and I haven’t even found the gym yet.

Marcela at the front desk went above and beyond to help when needed and the entire team especially the restaurant and kitchen staff was very accommodating. No doubt I will stay here on my next trip to Barranca. Hot water in the bathroom would be nice and room service options after hours too. The fitness room was spacious and well equipped, just a bit of maintenance needed.

Llegamos con mi esposa y mi hija pequeña y había gente ebria tomando en la piscina y en el jacuzzi, dos hombres en bóxer sin traje de baño y una mujer haciendo bailes obscenos en las zonas húmedas. La piscina llena de botellas de trago, ruido en la noche excesivo. Lo peor, cero hotel familiar. Lo peor es que el personal del hotel no hizo nada al respecto.

De omgeving is niet erg aantrekkelijk, maar dat wisten we van te voren. Een prima hotel voor doorreis of zakelijke activiteit.

- Johnny (8/5): Great hotel, not for a sunday morning though - Awesome food, great room and very helpful staff We arrived Saturday night very late and Sunday morning there was a nearby market that starts very early, it seems that is a weekly thing. Its very loud and unpleasant for the people sleeping as the room was not soundproof although it was on the 8th floor
