Guest Reviews
- Aubry (3/5): It was OK. - The hotel was close to Bushwakkers. 1) The hotel was a 4 dressed up as a 9. It was trying to be above a Days Inn, but really it wasn't.
2) The pool area looked to have more water on the floor than the pool itself-gross.
3) No garbage bags in the garbage bins- this seems strange to me- especially in the bathroom. The bins themselves were spotless and clean. However, I feel for the cleaning staff needing to clean the bins.
4) The train horns- yes the hotel has no control over this- but something to be aware of.
- Kay (1/5): Worst place to do business - This was the worst experience ever they took my payment answer didn't even let me stay in the room I got i provided I'd as asked ans they still shut me down from getting a room their it's the worst place to do business I'd say .. Everything they screwed up everything didn't even let me stay in my room but took my money . It's disgusting to be honest
- Taabish (1/5): It was below my expectations and I would not be staying here again. - The room was standard with a comfortable bed and clean room. My room was missing all of the amenities and I had to continuously keep requesting for additional stuff - such as hotel slippers, toothbrush/toothpaste, creams, etc.
I was later told that the hotel was out of toothbrushes and toothpaste and I followed up for the entire duration of my trip but was never provided with it. I believe this is a basic necessity and should be stocked.
- Sakina (5/5): - The view was good No one picked phone for room service
- KELLEY (9/5): -
- René (8/5): -
- Darryl (4/5): my stay was very disappointing and definitly not worth well over 200 bucks - The restaurant and staff were very nice the location is great this place is filthy and in deteriorating shape my room had dirty walls dirty windows paint where there shouldnt be paint drywall cracks and the hallways are almost embarrasing especially where you come off the elevator pool has a brown ring around it i didnt even go in it this sadly is becoming the norm for most regina hotels where is the maintenance and cleaning staff where is the manager that should be looking at this mess and realizing it needs to be corrected for people to feel good about their stay i would not stay here again
- J SK (8/5): -
- Victoria (4/5): A little disappointing - Carpet had not been vacuumed in quite some time. There was a whole smorgasbord of debris all around the carpeted area.
Although we arrived slightly early and waited in the seating area as there was apparently no room ready for us, I hadn't noticed that in the 10 minutes we waited that the reception area had filled up with approx. 15 people waiting to check in. Instead of the desk clerk (who knew we were waiting to check in) calling us over, I waited in line for approx. 35 more minutes.
No hair conditioner in bathroom.
- Josh (4/5): Paying for what you get - Cheap Sketchy area, cops showing up , pool was gross , was loud
- Raquel (7/5): - Staff are very friendly. The rooms are not noise proof.i can here people talking at the hall way and people at the next room.the door is not slowly shutting and slam every time.everything is noisy.doors are noisy.bathroom doors squeaks.breakfast is soooo expensive too but like i said employees are very friendly.

- Marion (10/5): Tasty breakfast good staff very friendly clean unit - Clean comfortable and close to the location of our event The shower was not very consistent either too hot or too cold
- Dylan (4/5): -
- Jalene (10/5): Great stay! - Location for my work was ideal.
- J SK (9/5): -
- Barbara (8/5): - N/A There were too many children playing in the hallways, banging on walls. They were up very late. A number of other guests also came out of their rooms to ask the children to be quiet as they were trying to sleep. The security guard did not intervene at all.
- Wanda (10/5): -
- Dawn (9/5): -
- Skeldon (7/5): - Overall the size of the room was nice. There were electrical outlets in the free parking lot, which was very handy for the winter. The bathroom sink was clogged. The switch for one of the bedside lights was broken. I was only there for one night so they wouldn't have had time to address those issues while I was there.
- Danielle (9/5): Nice room at a great price - Great location!
Nice room. The shower had lots of power.
- Katrina (10/5): -
- Lavina (9/5): - Location Paying for breakfast (we had 2 ppl and only one voucher) the mess on dewdney but that’s not the hotel’s fault
- Bunmi (8/5): -
- Nicole (7/5): Highly adequate. - Breakfast good, location good, friendly staff. Hallways need maintenance. Painting and lighting need an upgrade.
- Kevin (7/5): - Location was great. Close to pubs and restaurants. Lights not working, bathroom sink drain needs to cleaned out as water not going down.
- OLUMIDE (8/5): -
- Lilian (6/5): - Facility and service need to be upgraded. Such as buffet breakfast has to be included in rate. Did not like the fact that the rooms have just one bottle of water. Bathroom supplies were lacing too
- Kyla (5/5): Nice rooms but sleep was disrupted with a lot of noise. - Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Mosaic stadium. Very noisy. Barely got any sleep. My family members in a different room on a different floor said the same thing. The hotel should invest in sound insulation. The hotel should also get a different person/organization to run the restaurant. The prices were expensive for mediocre food.
- Bhupinder (1/5): Bad location with worse cleanliness - Nothing Location bad
- Tracy (5/5): - Location of hotel was good, staff were great, but being that there is no continental breakfast offered, or even a coupon towards a breakfast I would not stay at this hotel again Did not care for the beds and Coupon towards a breakfast should be offered at restaurant since there is no continental breakfast
- Jane (4/5): - Breakfast was very disappointing. I ordered eggs Benedict and it was inedible. The sauce was gooey and obviously from a package. The egg was over cooked. The muffin was soggy. The bacon was tasteless and the spinach was compost. Just awful.

- VoyLuxe (4/5): Empty lobby, overpriced rooms! - We arrived late after midnight, and after checking few hotels that didn't live up to our expectations, we chose to stay here. The night clerk was polite, though he offered only a small discount despite our checking in so late.
Our room overlooked a messy construction site, and the bathroom layout was poorly designed, with the toilet awkwardly squeezed between a wall and a wooden stand. The lobby was totally empty when we arrived and when we left, making the high prices seem even more unreasonable.
Overall, the hotel was overpriced, run-down, and simply not worth what they’re charging. Management needs to reconsider their rates to ensure the hotel remains competitive.
- Kevin (6/5): Small things make a big difference - Location, comfortable beds, clean room. They advertise on their key card and loopy banners”come try our local craft beers” but they don’t serve any?
The horizontal blind lets in way too much light at night.
You can’t draw the vertical blinds?
Hallways indicate poor, flimsy construction.
No soap on the on deck shower container both Friday and Saturday.
Beer cans still in the lobby late morning.
- Tkeeting (10/5): - Great food, friendly staff. Comfy beds. No bath tub.
- Augustine (2/5): -
- Schumacher (9/5): Was good. - Our Stay was short during the roughriders western final and had little time to use your facility. All good.
- Lukan (8/5): - Very comfortable bed. Very clean room. Hallway noise quite noticeable. Not as quiet in early morning as we would have liked.

- Lisa (10/5): Perfect - The location was great for our needs. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were so busy due to an event the night before however they remained happy, and friendly and did a great job with some unfriendly guests. All staff dressed for the event it was awesome. Local construction is probably hindering them slightly however when it is finished they will be in prime location.
- Andy (8/5): - Clean and quiet room. Delicious continental breakfast.
- Shandel (2/5): - I booked this room just after midnight because my daughter was sick and there was too much noise at my friend's where we were staying. I did not realize because it was after midnight that it would put check-in as 4 pm. I contacted both Expedia and went to the hotel. Neither Expedia or the hotel were able to switch the night. The hotel was mostly vacant and it should not have been an issue. It was a waste of money and time dragging my sick daughter there. Terrible customer service. The front desk told me he had to clear it with a manager but that would not be until 9am. Then, the manager would not refund the following day when Expedia tried to ask them for flexibility. The app is not set up for a situation like this and the hotel was completely inflexible, even though they were close to empty
- farhad (8/5): - it was very good
- Khris (8/5): - Convenient location, when the road is finally finished…room is clean & tidy, but public areas are a little dingy, ie elevator area…didn’t hinder my stay tho
- W. Peter (7/5): Great value for money - No meals i took there it was not included as it was advertised to have been, The tvs were not smart tvs and i could not use an app or get to my own netflix or even cast form my phone.
- George (8/5): - For a Four Points by Sheraton it misses the mark of other locations. Dirty threshold between the bedroom and the bathroom/ I expected a better hotel fit and finish is in need of improvement- Poor quality shower head -
- Dayna (10/5): - Professional, friendly staff.
- Rosalie (10/5): - I like the most the warm welcome and friendly staff
- Herb (10/5): - Very friendly staff
- Sherry (10/5): - Construction was the only issue but did not effect our sleep
- Herb (10/5): - Very friendly staff
- Cherel Ann (9/5): -
- Trina (10/5): - Friendly staff, easy parking and right next to the keg.
- Jarred (10/5): - Great room for the price, nice and clean.
- Walden (8/5): Perfect for our needs for one night - Convenient for our purposes. Comfy beds! Thin walls!
- Kenneth (10/5): - Construction on front street but parking lot was still accessible
- Valerie (8/5): - Good restaurant and staff....notably Patty and Ashley
Good bed and linens...clean and comfortable
- Lara (10/5): - Staff were great! Great stay for one overnight. Convenient for our needs.
- Mike (6/5): - Dated property. Next to impossible to access due to street improvements. I was expecting a continental breakfast and there was none.
- Daniel (2/5): - Overall the property has fallen into disrepair. Fixtures are lose and it’s just kind of low end.
The staff gave me a ticket for what looked like free breakfast worth $12 - I had breakfast and it turns out the ticket was not spelled out clearly. A mistake made before and the breaks
Fast bill was 12 dollars. The breakfast wasn’t worth twelve cents. Overall a disappointment. The service in the resteraunt was really good considering everything and was the highlight of my stay.
- Annie (8/5): - I like cause its clean and its convenient. I dont like because our room that where we Stay is can heard the train passing by.
- Ing Hoo (8/5): -
- William (8/5): - Breakfast was good— convenient walk to downtown and stadium— restaurants and bars are close by
- Brenda (6/5): Good location, beds ok but needs a refresh - The location It did not offer breakfast and the hallways need new carpets
- XIAOCHUAN (10/5): - Excellent facility and people
- Milan (8/5): -
- Songsong (9/5): -
- Kendall (10/5): - Clean room, all the amenities needed, great restaurant staff, safe parking lot (with security), friendly staff all around
- Leona (9/5): - Excellent food and very friendly staff!!! Couldn’t think of anything I. Didn’t like
- Kyle (8/5): - Close to stadium, floors and walls on third floor were very stained
- John (10/5): Labour Day game - Hotel is close by to the stadium. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was working nicely.
- Jackie (10/5): - The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful!
- Selena (6/5): - The hotel itself seemed clean enough but we only really saw the lobby and our room as we arrived at 10:30pm and left by 8:30am the next morning.
The bathroom door in our room was really difficult and our kids couldn’t close it (or open it if it was closed). I mentioned this to the front desk staff as I was checking out.
There was also really poor sound isolation in the hotel. We could clearly hear other guests talking at a normal volume throughout the hallway.
The area around the hotel was sketchy too, but that’s not really a fault of the hotel.
- Trevor (4/5): - Hotel is run down and in need of serious renovations
- Jolene (4/5): - Waiting for breakfast for half hour before anyone even came to our table
- Ron (5/5): Would stay again if prices were lower and stricter with noise control - Breakfast was good my room was comfy To expensive people in rooms very loud took almost an hour to check in
- Audra (10/5): - Bed was great. That was what I needed. A good bed to get a restful sleep. Thank you
- Ruth (8/5): - Your facility faces the train track . You can do nothing about the trains yard and frequent trains. ! Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and had been recently updated. Pillows are getting old . They should upgrade the pillows to a firmer version in one pillow at least
- Alli (8/5): - Walking distance to Mosaic Stadium. Room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Pool was good as was the hot tub. I would have liked a kettle in my room and when I went searching for hot water eventually found some, but a man came along and kicked me out of the kitchen. He was kind of grumpy, but the man behind the front desk was very helpful.
- Suzanna (8/5): - Walkable to Mosaic Staduim!
- G (10/5): - It is very close to Mosaic Stadium, which makes it an easy walk to a Rider game.
- W (10/5): -
- Althea (8/5): -
- Heather (8/5): -
- Caitlin (8/5): A little above average - Room was nice and clean. Theres alot of noise transfer from hallways, loud tvs through walls
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Not in the best part of town
