• Vitalijus (9/5): Good location for visiting Nara. Excellent value for money. - Good location. Easy to get to and from. Close to attractions. Good restaurant. Very attentive staff. I left my camera and they kept it for a couple of days until I came to pick it up. The room is small for three people. But this is Japan. Other advantages make up for this shortcoming.

• Hiromi (10/5): よく眠れた！ - 元々の部屋の仕様からリノベーションされているのが上手くいっているなと感じました。冷蔵庫がよく冷えていて良かったです。枕が追加できましたし、お風呂は清潔でした。 駐車場有りで検索してこちらのホテルに決めたのですがホテル前に車を直付出来なかったのが唯一残念でした。提携駐車場に停めに行くのは全く問題なかったのですが荷物が多かったのでホテル前に直付できると思って予約したのがありそこは非常に残念でした。

• Huang (10/5): - 我沒有訂早餐，不過附近就有 7:30 營業的咖啡店，也有 24 小時超商，很方便。我是開車自駕旅遊，飯店沒有自己的停車場，但是150公尺內有多個收費停車場，有足夠的停車位。地點非常好，就緊鄰車站，旁邊就是東向商店街，餐廳也非常多，徒步到東大寺、奈良町都很輕鬆。booking 好像沒有寫得很清楚，但飯店有 5kg 的投幣式洗衣機烘衣機，洗衣每次 400 元含自動投放洗衣精，烘衣每半小時 100 元，也很方便。 同行家人有使用輪椅，飯店內都有無障礙斜坡，但覺可惜的是停車場在 150 公尺外，飯店前也不能暫停車輛，稍稍的美中不足，但在可以接受的範圍。22:00 後櫃檯沒有服務人員，如果會很晚 check in 的人要考慮一下，但對我的行程沒有造成困擾。

• KEIICHI (8/5): 凄くプロ意識の高い、コスパの高いホテルだと思いました。 - 改装されたばかりの様で清潔。スタッフがテキパキ。駅から1分。安い。 この値段ですから文句はないですが、窓はありますが、障子が開かないので外の景色は全くなく閉塞感があります。寝るだけ、友達と殆ど観光しているから、と言う人には問題ないと思います。 また、日差しを遮るカーテンがないので、夜中も朝も外の光で明るいので、アイマスクを持って行く事をお勧めします。

• 原 (2/5): 再利用は無い - フロントスタッフの対応は好感が持てた。 隣室との壁が薄く防音性能が劣っているようで、隣室の話し声及びテレビの音が筒抜け状態であった。 又、隣室の宿泊客が夜中の三時よりテレビを大きくかけてその後、寝れない状態が続いた。 1800円を出して朝食を注文したのだが、ご飯が冷えていてお箸を差すとおにぎりのようにひとかたまりで持ち上げることが出来る始末であった。　　昨夜の残り物のご飯を温めなおし、しばらく放置したご飯なのであろうか・・・・ 食事会場の空間は良かったのだが、ご飯以外の食材も美味しくはなかった。　　 他の利用者からのクレームが無いのが不思議である。

Convenient for restaurants for breakfast and other meals. Free walking tour information was very useful .... we enjoyed the free walking tour with Maseko The room was a bit small, but very functional!
