Agudo Nistal (1/5): - Very noisy place, not recommended for western people. Walls look like paper, a lot of Vietnamese people so forget to sleep after 04.30 am. Distribution of the rooms is horrible, I have been in a single room and I had two 5pax rooms close to me specially for big groups so that means all day shouting on the pass, knocking doors and noise all day. Horrible experience

Оксана (5/5): Это не сильно ужасно, но больше я там не останусь. - Очень удобное расположение, близко к одному из лучших пляжей, рядом все что нужно. Все остальное. Шумоизоляции нет, слышно даже храп соседа, громкие разговоры персонала за дверью. Номера уставшие: плесень на потолке, постельное белье не чистое, мебель и стены побиты. На ресепшене нельзя взять даже открывалку. Лифт один, ждать можно 15-20 минут, собирается огромная очередь.

Mariia (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed there in sum for about 2 weeks and that was quite good. The staff is so friendly and hospitable, Cleaning every day, as well as a few bottles of water, new towels, teeth brush and shampoo. The location is super good, just 5 minutes wank from the beach. So good for that price!

Plenty of massage parlor and dining places along the street within walking distance. Very creaky bed mattress on one of the bed which disturbed sleep, as well as partial choked toilet basin which made toilet slightly unpleasant smelling. It is however noteworthy that the hotel staff had acknowledged on these feedbacks for improvement/replacement.

Andrew (7/5): So nice to be close to the beach - Well located hotel one block from the beach near to many restaurants and coffee shops. 20 minute walk to the Dragon Bridge. Clean and tidy room with a sea view. Daily room servicing. TV did not work and hot water took a long time to come. Room was overlooked by many others so you had to close the curtains to get changed. A little bit of street noise found its way to level 6.

Rachael (4/5): Cockroaches - Room was filled with cockroaches, even found some in the bed! The shower door was broken and the walls were very thin so you could hear everything around you. We were on the 7th floor and the lift was extremely slow and was often full with the cleaners equipment. We were woken up one morning at 8am from a knock on the door by the cleaners who wanted to clean our room, which seemed like an oddly early time to be cleaning rooms that were obviously occupied. Would not stay here again or recommend this place.

The hotel is off the main frontages of the beach, which is only 200m walk. If you're on a budget this place is great as a 1 night stop.
