• Ahmad (10/5): Checkin - tidur - bangun - makan - mandi - checkout - Bersih, ada kolam renang untuk anak, sarapannya juga enak. Hari libur parkiran full padet, dateng niat cari parkir baru sampe depan diminta checkin dulu, terpaksa naruh mobil seadanya dg keluarga masih nunggu di dalem mobil, after checkin baru ngasih kunci buat diparkirin mobil sama security skalian angkut barang di bagasi. Setidaknya yang dateng udah booking via apl baiknya langsung dikasih parkir baru masuk lobi untuk checkin, jadi gak bolak balik.

• Anastasia (8/5): - Clean place, nice breakfast and friendly staffs.Noticed that there is no level 4. It goes straight to level 5. Number 4 is missing. There is also a swimming pool. Arrived in our room then came this announcement very deafening for the afternoon pray. We booked two rooms for the night. So we went down to asked if the volume could be reduced down. Not sure if I should have done that? We were wondering if we could ever get any sleep with this extremely loud announcement. Be considerate. This announcement was in each room.

• Ana maria (6/5): - Groupe heberge : 5 chambres louees avec doubles et twin possibles. A/Personnel de la reception : anglais difficile. Difficultes suite a perte du badge de la porte : acces a la chambre tres difficile ... plus de 30’ de discussion pour avoir un acces accompagne a la chambre pour controler si le badge y etait. Ensuite il a fallu payer pour avoir un nouveau badge, sinon pas de chambre!. J’ai failli quitter l’hotel pour celui de l’autre cote de la rue et abandonner mon groupe. B/ Taches sur les murs des Chambres : un coup de peinture serait benefique

• Augustin (9/5): - Bon rapport qualité/prix et excellent petit déjeuner avec du choix. Boissons chaudes proposées à l'accueil et fontaine à eau appréciée pour remplir les gourdes. Prêt de parapluie, plutôt utile le jour de notre passage ! Nous comptions sur la piscine pour notre fille de 2 ans mais l'eau était vraiment très froide. Nous y sommes restés quelques minutes avant de renoncer. C'est dommage d'avoir un tel équipement inutilisable. La chambre aurait pu être plus propre. La poubelle n'était pas vidée et il y avait beaucoup de cheveux au sol.

They offer parking service too and held our luggage for the day after checkout. Rooms are super clean and they provide toiletries.
• Mathilde (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff. Basic room that was good for a few nights. Lots of choices at breakfast (mostly indonesian). Cheap room service! We could hear the noise from the street very well and we were also woken up by the prayers. Pool is only 0,8m so we didn’t use it.
• Pramudya (8/5): Malang trip 2025 - The hotel's location was great. Not too far from our family residents. The rooms are small but comfortable enough to be a hub if you spend time mostly strolling the city or visiting destination near Malang (such as JATIM PARK in Batu) The staff are really helpful and responsive. Iron, hairdryer and hot cattle are available by request. Food during breakfast is also good (simple but ok).
• Oliver (8/5): Excellent hotel for the price, the staff were great and the stay comfortable - The staff were excellent and very accommodating. They helped to book a trip and were polite throughout. The room was clean and to a good standard for the price. The room was road facing which was quite noisy in the night.
• Kim (8/5): Great breakfast and good stay for Bali bus - The staff were great and really helpful. The breakfast was superb with lots of choice and different things every day. The room was functional and cleaned daily The location is a bit out from the centre so def need transport to get about - we hired a bike but traffic is so busy! Noisy guests next door were a pain - also swimming pool was shallow and not really good for anything but a dip. Lots of training meetings going on too

• Marco (6/5): On a budget fine, but the bathroom needs a lot of improvement - I stayed here for remote work and the desk was oke. The price was the cheapest I could get for what I would get I thought. If I knew the bathroom was like that I probably would have paid a bit more and get another hotel. The stay for a week was oke, my girlfriend later joined the room as well. For 2 nights it's oke, for longer I would spend more money and get a bigger bed and cleaner bathroom in another hotel. The bed was a bit too small for my taste. The bathroom was not as clean as I would expect from all the reviews I read before. There was black mold and there was no shower curtain so the whole bathroom would be wett after taking a shower. Also the pool is so small that I would not go here if that's something you would use as a reason to book here.

Black mold (jamur hitam) all over the bathroom and even the welcome paper which didn’t looked changed for years! Other similar hotels with this price range don’t feature black mold in their bathrooms.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient pit-stop en route to Mount Bromo - I didn't stay a full night - just 8 hours transit stop before the 'midnight-to-sunrise' Mt Bromo tour. Hotel is listed as 3-star on hotels.com but I think it's lower end. However, they make up for lack of facilities by providing free hot and cold drinks and snacks (self-service) in the lobby. Staff arranged for takeaway box of chicken sandwich and banana with bottle of water since I was leaving at 12.30am and would miss breakfast. Nothing much to see or do nearby. But a small restaurant I found around the corner had cheap mee soto and avocado juice, while the little Alfamart had surprising discounts on sweets and toiletries (didn't find similar offers in Surabaya!).

Negatifnya : - property kamar sprt sandal hanya 1 pasang (kamar kami tipe smart queen kan hrsnya 2 psg), tdk ada shower cab atau peralatan seperti sikat gigi&pasta gigi - saat pukul 12 malam kami terbangun krn kaget detektor alarm kebakaran bunyi semua tamu kluar krn khawatir ada kebakaran trjadi ternyata ada tamu VIP yg merokok dikamarnya tdk membuka ventilasi sedikit pun sehingga asap mengebul padat sehingga detektor bunyi krn terdeksi sprtvada kebakaran ini sumpah saya sangat kaget dan khawatir bgt.

• Indra (8/5): One night - It was a good stay, the room is small but it is enough for 1 night stay with wife and kid. Room is clean, bed is not the best but it is enough for us. Breakfast is so so, not so many variance but for a 3 stars hotel it is already very good. Check in was so long as not many staff stand by at the front office (queueing) and processing also took quite a long time.
