- Muhammad (8/5): Over all it was satisfying - Abdul Rahman at reception was very nice and very professional. 3 young ladies weren’t professional and didn’t care much if you stood front of them …until they get done talking to each other or on the phone…at least they acknowledge the customer and say we will be with you shortly and if someone cut the line they just help the person who cuts the line instead of saying sorry their is another person waiting before you…we understand this is busy season, but that’s why we pay high price as well, so customer service should be top notch!

- Raja (1/5): - Other then location, there is nothing else to be liked Unprofessional staff for breakfast service, worst breakfast I have ever seen. I spoke to the manager and they were very dismissive. Although they say no to Omelette requests? however if you are from a certain country, you can get it. It just appears from the kitchen - shocking. I asked for a fresh orange juice and was told to go downstairs to the cafe. Awful service and disgusting breakfast! Never again!

Exceptional hotel with amazing facilities and great stay. Very polite team, fantastic facilities, must give special compliments to Ahmed Saber HQ supervisor for taking brilliant care of us. He took very special care of us and made our stay very enjoyable. Will definitely be returning to this clean hotel. 10/10 highly recommend

- Rabina (8/5): 3 min walk to the Masjid and all other facilities. - The location of this hotel is perfect. As soon as you step foot out of the hotel you can see the Masjid al Nabwi. Literally 3 mins walk. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was a little bit of a let down. Too much water everywhere or that could have just been my kids using the shower which would go everywhere if not used properly. The breakfast had a lot of variety. Also all the shops and restaurants and vendors were nearby. The bathroom. Shower room could have been better sealed. Water splashed everywhere.

- Dr. Abdulmonim (10/5): - تجربة رائعة بمعنى الكلمة. منذ لحظة الوصول، كان الاستقبال في قمة الذوق والاحترافية، حيث يقابلك طاقم عمل مبتسم ومتعاون من حارس الأمن الى موظفي الإستقبال مما عكس صورة مشرّفة عن جودة الخدمة. وهنا اخص بالشكر موظف الاستقبال عبدالرحمن الأحمدي على سرعة إنهاء إجراءات الدخول ولطافة التعامل والحرص على تقديم كل ما يرضي النزيل. أما الغرف، فهي على درجة عالية من النظافة والترتيب، ومجهزة بما يحتاجه النزيل لراحة تامة، مع عناية واضحة تجعل الإقامة مريحة وممتعة. الهدوء والنظافة يضيفان إحساسا بالطمأنينة. ولا يمكن إغفال الموقع المميز للفندق، خاصة قربه من أحد بوابات النساء في المسجد النبوي، مما يسهل وصول العائلات. باختصار، فندق يستحق التقييم العالي والتوصية بكل ثقة، تجربة راقية وخدمة يشكر عليها جميع العاملين.

- Hassan Abd El Moniem (8/5): فندق جيد منظرا لكن ينقصه الاعتناء بالنزلاء - الذى اعجبني هو طاقم الإستقبال السيد أصيل والسيد عبد الرحمن كانوا بمنتهى الذوق ويملأ وجهما ابتسامة عريضة اشكرهما حدث أن ازعجونا ونحن نائمين لان كان هناك فوج حجاج من دولة ماليزيا قادم وكانو يرغبون فى إخلاء الفندق .طيب لماذا قابلت الحجز . كان اولا لاتقبل. وحيث انك قبلت لماذا الازعاج لذلك أنا لن اكرر مرة أخرى نزولى بهذا الفندق حيث تسبب فى نزولى مبكرا وذهبت للمطار الساعة 1 فى حين طائرتى كانت 6.30مساءا. هذا موقف كتير مزعج ولا يمحوهه الاعتزار للاسف

Qu’Allah vous récompense tous ! hâte de revenir - La proximité avec le masjid An-nabawi, les magasins, les restaurants de proximité et aussi on est placé du côté des entrées des femmes de la mosquée. Variété de plats (sucré, salé) dans la formule petit déjeuner. Le personnel étaient polies agréables et avec le sens du service. La chambre un peu étroite comparé à ça qu’on avait pris à Mecca mais c’est je pense c’est une erreur de choix de notre part. Peut être qu’il proposait des chambre avec une superficie + grande.
