One of the pillow case, had a lipstick..when they are doing the laundry...they don't washed it good.

One of the jajanan Pasar has a small stone inside the ketan/ rice....I guess the kitchen stuff didn't clean it very well. I told the staff about it, but she didn't tell the Mgr about it cause I saw that she just thrown out everything to the garbage without showing it to the Mgr first

I paid extra for early check-in and late check-out due to a short stay, but the service was bad. And they treated my friend so badly just because she rode a motorcycle.

- Jens Zitzmann (6/5): Bedingt zu empfehlen - Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhof Gubeng. Unangenehmer Geruch im Flur der Etage 20. Zimmer recht lieblos und spartanisch. Es fehlten ausreichend Steckdosen, Seife für die Hände im Bad. Zimmer hat definitiv schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Bei unsererem Ceck-Inn wurden zweimal Sachen vergessen, jedesmal wurden wir angerufen und mussten aus der zwanzigsten Etage herbeieilen. War wohl ein Azubi beim Check-Inn. Eine Entschuldigung wäre nett gewesen.
