- Sasha (8/5): Un buon 8 - La posizione del villaggio molto buona, in poco tempo di taxi si raggiungono tutti i luoghi più importanti. La struttura era pulita, i giardini curati e i ristoranti nella media. Mi aspettavo maggiori servizi, la palestra molto piccolina, la spiaggia piccola ma l'accesso al mare ottimo. L'animazione diciamo quasi inesistente e comunque non molto professionale.

- Andrea (10/5): Relax e bellezza a non finire! - Era da tantissimo tempo che desideravo soggiornare in questo resort e finalmente, quest’anno, ci sono riuscita. Le aspettative erano alte, ma la realtà le ha superate di gran lunga. La posizione del Resort è molto bella, con un panorama mozzafiato che riempie gli occhi fin dal primo istante. Ogni singolo angolo della struttura è curato al massimo, con spazi piacevoli, accoglienti e arredati con un gusto e una cura eccezionali. Ristorante con un'ottima cucina internazionale. Il resort è dotato di due comodi pontili che portano a una barriera corallina vicinissima, incredibilmente viva. Il personale è sempre sorridente, gentile, mai invadente e sempre pronto ad accogliere le richieste del Cliente. Lo stesso vale per lo Staff dell'animazione pieni di energia, ma sempre discreti e rispettosi della quiete degli ospiti. È un posto magico, dove tornare assolutamente!

- anna maria (10/5): Location splendida, con ampi spazi molto curati. - L’hotel è in una bellissima posizione, con un panorama stupendo, e con tanti spazi piacevoli ed arredati con gusto e cura. Oltre ad un grande var principale ed uno in terrazza fronte mare, ci sono altri punti bar in modo che non serva camminare molto per dissetarsi o godersi un cocktail, o per uno snack. Colazione molto ricca, con grande scelta sia per dolce che salato. Ristorante molto pulito con pietanze curate e cucina internazionale. Barriera corallina vicinissima e molto viva, piena di coralli e pesci. Un posto dove tornare assolutamente anche perché non è facile trovare a Sharm un resort che non sia attaccato a centro altri hotel . Qui si respira pace, relax e ci si può anche divertire grazie ad una animazione piacevole e non invadente. Nulla.

- SIMONA (10/5): - Il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevolissimo, il resort era spettacolare,: ogni angolo era curato nei dettagli, una vera chicca. I giardini erano stupendi e la struttura si affacciava sul mare da una posizione leggermente rialzata, con una vista spettacolare. Avevamo richiesto una camera tranquilla e siamo stati accontentati: lontana da piscina, bar e ristoranti, in una zona silenziosa e rilassante, con anche una splendida vista mare. La camera era spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. Il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo e professionale. Il ristorante principale era eccellente: si mangiava molto bene e all'esterno c’era anche una griglia con carne o pesce fresco. C'erano due bar, uno dei quali Aveva anche un angolo in cui si faceva la pizza con forno a legna. Un ristorante libanese era presente nella struttura, ma purtroppo non siamo riusciti a prenotarlo perché sempre pieno.

- Adrijana (10/5): - We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they really went above and beyond to accommodate all our wishes. The resort itself is beautiful, with a very relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. The water was crystal clear, and the reef for snorkeling was absolutely stunning — one of the highlights of our trip. They also offer diving trips, and our excursion was excellent and very well organized. The food was good overall, and there was always something tasty to choose from. The Lebanese restaurant, however, was exceptional and definitely our favorite. Thank you for such a wonderful experience — we can’t wait to return!

Una menzione particolare ai ragazzi dell'animazione che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole: nostro figlio era sempre in prima fila durante la baby dance. Infine, tutto lo staff è estremamente cordiale e disponibile, cosa non scontata. Abbiamo ricevuto l'upgrade della stanza (vista mare) e il late check-out senza costi aggiuntivi e abbiamo apprezzato molto. Punto mare molto suggestivo: nulla da invidiare alle zone più famose di sharm. Nulla

- Ross1989 (10/5): Davvero piacevole - Una struttura a dir poco fantastica, pulita e accogliente, curata nei dettagli. Il personale è gentile e accogliente, sempre con un gran sorriso e sempre disponibile ad accogliere le esigenze del cliente, laddove è possibile. Struttura giusta con tanti angoli di paradiso. Cibo buono, considerando le loro tradizioni, colazione abbondante dal salato al dolce (dolci davvero molto, molto buoni), pizza a pranzo con vista mare incantevole, due piscine fantastiche con lettini comodi e nuovi! Animazione sempre presente e mai invadente; eccezionale Mattia, che, a prescindere dal fatto che noi avessimo prenotato da Booking, ci proponeva quotidianamente cose da fare. Due pontili per ammirare l'eccezionale barriera corallina; seppure uno fosse in manutenzione, si poteva tranquillamente raggiungere dalla spiaggia. Sicuramente un resort piacevole dove potersi rilassare, vicino a Sharm Vecchia, aeroporto e Naama Bay. Stanze davvero belle,spaziose e colorate. Lo consiglio e ci ritornerei volentieri. - adele (10/5): Excellent stay! - All in all excellent value here! Pros - beautifully cared for (small) resort. The gardens and buildings have been designed well and are a delight to walk through with plenty of comfortable areas to sit and enjoy the views of the sea. The reef is beautiful, with plenty of colourful fish. Two accesses to the water, one via a pier the other by walkway in the sea (wear water shoes as slippery), although a second pier is being built and will be completed soon. Food, very varied in the main restaurant, with grilled fish and meat daily, fresh delicious salads and fruits daily and always fresh pasta made with lovely sauces and freshly cooked pizzas. Excellent coffee. The hotel has a large proportion of Italian guests and the food is really geared towards them, nevertheless it is very good. Rooms are bright and cleaned daily, sometimes replacing shampoo etc was hit and miss and a needed to call reception to ask for things to be replenished. Staff - big thanks to Ibrahaim and Ahmed in the Panorama bar, we loved their smiling faces every day. Also Hossum in the main restaurant (thank you for my breakfast fruit!) and Madhar by the main pool, always friendly and helpful. The entertainment team here are brilliant! They work so hard and make everyone smile! WiFi is absolutely awful. For a hotel of this standard it really isn’t acceptable for guests to have to buy esims, given that free WiFi is in most places around the world now as standard. In the public places it should be of usable quality which is isn’t! Drinks - white wine is truly awful, smells and tastes like paint stripper. Having been to other Egyptian AI resorts this was by far the worst we have tried. Red was much better though. Lack of consistency between what was free in some bars to others. For example, siesta bar (sea view) free beer and cocktails, whilst beach bar free cocktails but beer was chargeable? Made no sense…. Only a small selection of cocktails available free for AI. Some of the staff could be friendlier at the Siesta Bar. Lebanese restaurant - do not bother here, food is prepared in advanced, as soon as you sit it is brought to you, no feeling of anything being special here and we found the food in the main restaurant was much better tasting. Also alcohol is charged here (again why as it’s AI resort)??!! You also were not allowed to take a drink in with you. Siesta bar - when it’s the sunset no one is around to serve drinks, it’s when it’s the busiest time here and people wants a drink to enjoy the sunset. Staff here are miserable and not professional at all.

Tornerei con grande piacere L'unica cosa negativa direi il costo del transfer da/per aeroporto (ma abbiamo ovviato prenotandolo privatamente)

- Giuseppe (9/5): Siamo stati molto bene - Mi è piaciuta l'accoglienza in generale da parte di tutto il personale, in particolare la reception con i due addetti Diaa e Mohamed, che si sono sempre prodigati per soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza e risolverci ogni tipo di problema. L'ultimo in ordine di tempo è stato quello del mancato arrivo del taxi per il trasferimento dallo Sharm Club Beach Resort all'aeroporto di Sharm, taxi che avevamo prenotato proprio tramite Booking (prenotazione 141524584). Diaa si è prodigato per telefonare prima all'autista indicato da Booking (Mohamed ayman M, tel +201003164180) e poi dopo tre tentativi senza ottenere risposta, ci ha organizzato un taxi sostitutivo per l'aeroporto che abbiamo, comunque, dovuto pagare.

We have visited Sharm, Hurgada etc may times. Royal Savoy who has bigger rooms and also great location may compare with this resort. Staff is professional and a pleasure to talk to. Value for money a 10+++

More suitable for couples, also ok with kids but not much to do for them. - Everything - the layout of the hotel allows to have sea view almost from every location, feels private and not crowded at all, beautiful territory with nice design elements and greenery, flowers. Staff were amazing, very friendly and professional. Coral reef, lots of colorful fishes. Food was great, every day something new to try. Room was nice too, we had a roofed and open terrace. Adding a basic slide to the kiddie pool would be a great improvement. Cleaning - there was no toilet brush and the cleaners did not always clean the toilet either.

Our room was spacious and was kept very clean by Sayed. The views from our room were exceptional as was the vibe throughout the resort. The dining area layout was really good too. Приятный персонал , всегда во всем помогали. Огромное спасибо Мохаммеду на стойке ресепшн , который оперативно решал все вопросы. Выход к рифу потрясающий, бассейны ухоженные , всегда есть свободные шезлонги

Дети были в восторге от крабиков на одном из пляжей и довольно большого тунца, который приплывал дважды на неоновый цвет их плавок и кружил сужая маршрут до 1 метра от них. Теперь я знаю какого цвета воблер нужно использовать в это время года. Прекрасный и отзывчивый персонал на кухне, в ресторанах, у бассейнов, а также конечно на ресепшене. Особенно нам помогла Наталия. Спасибо за незабываемый отдых
- Dimitri (10/5): - Приехал я, значит, в этот отель худым и бледным, а уезжаю в статусе «упитанного» с легким оттенком поджаренного тоста. Про номер: 🛏 Мой номер был настолько просторным, что я пару раз в нем терялся по дороге в туалет. Кондиционер работал отлично так что к вечеру в комнате образовывалась собственная экосистема с легким арктическим бризом. Уборщик Махмуд — настоящий мастер оригами: каждый день на моей кровати ждал новый зверь из полотенец. К середине отпуска я начал подозревать, что скоро он скрутит из пододеяльника полноразмерную копию сфинкса. Про еду: 🥐🥗 Система «Все включено» — это ловушка! Я шел за огурчиком, а очнулся с тарелкой, на которой горой лежат различные пирожные, говяжье рагу, омлет и почему-то жареная рыба. Повара — святые люди, они улыбаются так, будто это не я второй раз иду за добавкой. Про море и бассейн: 🏝 Риф — это просто телевизор с National Geographic, только в 5D и с соленой водой. Рыбы смотрят на тебя с таким видом, будто это ты здесь в гостях, а они решают, пускать тебя в свой район или нет. Анимация — отдельный вид спорта. Если вы думаете, что умеете танцевать, подождите, пока местный парень не заставит вас танцевать клубный танец под палящим солнцем. Теперь я официально умею двигать бедрами лучше, чем мой офисный стул. Итог: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Если ваша цель — забыть, какой сегодня день недели, и научиться понимать по-немецки, по-итальянски и по-рыбьи, то вам сюда. Вернусь ли я? Конечно! Только сначала куплю штаны на размер больше.

Отдельное спасибо бесконечно дружелюбному и позитивному менеджеру на ресепшн Диаа- скорость заселения и потрясающий номер превзошли все наши ожидания! Спасибо девушке в ресторане на стойке guest relation за внимание и заботу! Ребята из команды аниматоров классные, очень тактичные и не навязчивые. Жаль только что народ на отдыхе не сильно активный и ребяьам нелегко собирать народ. Соотношение цена-качество идеальное, причем качество даже превосходит по высоте. Территория огромная, много зелени и красивых романтических уголков. Красивый риф. Лежаков и мест в ресторане всегда всем хватает.. В ресторане чисто-даже столовые приборы на столах лежат запечатанными в красивые плёночные конвертики, чтобы сохранить их чистоту. Номера простые, но очень чистые. Сначала не разобрались , как включается горячая вода, но девушка с guest relation как узнала, то сразу отправила персонал.. Оказалось, что нужно было чуть подольше подождать, когда вода пойдет. Чтобы убедиться, что мы разобрались с водой нас долго у номера ждал уборщик. Очень приятно такое отношение. Всем сотрудникам отеля и управляющим огромное спасибо за вашу работу! - Francesca (10/5): Bellissima esperienza ❤️ - Tutto perfetto! Questo resort mi ha davvero sorpresa in positivo: è raccolto, mai dispersivo, e la pulizia è impeccabile. Ogni membro dello staff è estremamente gentile, attento e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza; si percepisce un’atmosfera autentica, fatta di sorrisi e cura verso gli ospiti. Il resort lavora costantemente, 24 ore su 24, per garantire un’esperienza di alto livello. Il reef dell’hotel è meraviglioso, tanto da non rendere necessario spostarsi altrove per godere del mare. Il cibo è vario: per noi italiani può essere una piccola sfida, ma è davvero impossibile non trovare qualcosa di proprio gradimento. Ho provato sia la SPA che il centro estetico e consiglio assolutamente i loro trattamenti. Tornerò sicuramente allo Sharm Club: in una sola settimana mi sono affezionata a tutto lo staff! Non riesco a trovare qualcosa di negativo :)
- Nada (10/5): Piccolo gioiellino - Struttura particolare e intima. Adatto chi cerca la pace. I ragazzi dell' animazione sono stati tutti carini e mai invadenti. Giardini estremamente curati. Ritornei molto volentieri La piscina non era riscaldata, nonostante chiesi prima della prenotazione. Da rivedere assolutamente le piscine in quanto si rischia di scivolare intorno ad esso. Soprattutto per i bimbi piccoli è molto pericoloso.

- Alberto (4/5): Una delusione... - La posizione del resort allungata sul promontorio con spiaggia abbastanza capiente e accessibile e giardini molto artistici e ben curati Ristorazione accettabile e servizio in sala ristorante efficiente Parecchie cose non sono state "degne " di un villaggio che da poco viene gestito in collaborazione con Veratour. - Camera e Pulizia: se la camera appena ristrutturata era piccola ma funzionale, così non è stato per il bagno, datato con presenze di muffa sul silicone della doccia, soffitto scrostato . - WIfi : per un presunto problema all'impianto che si è protratto per almeno 2 settimane, il Wifi era utilizzabile solo alla reception e conseguentemente nelle ore di punta, non disponibile neppure li. - Attenzione al Cliente: scarsissima attenzione anche del Manager del resort alle esigenze dei clienti, sia al momento dell'arrivo che in presenza di problemi in camera: sollecitati per risolverli, ci sono voluti 2 giorni per procurare uno scopino del WC e una giornata per sistemare la TV con qualità pessima e pochissimi canali disponibili - Piscina: la gestione dei teli sulle sdraio si è dimostrata sempre carente e nelle mani dei bagnini che li gestivano a loro piacimento dietro evidente contributo in mance.
- Madalina (10/5): Relax e divertimento - La struttura è ben posizionata, rispetto ad altri resort di Sharm questo è più compatto e meno dispersivo, si vede un bel panorama da qualsiasi posizione, due pontili di accesso al mare e quindi due diverse barriere da vedere. Personale veramente gentile e disponibile tutti con il sorriso! Cibo di buona qualità e diversi bar posizionati per il resort. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa di prolungare l'orario di permanenza sia in spiaggia che in piscina per poter ammirare ancora di piu il paesaggio .

Spero ogni anno 😂😂Ho già consigliato la - La struttura è molto bella e curata, con tante zone instagrammabili, altalene, panchine, sdraio. Siamo state nel periodo di Pasqua, quindi non in piena stagione e abbiamo notato che la stanno anche modificando, ad esempio aggiungendo fiori, rinnovando il pontile che porta al di là della barriera. In linea di massima non è grandissimo il resort, quindi è tutto concentrato e vicino alle varie camere. La cosa positiva e che abbiamo amato è che ci sono diversi bar in tutti i punti utili con bibite fresche. Ad esempio in spiaggia, sulle due piscine e Inoltre durante la giornata sono disponibili anche degli spuntini. Lo staff è cordiale, gentile e disponibile. In particolare un saluto a Diaa che è stato gentilissimo dal nostro arrivo alla nostra partenza, concedendoci anche la possibilità di tenere la stanza per qualche ora in più! Tutti parlano italiano o comunque lo capiscono. Cibo di buona qualità, anche la pasta! Disponibile quasi sempre la pizza e secondi grigliati al momento… Non è la mia prima volta a Sharm e l’ho trovato superiore rispetto agli altri posti in cui sono stata e anche rispetto a ciò che si dice in generale sul cibo in Egitto. Il mare, che dire…. Non ci sono parole per la barriera corallina di Sharm!! Il resort ha più punti da cui accedere alla spiaggia: uno più ventoso (forse era anche il periodo), l’altro con meno vento e anche più spazioso. Camere pulite, moderne, troppo carine, spazione, con tutte le comodità e con tutto l’occorrente! Ci hanno fornito, oltre ai vari saponi, anche ciabatte per la stanza e una borsa per la spiaggia. Come ho detto sopra, il cibo qualitativamente buono, anche se forse un po’ ripetitivo, ma comunque buono. L’unica pecca che ho trovato è che, secondo me, è un aspetto che va curato molto più, c’era poca scelta e poca attenzione alle intolleranze. C’è anche un tabellone con gli allergeni, ma non sempre erano riportati vicino alle pietanze… Ad esempio, non dico di fare dei dolci senza lattosio o vegani, che può essere impegnativo, ma almeno il latte vegetale che ormai è in ogni parte del mondo…. Per il resto, confermo la buona qualità e la cordialità dei cuochi e del personale di sala!

We arrived unwell and spent the whole 4 nights - The rooms and gardens are beautiful The staff are polite but only if you engage with them first and most seem unable to fulfill simple requests - I asked for cold milk at breakfast and they didn’t have any.

Siamo tornati per il Secondo anno consecutivo e l’esperienza è stata anche meglio dell’anno scorso, avendo le camere vista mare in posizione strategica per tutti i servizi. La posizione del Resort è privilegiata e gode di un meraviglioso panorama, sia per il mare che per i curatissimi giardini circostanti. Animazione Veratour, ragazzi bravissimi coinvolgenti ma mai invadenti. il personale è eccezionale, e ringrazio tutti per la gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità, dalla reception ai camerieri, barman, la ragazza del Beauty saloon fantastica!! Dimenticavo..si mangia benissimo!!! Tutto perfetto!

- Sonia (10/5): Sharm Club🩵 - ….vacanza a Sharm? Per noi Sharm Club è la scelta perfetta! La struttura è ben curata nei dettagli, immersa in un verde giardino con una vista mare che si gode da ogni punto. Le camere sono ampie e pulite. Il personale è gentilissimo, sempre sorridente e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Dalla reception alla guest relation, dai camerieri ai bagnini, tutti sempre disponibili. Stanno terminando i lavori per la costruzione di un secondo pontile per garantire un facile accesso alla barriera corallina. Tranquillità e atmosfera rilassante sono la peculiarità dello Sharm Club, tanto da rendere questa struttura perfetta per staccare completamente la spina dalla routine quotidiana. I cuochi italiani (prima Simone e poi Anthony) sono garanzia di cibo ottimo e di qualità. E’ presente l’animazione che ravviva le giornate senza però essere invadente. A tal proposito una particolare menzione ai ragazzi di Veratour: Michael, Manuel, Chiara, Tommaso, Giulia e, ultima arrivata nel team, Ginevra . Resort ideale sia per coppie che per famiglie: un vero piccolo paradiso, che spesso consigliamo ad amici. Noi stessi torniamo da anni ogni 4-5 mesi . E’ un po’ come stare in famiglia 💙 A presto!!!

- Alexander Belavski (10/5): - Der Aufenthalt im Sharm Club Beach Resort hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Es handelt sich um eine überschaubare und sehr gepflegte Ferienanlage, in der viel Wert auf liebevolle Details gelegt wird. Wir haben dort eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht und waren mit sämtlichen Leistungen äußerst zufrieden. Das gesamte Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Natalia von der Rezeption, die sich sehr engagiert um unsere Anliegen gekümmert hat und stets bemüht war, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Dafür möchten wir uns herzlich bedanken. Die Anlage verfügt zudem über einen eigenen Strandabschnitt, der sich hervorragend zum Schnorcheln eignet. Auch das gastronomische Angebot hat uns überzeugt: Die Speisen waren abwechslungsreich und stets sehr schmackhaft. Wir können das Sharm Club Beach Resort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Sollten wir erneut in dieser Region Urlaub machen, würden wir sehr gerne wieder hier übernachten.

- Christopher (8/5): It would have been 10 out of 10 if the internet had been better and available everywhere. - The spread out rooms were built in separate white Arab styled buildings, leaving lots of paths to explore around the hotel area. The green gardens in between the rooms were superbly kept and would be the dream of any keen gardener in UK. Just outstanding. The staff were all friendly and all appreciated the fact that I spoke a bit of Arabic. We got good/better service because of this and a bit of dash/baksheesh helped. The hotel restaurant was more of a busy canteen style, but the food was always good and varied and the ice cream machine had 3 flavours. All in all an excellent hotel with plenty of beds to lay on by the pools or on the beach. The internet. It was just awful. We weren't told at reception we could pay to get a better speed. The free internet, which was rubbish really, was only good enough to read emails if it didn't drop out. Both internets were not available in the rooms and could only be accessed in reception or other public areas. In an ever changing world people need to have good internet access everywhere. This problem should be addressed by the owners. The television in our room did not have any English speaking channels. BBC news would have been a significant bonus, especially as the Middle East was erupting again with USA/Israel bombing Iran and Lebanon.

L’atmosfera è elegante, curata nei minimi dettagli e capace di farti sentire accolto fin dal primo momento. Il personale è straordinario: professionale, attento, sempre sorridente e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta con discrezione e gentilezza. Si percepisce la passione per il proprio lavoro e l’attenzione autentica verso gli ospiti. Il cibo è vario e viene spesso cambiato, offrendo ogni giorno proposte diverse e sempre di ottima qualità. Un luogo che consiglio vivamente a chi desidera vivere un’esperienza speciale, all’insegna del relax, della qualità e dell’ospitalità impeccabile. Torneremo sicuramente!
