Our room exceeded all our expectations - it was even better, more spacious, and more comfortable than we had imagined. It was beautiful, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The food was also delicious and very diverse. During our entire week of stay, we still did not manage to try everything the restaurant had to offer. There was always a great variety of dishes, and everything we tasted was fresh and enjoyable. The attitude of all the staff was truly incredible - everyone was extremely kind, welcoming, and friendly. We genuinely felt very special throughout our entire vacation. We would especially like to thank manager Ali, who responded to every single one of our requests in the restaurant during the whole stay, even the smallest ones, with great care and attention. His professionalism and kindness made our holiday even more enjoyable. A special thank you from our daughter for the amazing animal towel figures left on her bed after every cleaning. It was incredibly touching, sweet, and created unforgettable memories for her. We definitely recommend this hotel for a vacation, especially for guests from Ukraine. We truly felt warmly welcomed and sincerely supported here, and that touched our hearts deeply. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. Honestly, we were very satisfied with everything.

I found all staff great including the restaurant staff and entertainment team,which I built up a good relationship more or less from the beginning of my holiday. I would definitely recommend the Club Reef& Spa resort if you want to go to Sharm El Shekh.

• Ramiro (8/5): Okey, but not good value for the money - The place is very clean, has some sport facilities and overall I think it does a good job, for the same price range I think there are other better options in Sharm so they need to do a little better in some things. Receptionist was very very friendly. As our stay was shorter and there was some space we got a little upgrade in our room, which was consistent with other all inclusives we visit in this time frame. Also the waiters at the restaurant were lovely, extremely committed, attentive and friendly. Specially Mohammed who serves in the right side inside, next to the windows...he was amazing. The major critic is the internet. It is EXTREMELY bad. You can't access to it apparently from any room and you are forced to then, go to the reception. Over there there is full signal but yet, it is extremely slow, to the point that we tried to download an episode from Netflix for around 25min and was not even half way. For an all inclusive, you just simply can't have that issue. Internet should fly (we got amazing internet in places that were 50 euros even). The second major critic is the guy who serves a the beach. He was always in the phone, even when answering the questions. He seem quite upset each time we were asking anything, and in several occasions very rude. Two situations among several that come to mind: My partner ordered beer (as wine isn't include in this all inclusive-which is also weird because in others at the same price range is) and although they do serve tap beer for free up in the hotel, down in the beach they only sell bottles. My partner then ordered the promo of 4 bottles, and the guy wrote a paper with our room number and name, before opening them I asked to cancel that order (as the beers were still closed) and he rejected and forced us to buy them, getting very upset. On a second occasion, he was in the phone and we ordered 2 cocktails. After showing a very upset behavior he made the cocktails that were pure alcohol, and hot. Asked for ice, and he simply look at me and got back to his phone ignoring my request. I am honestly not picky with being treated specially well, but that guy is extreme, and very noticeable compared to all the other staff members that were friendly.

Anche l’animazio - Ho soggiornato in un resort a Sharm El Sheikh e l’esperienza è stata davvero fantastica. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, con camere spaziose, pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. La posizione è perfetta, direttamente sul mare, con una spiaggia privata e un reef spettacolare dove si possono vedere pesci coloratissimi già a pochi metri dalla riva. Non ho cose negative da esprimere.

• Gianmarco (10/5): Meraviglioso - Abbiamo trascorso 5 magnifici giorni a Sharm, dove dal primo istante nel quale abbiamo messo piede all’interno della struttura siamo stati coccolati, staff premuroso ed attento ai bisogni del cliente - servizio sulla spiaggia - Servizio al tavolo Pulizia degli ambienti buona, anche le camere sempre pulite,vengono cambiate sempre gli asciugamani e fornita acqua in bottiglia in camera , servizio telo mare incluso, al nostro e rientro abbiamo trovato anche degli snack e della frutta. Servizio spiaggia che abbiamo usufruito per la maggiore meraviglioso, spiaggia piccola ma mare incantevole, barriera corallina a pochi metri , vi è sia accesso tramite piccolo Pontile e sia tramite spiaggia, nei pressi una forno delle pizze che sforna a metà mattino e free bar (bevande tutte incluse anche alcolici se locali) Ristorante di buona qualità e varietà. Oltre al ristorante principale ,piacevole sorpresa sono gli altri i due ristoranti che si posso prenotare 1 volta per soggiorno pranzo/cena dove la qualità risulta più alta e ti permettono di vivere una esperienza più intima. Menzione particolare va al late check out nel quale avendo il volo serale il personale ci ha permesso di usufruire della stanza fino alle 14:00 di pranzare e restare nelle aree fino al pomeriggio senza nessun costo aggiuntivo.In conclusione assolutamente consigliato, e ringraziamo Alessia per i preziosi consigli ed ragazzi della reception per la calorosa l’ospitalità Nulla

• 772marcks (10/5): Best vacation in Egypt I could have imagined - We had our first time in Egypt and I was a very nice stay at the resort. First the food, service and our rooms was very nice and friendly people. The food was very good and lots to choose about. Very clean hotel. The events that the XO team and Kareem is hosting everyday at the resort, is a actual game changer, because there is set a program for everyday. It can be a fireshow, aqua gym in the pool, belly dancing or something like that. It makes it very nice to say at the hotel and he is a really good making people welcome at the resort and always makes sure that you’re okay and don’t needs anything. The sisha place, is also a very nice place and a lovely man that works there. We had many good conversations with him and really enjoyed the time at the resort. There I 5 different pools and if you want to have a quiet time, it’s nice because you can choose which pool you want to lay with. There is a relaxing pool with total quietness and then a pool with music, a bar and all of that. Very nice location. The value of money I really nice and we really enjoyed our trip to Egypt in club reef.

Everything was simply perfect—from the beautiful beach and crystal-clear sea to the good food and welcoming atmosphere. A special mention goes to the entertainment team, who made every day fun. They were energetic, friendly, and always involved guests in activities without ever being intrusive. Kareem, in particular, was outstanding—his enthusiasm, kindness, and ability to connect with everyone really made a difference. Thanks to him and the whole team, every moment was filled with laughter and great vibes. I truly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday combined with lots of fun. Excellent and tasty food, amazing coffee, exceptionally clean and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Very professional service. The reef was amazing and the array of fish. Location is remote so you’d have to get a taxi if you wanted to go out. Beach is small but the resort was quiet so there wash always a sunbed.

• Annalaura (10/5): Un resort che ti invoglia a tornare - Il resort è bellissimo, con camere spaziose e giardini ricchi di fiori, palme e piante cui viene dedicata una cura costante. Qui l'accoglienza degli ospiti è sacra: ci si sente coccolati tutto il tempo grazie alla cortesia, all'efficienza e alle attenzioni del personale (tuttavia mai invadente). In seguito ad una semplice richiesta di informazioni circa una camera fronte mare, siamo state trasferite gratuitamente in una di queste. Inoltre il giorno della partenza avendo il volo di sera tardi, ci è stato accordato un check-out tardivo (alle 14 anziché alle 12); dopo aver lasciato la camera ci sono stati anche offerti il pranzo e la merenda e abbiamo potuto rilassarci all'interno della struttura fino al tardo pomeriggio, in attesa di andare in aeroporto. Il buffet è ottimo e con un'offerta ampia e variegata. Abbiamo gradito in particolare la cena durante la quale vengono accesi i forni esterni e preparati carne o pesce alla griglia, pizze e altre specialità, diverse ogni sera. Il resort ha accesso ad una spiaggetta privata con una barriera corallina molto vivace e ancora ben conservata, a differenza di zone più frequentate della costa. Qui la barriera corallina non ha nulla da invidiare ad altri siti raggiungibili con le escursioni organizzate. Per quanto riguarda l'animazione, abbiamo assistito ad un paio di spettacoli serali. Quello affidato a danzatori esterni è stato bello, con danza del ventre e danza 'al tannoura', mentre quello in cui hanno ballato gli animatori non è stato entusiasmante. Per il resto pur non essendo fan dell'animazione, dobbiamo dire che non ci hanno causato alcun fastidio. Ci torneremmo sicuramente e consigliamo vivamente questo resort.

Cozy houses and colorful gardens complement the stunning private beach with its incredible coral reef. I'd especially like to mention the food and the hotel staff; the Italian and Egyptian cuisine made the stay at the Reef Club truly unforgettable. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, sociable, and always smiling. The entertainment program also left a lasting impression – you literally didn't want to leave this place, lest you miss out on something fun, active, and sporty. The first thing that stood out was the beautiful location. The hotel is set on a cliff with stunning views of the Red Sea, and the gardens are very well maintained. It has a cozy, relaxed atmosphere which we really appreciated—perfect if you want to unwind rather than party. The rooms were spacious and clean, and housekeeping did a great job every day. The food was good overall, with plenty of options including pasta, grilled meats, fish, and really nice desserts. The restaurant was clean and well organized. One of the highlights was definitely the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made a big difference. Service in the restaurant and bars was quick and attentive. The animation team did a nice job organizing activities during the day like aqua aerobics and games, and there were evening shows as well. It’s not a wild party atmosphere, which suited us perfectly. The hotel is generally quiet and relaxing, with only occasional noise from entertainment in the evenings. Cleanliness across the resort was excellent—rooms, pools, and common areas were all very well looked after.

The food was decent, but as vegetarians we found the salad good but identical day after day. Breakfast was not great - too many unhealthy choices and not my taste. Small issue though - could always make a plate.

A special thanks goes to the animation team: very friendly, full of energy and always ready to involve guests with fun activities and evening shows. Il cibo è vario e molto buono, da italiani abbiamo trovato ogni sera proposte diverse sia di primi che di secondi. Secondo me la parte migliore è la colazione, in cui vengono preparati al momento pancake e waffle caldi e buonissimi. Per gli amanti dello snorkeling c’è la possibilità di vedere un’ampia varietà di pesci direttamente nella costa del resort, oppure c’è la possibilità di prenotare escursioni direttamente in loco. Le piscine sono pulite, riscaldate e in generale quando siamo andati noi (dicembre) era possibile fare il bagno in tranquillità e la temperatura dell’acqua era molto piacevole.

• Sara (9/5): Tornerò sicuramente in questo resort la prossima volta - Appena esci dalla hall/reception rimani affascinato dallo splendore di questo resort, la pulizia e’ impeccabile dalle camere alle aree comuni. Tutto lo staff cordiale, presente e simpatico soprattutto i ragazzi della spiaggia. Il cibo non male rispetto ad altri resort vasta scelta nel ristorante a buffet, la pizza a metà mattina giù al mare fantastica soprattutto la margherita. Il cuoco è italiano e fa del suo meglio per creare primi piatti non usando materie nostrane. L’unica pecca è la presenza di peperoni in quasi il 60% delle pietanze, non potendoli mangiare ho dovuto rinunciare a mangiare tanti piatti dall’aspetto bellissimo.

From the very first moment, the elegance, warmth, and professionalism of the staff make you feel more comfortable than in your own home—yet treated with true five-star luxury. Mr. Hazim at the front desk is an absolute legend, and Mr. Ali at the restaurant is nothing short of a hero. Honestly, almost every staff member deserves special recognition. I was treated like a VIP from the second I walked in, with seamless service and genuine care. I was even invited to view two rooms before selecting the perfect sea-view room, which felt curated just for me. As a newly married couple, we were surprised with a private, candlelit dinner by the pool, featuring a special menu prepared just for us. The setting, attention to detail, and level of romance were beyond anything we expected—it felt truly exclusive and unforgettable. The dining experience throughout the stay was in a league of its own. The variety, presentation, and flavor easily rival—and in many cases surpass—world-class five-star Michelin-level restaurants. Every meal felt refined and indulgent, and whatever you do, do not skip the desserts. They are pure luxury. This stay redefined hospitality for me and turned our Sharm El Sheikh trip into an unforgettable, premium experience. I would return without hesitation and recommend it to anyone seeking true comfort, elegance, and exceptional service. No Wi-Fi in the rooms… which turned out to be a blessing. With such a stunning paradise, incredible shows, and amazing belly dancing, my phone didn’t stand a chance anyway.

Fakat tesis çalışanları bizimle her konuda ilgilenip ellerinden gelen her türlü kolaylığı sağladılar. Otel mutfağı Türk insanının damak tadına pek hitap edecek bir yapıda değil. Bununla birlikte çeşit bol, kesinlikle aç kalmazsınız. Ağırlıklı turist profili İtalyan ve Ruslardan oluşmakta restoran menüsü de ona göre şekillenmiş durumda.

• Nick (10/5): Perfect break - The hotel and staff were amazing and could not fault our stay. The food on offer was exceptionally good and well presented. The location was beautiful with a lovely view of the mountains in the distance. The room was spacious, modern and clean and housekeeping was very good. The only thing I could fault would be the beach because it is very small but was still nice.
• Nada (1/5): Disappointing and frustrating - Nothing أسوأ تجربة فندق في حياتي. المكان ده لا يستحق يكون موجود على Booking من الأساس. دفعنا حوالي 29,000 جنيه وفي المقابل خدنا تجربة كارثية بكل معنى الكلمة. • الأكل سيئ جدًا ورديء الجودة وطعمه وحش وغير صالح للأكل، وحتى بعض الموظفين قالوا إنهم نفسهم ما بيأكلوش الأكل دهونعظم الاكل بيتقدم ومعمول بالكحول • مياه الشرب كانت بتتقدم في مكان الكحول (البار)، ومكانها قذر وغير صحي، وريحتها وحشة جدًا، ولما اشتكينا حتى مدير الفندق نفسه رفض يشرب منها. • إدارة الفندق سيئة جدًا، وكل الشكاوى اللي قدمناها ما اتحلتش. • في الأول حاولوا يجبرونا نقبل 4000 جنيه بس كتعويض مع إننا دافعين 29,000 جنيه. • وبعد ما قدمنا شكوى لوزارة السياحة، الفندق رفض يدفع حتى الـ 4000 جنيه وقال لنا حرفيًا: “خلي وزارة السياحة تدفع لكم”. • ده في الحقيقة نصب واستغلال واضح للنزلاء. اضطرينا نعمل Check-out غصب عننا لأن الإقامة كانت مستحيلة. قدمنا شكاوى رسمية لـ Booking ولوزارة السياحة. بحذر أي حد بيفكر يحجز هنا: إوعى تيجي. هتضيع فلوسك وهتبوظ أجازتك. المكان ده لا يستحق يكون موجود على Booking نهائيًا.

Das Meer war traumhaft schön und alles war extrem sauber – sowohl die Zimmer als auch die öffentlichen Bereiche. Auch das Essen hat uns sehr überzeugt – es war abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker. Es gab wirklich nichts zu meckern. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
