The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and full of authentic haveli atmosphere, which makes the stay feel special and unique. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit, always making sure everything was comfortable and well organized. A real highlight is the rooftop restaurant — excellent food, great service, and beautiful views. A perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Jaisalmer. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend. - The staff were excellent and went beyond the call of duty to make things pleasurable for our stay. Due to unexpected circumstances we arrived late the day before intended and the staff were exceptional; very supportive, attentive but relaxed enough to give you space. The restaurant was excellent as well; good views, airy good food and open most hours. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. I couldn't fault it.

Nice staff at the restaurant on the rooftop. Good food too. Free breakfast. A bit too far on foot from Jaisalmer fort. The pictures from the rooftop are misleading, guving you the impression that you get a full view of the fort when in fact the right half of it is hidden by an ugly tall building close by.

• Hemant (1/5): Won’t revisit - Nothing The payment and cancellation process. I booked three rooms and cancel two room and rebook another bigger size room. This was done to adjust one friend who missed flight due to Indigo flight cancellation. What hotel did that they charged me for cancelled room though I adjusted my cancellation with another booking. I asked for return of cancellation from reception who refused that then I discussed with customer service who asked the hotel for reconsideration but hotel didn’t do anything. So just beware of this hotel before booking.

Le petit déjeuner était très moyen, service inexistant, et une vaisselle avec de la crasse s´enlevant à l´ongle.. inadmissible. Situation très moyenne. Dîner de poulet dont la cuisson ne correspondait pas du tout au menu choisi.

Hot shower. Very , very helpful staff. Very noisy guys in next room - last thing at night and early morning. Not the hotel’s fault. I prefer staying inside the fort but this is a good hotel within 15 mins walk to fort.
• Uglowd (10/5): Great 2 night stay in a great city - What a great find near to the centre of Jaisalmer. We stopped 2 nights here, though the first day we were not about much as we did a jeep safari and the 2nd day a walking tour of the city. The hotel is beautiful with a great seating area and restaurant on the rooftop. The food was exceptional with great choice and was fresh and flavoursome. Our room was large, with good storage and a very comfortable bed and this worked out to been the cheapest hotel we stopped in during our 12 night tour of Rajasthan. We met the owner who was a great host and couldnt do enough to meet our needs. Highly recommend this hotel. NA

• Marta (10/5): A very nice place. Go for it if it is the location and type of place you are looking for. - The place is well managed. Staff is always available and nice. They offered a private desert safari at OK price. They have a rooftop restaurant with a view and food is made to your order. It's not a huge place so is not overcrowded. Bathroom was large and clean. About 10 min walk from the fort. It was cool in the room. I dont think there is much not to like about this place. Its a safe nice place. Would stay there again.

Great location outside the fort (much better) with nice views from the upstairs outdoor levels. Comfortable bed in lovely room with all conveniences. Really friendly, helpful staff, particularly the boss/owner and the cook Prem. I loved this hotel and highly recommend it. Nothing to dislike.

The night at the desert including camel ride was gorgeous. They let us take showers after we got back from the desert, and dropped us at the airport. Honestly it was perfect.

The cook is a real chef ! They arranged us a wonderful non-tourist trip in the desert as we asked. Our guide Ukka is friendly and the better driver we've ever seen. He made this trip an amazing experience. The rooftop is not avaliable in the afternoon because of the heat. Some parasols would be welcome

The rooms were beautifully appointed and kept really cool (which was a huge relief from the heat outside). The place is spotlessly clean and the wonderful staff were so helpful with any needs we had. The property is in a great location, just a short walk to most places of interest and has some great food options close by too. The rooftop restaurant was an incredible place to have breakfast- really recommend this place.

The restaurant on the roof has a good view of the fort and serves good food. 5 minutes walk to the main bazaar road and only a few more to the fort itself. Nothing, except getting desert beans instead of Gatta curry in the restaurant. But the desert beans were great!

The rooftop terrace was nice after a day of sightseeing. Trem the restaurant's chef cooked amazing food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and provided recommendations on Jaisalmer's dishes to try. I was not happy with the first room I was shown so Manohar gave me another which was larger and had a window seat where I could watch the street life below. Manohar is the manager and was very helpful and understanding. Nothing was a problem for him. The dining area on the roof was a top place for breakfast and also dinner. The view of the fort lit up at night was magic. The wifi had full signal but would constantly drop out and say no internet available. I gave up and used my own data

Room ceilings have beautiful detail. Windows from room face hallway that is mostly lit at night. Bring your own toilet paper. Theirs is like butcher paper.

• Mp (5/5): Passable - The staff were polite and the property is centrally located and walking distance from most attractions The toilets weren’t clean when we checked in. We didn’t have hot water for bathing in one occasion. It is a basic budget property and one should have their expectations set accordingly.
• Aman (7/5): It is a good if you're planning to spend most of your day out and just need a place to sleep. - Location: The hotel is conveniently located near major tourist spots, making it easy to explore Jodhpur. However, the street right outside could use some improvement, as it's not in the best condition. Staff: The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, which made a positive difference during my stay. Cleanliness: The hotel is very well-maintained and kept clean throughout my visit, which I really appreciated. Restaurant: The restaurant offers a great view and is also well-kept, providing a pleasant dining experience. Rooms: While the rooms were clean and had basic amenities like hot water, they were quite small. The lack of space made the room feel cramped. Lack of Windows: The biggest drawback was that the room had no windows, and without any natural light, it felt stuffy and claustrophobic. Room Service: There was no room service for basic requests like tea or coffee, with the reasoning that it could spoil the bedsheets, which I found a bit odd for a hotel at this price point. Amenities: There were no notable common amenities or spaces, which felt like a missed opportunity to enhance the guest experience.
• Jaqueline (10/5): Exceptional - Super clean and beautiful rooms in a nice traditional haveli, hot shower, comfortable bed, nice rooftop terrace with amazing freshly cooked food (we ate there literally 4 times during our stay) - even the breakfast is great (fresh eggs, pancakes, toast, etc) The non touristy camel Safari was also very well organized and super nice, we had a lot of time with the camels and it was great sleeping under the stars 10/10 recommend ! Everything was perfect

NARENDAR SINGH BHATI Banna is a gem of a person, he was so helpful to me as I fell sick suddenly, my God so humble guy. He arranged for me taxi at reasonable price ,not like those camps owners in Sam village. Location of the property is only walking distance from market, hanuma chowk and fort. Rooftop seating area is awesome ,Restaurant serves tasty food and staff uff so humble and helpful. Rooms were tidy, clean toilets cozy beds and much more.

• Dhiren (8/5): Not as shown in the website - Haveli is really great. Rooms are premium with all facilities needed. Amazing breakfast The view of the fort is partially hidden due to another hotel so do not go by the website picture. The location and the lane where hotel is, is not so great.

Very helpful staff, they help you with everything you need. Free bottles of water at check in and check out. Roof top restaurant with extraordinary food, perhaps the best Thali we've had in India. We'll be back.

Traditional haveli style interior with attractively furnished, clean comfortable rooms. Lovely rooftop restaurant, great food, views of fort. Highly recommended.
