Is good if you go for tourism during the day and be at the hotel just to sleep. The service from the reception was excellent. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with all the basic amenities such as air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a clean bathroom. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping the room tidy throughout the stay. None.

Shiva, in particular, was always attentive and friendly, making each interaction enjoyable. Subha at the front desk greeted everyone with a warm smile and efficiently handled all inquiries, making the check-in process seamless. Subramanium from the cleaning staff was diligent and thorough, keeping our room spotless and well-maintained throughout our visit. The location is fantastic, as the Lotus Hotel is situated near the LRT station of Masjid Jamek, surrounded by a bustling pasar. Every day, we looked forward to indulging in the delicious confectionery biscuits provided, which added a delightful touch to our mornings. The room itself was impressively spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Overall, the combination of top-notch service and pleasant amenities made our stay memorable. We left an essential file in our room. After checkout, Shiva was kind enough to inform us of the misha via WhatsApp. The lizard 🦎 in the room was surprisingly large, its dangerous scales glistening under the soft light, making it both fascinating and occasionally troublesome as it darted about. The broken shower stand leaned precariously against the wall, while the Buded shower continued to leak profusely, creating a steady drip that echoed in the otherwise quiet space, pooling water slowly on the bathroom floor.

• Sydney (1/5): - The location is very central and beside a train station. It was close to the main attractions and restaurants. The bed was DIRTY! The sheets had stains on them and when we complained to receptions they offered another room that also had dirty sheets. We stayed in the original room we were given and they had house keeping come up and change the sheets (which were slightly less dirty then our original sheets). The room was dark and the bathroom was okay. I would NOT recommend this property as it felt very dated.
