- Simon (4/5): Bon séjour, mais décevant pour un 5 étoiles - Très bon emplacement dans une zone calme de la médina. Très beau lieu historique, le patio privatif de la chambre. Personnel sympathique. Ce n'est pas ce que l'on attend d'un 5 étoiles. Le lieu historique seul ne peut pas justifier ce rang. Le séjour était agréable, mais nous avons trouvé que les services ne correspondent pas à la gamme annoncée, par exemple: -hammam en extra, uniquement le matin -baignoire inutilisable, car aucun moyen de boucher l'évacuation malgré notre demande au personnel -cable de douche trop court -une seule table de nuit, une seule lampe, un seul verre pour une chambre de couple -wifi défectueux -petit déjeuner certes copieux et à volonté, mais pas haut de gamme -aspect général vieillissant En conclusion vaut le coup si une bonne réduction est appliquée.

- Iman (9/5): Kommer abslout att välja samma hotel- ett minne för livet. Personalen var super trevliga- Saida var mycket hjälpsam! - Läget, hotellet ( palatset), lugnet,rummet,området.. Hotellet behöver se över frukost menyn så man har ett koncept samt hur man representerar det. Servera gärna frukost ute på terapi eller nere i gården genom att ha bord och stolar .Rummen behöver ha vattenkokare samt erbjuda te och snabbkaffe. Taket till hotellet hade kunnats användas som en terass för kvällen- unik utsikt! Synd att man inte utvecklar det.

- Stefania (8/5): Magico - Palazzo storico che si apprezza ancora di più dopo aver visitato il Bardo con una guida che spiega la casa tunisina. Location meravigliosa. A seconda della stanza potreste essere nel silenzio più assoluto oppure un po' rumoreggiante ma non eccessivamente. La pulizia è quella degli standard tunisini quindi io personalmente ho sofferto un po', ma tutto assolutamente dignitoso: la location in ogni caso meritava un po' di sofferenza. Il personale tutto super gentile e disponibile. In loco il ristorante merita una visita perché anch'esso luogo storico. Unica delusione il bagno della nostra stanza: mentre i ragazzi avevano una camera singola con un bagno super la nostra era una suite con cortile interno, ma il bagno era dotato di una vasca che alla fine era impraticabile, ogni modo dopo un po' di manovre la doccia l'abbiamo fatta! Nel complesso lo consiglio veramente. La posizione è strategica perché pur essendo dentro la medina è a w passi da un viale Accessile alle auto. Bagno e pulizia

- katharina (8/5): Gut - Alles Der Rat der Dame an der Rezeption über Indrive Fahrer zu buchen. Sie hätte wissen müssen, dass Indrive nicht über die Stadt hinaus fährt und ich so drei unterschiedliche Taxen für eine Fahrt in die nächste Stadt verwenden musste . Auch konnte sie mir nicht sagen, dass der Zug nach City Bou Said nicht fährt. Das Personal sollte diesbezüglich besser informiert sein

Colazione buona servita da un bravissimo ragazzo. Sconsigliato il ristorante, infatti è piuttosto vuoto (la prima sera eravamo solo noi, la seconda c’erano un altro gruppo di italiani appena arrivati). Cena piuttosto cara per la qualità delle pietanze, ma la cosa più grave, nonché scioccante, che non mi farebbe più tornare è stato l’atteggiamento furbo del cameriere (all’incirca sessantenne) che ci ha letteralmente fregato al momento del conto: la prima sera ci ha detto che mancavano 10 dinari dopo il pagamento e sulla fiducia li abbiamo dati, la seconda sera ci ha detto che ne mancavano 20 nonostante eravamo sicuri di aver contato bene i soldi! Persona disonesta a cui fare attenzione!

- Zeinab (7/5): Overall I rate my stay as good. - The property is an old building in the old city back to Ottoman Empire era. The rooms with beautiful blue tiles and old wooden doors and windows is a true travel in time! For me, staying in the Palais Bayram overall was a good experience. The area was traditional and relatively conservative, and especially at nights was not recommended to walk. This is confirmed by some locals as well. Another point is that was my first time that I was charged for the water in the room! Also there were no other items in the fridge and the restaurant was not open before 7:30. In addition to that, there was no tissue in the room.

- salah (10/5): Séjour exceptionnel au Palais Bayrem - Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable au Palais Bayrem. L’endroit est magnifique, chargé d’histoire et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et prêt à aider. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et impeccablement propres. Un vrai havre de paix en plein cœur de la médina de Tunis. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! La rue extérieur et pas de solution pour se garer

Avevo prenotato un taxi tramite la struttura che non è mai arrivato. Hanno detto che attendevano conferma ma io l’avevo data sia tramite Booking che tramite e-mail. Il ristorante è buono ma caro e deserto. Ci sono molte scale da fare.

- Catarina (5/5): Despertados por uma barata! - O quarto era muito bonito no interior, assim como os espaços partilhados. Ficámos no quarto histórico. No segundo dia da nossa estadia, apareceu uma barata na casa de banho, fomos reembolsados em 20% e tivemos um upgrade para outro quarto no piso superior, no entanto, achámos ser um quarto de inferior qualidade. A acrescentar a isto, pedimos antes de chegarmos, um transfer com a informação do voo. Antes de apanharmos o voo mandámos mensagem a confirmar se o transfer viria, mas como já nos responderam durante o voo e não verificaram as informações anteriormente dadas, o condutor não estava à nossa espera. No entanto, ao ligarmos para comunicar a situação, chegaram passados 20min.

Un retour dans le passé au temps de la dynastie des Beys 🤩 , l’accueil formidable avec un jus de fraise délicieux, une prise en charge administrative rapide. Les chambres étaient confortables et la salle de bain incroyable 🤩à la hauteur du palais, une harmonie de mosaïque où l’on se sent chez soi. Un personnel formidable à l’écoute des clients, une très bonne position géographique au cœur de la médina, je reviendrai sans aucun doute ! Tout était parfait !

- Globetrotter (7/5): - Lovely rooms, but didnt get what i paid for initially, 1 room was upgraded but 2nd room was really small and i couldn't fit into bed but slept sideways haha Trying to get there was very hard, no good maps. 1 bed was to small for anyone over 6ft. Aircon not as good too.....
- Laure (10/5): Un véritable bijou au cœur de la Medina - L'établissement est magnifique, aussi bien les espaces communs que les chambres. Le personnel est très accueillant et aimable et prodigue de très bons conseils. La localisation est très pratique, en plein cœur de la Médina. Cela permet de visiter le centre-ville très facilement. Je conseille vivement :)
- Stefan (4/5): Ich werde dieses Hotel vermutlich nicht nochmal buchen. - Das große Zimmer. Bei der Buchung hatte ich den Filter gesetzt, dass ich nach einem Hotel mit Flughafen-Shuttle suche. Das Hotel bietet aber keinen Shuttle an. Die Taxifahrten waren teurer als die Übernachtung und ich hätte fast den Flug versäumt, da es ewig dauerte bis ein Taxifahrer kam.
- Dia (1/5): Je suis désagréable surprise - C’est beau sans plus Alors là, j’en ai gros sur la patate. Le réceptionniste est sympa, le gardien aussi, mais la dame qui s’occupe du petit-déj est froide et parle super mal. La chambre est très mal éclairée, c’est limite glauque. Le petit-déj ? Franchement, une catastrophe. Et le quartier… une horreur. Le soir, il y a des gens défoncés dans la rue, ambiance vraiment flippante. On a l’impression qu’on va se faire cambrioler à chaque coin de rue. À fuir absolument. Ne venez jamais ici, je regrette tellement d’y avoir mis les pieds.

- Bahiyya (7/5): Beautiful, atmospheric accommodation in the heart of the Tunis Medina - The hotel is a former Palace in the middle of the Tunis Medina. We were upgraded to a beautiful spacious suite upon arrival. Breakfast was good. We received warm, friendly and welcoming service from Saeeda. Saeeda offered us a room to freshen up as we arrived quite early in the day, and she made us feel right at home which was appreciated. Thank you Saeeda for your kindness. The hotel is lovely, but there was a wedding on the first night we were there. The music was blaring late into the night which made it difficult to sleep, bearing in mind we hardly slept at all as we were flying the night before. Had I been advised well in advance, I would have found an alternative. Nonetheless Saeeda managed the whole situation perfectly and was kind and understanding, so a negative was turned into a positive after all.

- hugo (9/5): fantastisch absolute aanrader - Het is een mooi historisch gebouw waarin het stil en rustig is terwijl het in de drukke en lawaaierige medina ligt, het ontbijt en het avondeten was heerlijk en het personeel was heel, heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam Op de kamer, bestemd voor 2 personen, bevond zich maar 1 zitstoel en de minibar was nagenoeg leeg bij aankomst

- Mirjam (9/5): It felt like sleeping in a museum and taking a shower like an ottoman princess! - Historical building with the ambiance of the 19th century when it was built for the last governor of the Ottoman Empire. Great wall fayences in the room, room was very big with comfortable bed. I loved the marble bathroom! Nice breakfast with open buffet. Everything was fine

- stefano (9/5): TRADIZIONE E BELLEZZA - Bellissima struttura tradizionale nel cuore ella medina di Tunisi. Stanza ampia con letti grandi e comodi, bagno spazioso. Ottimo il servizio di organizzazione tour e trasferimenti aeroportuali. Colazione abbondante e personale molto gentile e premuroso.

Saida splendida, il ristorante nell'hotel davvero buono, raccomando! I cuscini non vanno bene e un'attenzione in più per isolare dalle zanzare e Animali esterni sarebbe meglio (In zona ci sono le blatte).

- Attila (7/5): - Lage sehr zentral in der Medina. Historisches Gebäude mit wundervoller Suite. Recht gutes Frühstück. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit Mitarbeiter sprechen teils schlecht oder gar kein Englisch. Alte Holzläden außen an den Fenstern machen stockdunkel im Zimmer und wenn man sie geöffnet hat konnten andere Gäste ins Zimmer schauen. An die Umgebung des Hotels muss man sich erst gewöhnen, insbesondere nachts. Da sind die Gassen der Medina etwas verunsichernd

- Alicia Gerow (5/5): Over all experience was okay. - Restaurant and location were decent! It was also very very quiet! Advertised as a suite but there was only small courtyard before entering my room but it had no furniture that was usable. I felt the pictures to be misleading. The restaurant was completely empty and had very limited options available. The quality to value ratio was not great. While having dinner one of the men walked up to me and grabbed my hand without any warning, and gave me a very intense hand massage. I was travelling on my own and was fully alone in the dining area, so I was extremely uncomfortable.

- Dromart (10/5): Eid stay - Very huge royal room. I asked the staff for a room with good wifi and they have me a really big room with excellent wifi in the room. The nearby restaurants were closed for Eod but they had their own restaurant open and served amazing food. The bathtub shower didn't have much pressure and was difficult to use.
