• George (9/5): - Big, spacious, and well-equipped room, super clean, excellent breakfast, very kind staff. You can leave your luggage for free in safe lockers for as long as you need after your check-out. The distance to Old Town is a 10-minute walk. It's not a big minus for me, but there isn't an elevator. The photo of the room on Booking.com doesn't show the actual truth. Although the room size, the facilities, and everything are the same, each room has a different decoration. The jacuzzi bathtub is not so convenient.

L’esmorzar fabulòs i l’ubicació molt bona, en una zona tranquila, al peu de les escales per anar al castell i a 10 min a peu del pont Carles. L’habitació i el bany eren grans i molt còmodes, però per posar alguna cosa a millorar: l’aparell d’aire condicionat (fret i calent) feia una mica de soroll.

Мы обратились на ресепшен и нам поменяли номер. Новый номер был хуже по удобствам (без джакузи, меньше размером, меньше кровать, отсутствие электрической батареи для полотенец, телевизор плохо работал). Зато был в главном здании. Это расстроило, но уже не было времени разбираться.

• Joseph (8/5): - Das Zimmer im Nebengebäude war hervorragend. Sehr groß, mit Blick auf die Stadt und die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Außerdem einer Badewanne. In der ersten Nacht machte die Klimaanlage Geräusche. Das wurde aber dann behoben. Der Restaurantchef hatte keinen Platz für uns obwohl das Restaurant halb leer war. Vielleicht waren wir für ihn nicht passend gekleidet.

• Mattalia (6/5): Pas mal mais trop cher pour ce que c’est, ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles. - J’ai aimé l’emplacement , à deux pas de tout ce qu’on doit voir à Prague. Le faite qu’ils nous propose deux plats en plus étant en demi pension pour une semaine on avait fait le tour de la carte pour les demi pensions ( 5 entrée, 5 plats , 4 desserts). On a pu donc découvrir d’autres plats, sympa. Des tickets sont donné pour manger le deuxième repas (1er petit dej) quand on veut entre 12h et 22h. Chambre nettoyé/ draps/ serviettes changés tout les jours, personnel de ménage au top. Literie de bonne qualité. Les canapés/sofa sont agréables Le personnel a été plus sympa avec le temps (habitué/ confiance?) surtout le personnel du restaurant, les voyant deux fois par jours. Le choix du petit déjeuner était plutôt bien mais pas comme sur les photos du site de l’hôtel. Je tenais à remercier la cheffe cuisinière qui a nous a fait découvrir des plats copieux, semi gastro, tout était bon, chaud et délicat. Merci Problème de chambre. Chambre mal isolé ( à côté de l’ascenseur, sous le spa hammam (humide) entendu jour comme nuit les bruits des tram, ainsi que les voisins d’à coté, on entendait tout…). On a pu changer de chambre mais on a été sous classé , plus de bain à remous, pas de sèche serviette. Le faite de devoir payer les carafe d’eau au restaurant .. Les salariés ne sont pas très avenant Ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles du tout, Hotel qui a mal veilli ( peinture défraîchie, trou dans les sols sous les moquettes, vieillo) Couette une place pour chacun, plutôt petite quand on nous donne un kingsize. Pour un 5 étoiles on s’attend à avoir une belle/grande télé , n’attendez vous pas à que cela soit le cas. Première chambre mini télé posé sur un vieux meuble télé, deuxième chambre accroché au mur plus correct. On nous propose netflix mais si pas de compte on peut seulement regarder les chaînes tchèques, dommage si l’ont veut se détendre à l’hôtel. Nous pensions quand 7j a cet hôtel nous verrions des changement dans le petit déjeuner (fruits différents , charcuterie différentes, plats chauds différents) mais non peut être la période de février ? Je laisse le bénéfice du doute. Les photos sur le site de l’hôtel ne représente pas tellement ce qu’on a dans le buffet du petit dej.

• Maria (7/5): Estancia en Hoffmeister Dependance - La atención del personal. Muy profesionales y atentos. Se ocuparon de cada detalle, tanto Nicol en la recepción, como el encargado de la sala donde desayunaba. Al segundo día me trajo el café que había bebido el primer día. Super profesionales y encantadores. Además reservé un masaje de 120 minutos y Andrew fue super profesional y me fue explicando los pasos. Me sentí muy arropada y cuidada. Respecto a la habitación me dieron una que no era como las de las fotos que yo había reservado. Ese día Nicol lo gestionó y al día siguiente me cambiaron al edificio principal y me dieron una habitación con ventanas normales. Reservé en el Dependance y me dieron una habitación oscura con ventanas mínimas que no era la habitación que yo había visto en las fotos de la reserva. Muy amplia pero sin luz natural. 2da planta sin ascensor y para personas que viajen con maletas grandes es algo complicado.

Ubytování ve vedlejší budově bez výtahu. Na pokoji není topení ale jen veeeelmi hlučná klimatizace - v noci jsme doslova mrzli, tak jsme zapnuli klimatizaci ale ta byla tak hlučná, že se u toho nedalo spát. Snídaně sice bohatá, ale nechutnala dobře (fazole ani žampiony s cibulí určitě nedoporučuji, pokud si nechcete zkazit chuť).. a neodnášeli špinavé talíře.

• Paolo (7/5): I wouldn't return - I liked the location near the castle and the main tourist attractions. During our stay, we experienced some difficulties that detracted from our overall experience. Notably, the breakfast provided did not match the price we paid, with a limited selection of options. Moreover, the access to the rooms required navigating rather steep and uncomfortable stairs. Another point of concern was that we unexpectedly ran out of the complimentary soap for hand washing during our stay.

L’emplacement est parfait, nous pouvons réellement tout faire à pied et c’est vraiment très agréable, ce qui permet également de faire des petites pauses dans la journée à l’hôtel. La chambre était très propre. Le lit est immense et la literie très confortable. Nous avons apprécié le petit cadeau de bienvenu, une belle attention (une bouteille de bière). La chambre donne sur une rue avec le tramway qui passe ainsi que des voitures. Cependant, il y a une double vitre et donc une très bonne insonorisation. Nous n’avons pas été dérangés pas le bruit. Enfin, personnel sympathique et un très bon point pour le petit déjeuné (très bon et avec du choix). Nous recommanderons cet hôtel et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

• Weronika (8/5): Przyjemny komfortowy pobyt z pysznymi śniadaniami - Bardzo pyszne śniadania, ale mało zróżnicowane. W weekendy śniadania do godziny 11. Voucher na powitalnego drinka. Lokalizacja 15 min pieszo do centrum, całkiem niezła. Na ogromny plus wanna z jacuzzi. Powitalna butelka wina - bardzo miły gest. Bardzo przydatny zestaw higieniczny (płatki kosmetyczne, pilniczek, gumka do włosów). Duże wygodne łóżko. Woda bezpłatna jedynie w pierwszym dniu, szkoda że w standardzie nie jest uzupełnianie bezpłatnej wody butelkowej każdego dnia. Słabe oświetlenie w pokoju.

Hotel kein Lift vorhanden, der Spiegel im Badezimmer schlecht beleuchtet und sehr weit vom Waschbecken entfernt, es gibt auch keine ebenerdige Dusche da man in einen Whirlpool duschen muss. Weiters gibt es keinen Garderoben-Hacken im Zimmer für Jacken. In dieser Preisklasse sollte so etwas Standard sein!!!

• Aleksandar (5/5): Eigentlich okay, leider zu überteuert & zu kalt im Zimmer - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist in Ordnung, nur 10-15 min zu Fuß zur Innenstadt, das Personal war ebenso sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! In meinen Augen ist das kein 5 Sterne Hotel, eher ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Das Bad hatte „Schimmel“ an der Holzdecke. Wir waren im Nebenhaus von Hotel, was im Vorfeld nicht bekannt war. Das Zimmer hatte keine Heizkörper, nur eine Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion, diese hat es leider nicht geschafft den Raum warm zu halten, sprich ihn zu erwärmen. Der Regler vom Jakuzzi im Badezimmer war defekt, also konnte man die Stärke nicht einstellen. Der Spiegel im Bad war ebenso defekt, das Kabel lag lose rum. In unserer letzten Nacht, hatten wir Ameisen in unserem Bett, diese sind über die Bettdecke gelaufen. Für 200€ pro Nacht ist das leider viel zu teuer.

Un bon accueil malgré la barrière de la langue car je parle uniquement français 😬🫣 Un GRAND MERCI a l'équipe du SPA qui on pris soins de moi 🙏 je ressors détendu et avec des pieds de bébé 😁 Nicole a fait preuve d'une grande patience et d'une gentillesse immense. 🫶 c'était exactement ce dont javais besoin. La cuisine du restaurant est très bonne. Ce fut un succès et un bon début de séjour a Prague.

• Hermann (2/5): Extrem laute Dependance, die sicher keine 5* Unterkunft ist, bestenfalls 3* - Die Depandance ist eine Zumutung. Sie liegt an einer stark befahrenen Durchzugsstrasse. Außerdem rumpeln Straßenbahnen von 04.30h in der Früh bis kurz nach Mitternacht in der Kurve vor der Depandance. Der Straßenlärm dringt fast ungefiltert ins Zimmer, da es keine Lärmschutzfenster gibt. Geheizt wird im superkleinen Zimmer mittels einer lauten und wahrscheinlich ziemlich alten Klimanlage. Die Dusche hat keine Befestigung in Kopfhöhe, sodass der Duschkopf permanent in einer Hand gehalten werden muss. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Badegels und Shampoos sind Baby-Größe. Die Abbildung des rosenfarbigen Eckhotels auf booking suggeriert, das wäre die Unterbringung. Dem ist nicht so, die Depandance liegt genau vis-a- vis und ist ein altes Gebäude mit extrahohen Zugangsstufen. Die Depandance ist maximal 3* und es sollte von booking den Eigentümern klar gemacht werden, dass hier eine Irreführung von Kunden vorliegt. Das Zimmerchen ist maximal 70-80 € wert, wobei dazugesagt werden müsste, dass es über etwa 20 h am Tag eine sehr laute Unterkunft ist. Das Foto zeigt deutlich, wie schäbig die Unterkunft von außen ist. Seit ich über booking buche, hatte ich noch nie eine derartige Unterkunft…
• Angeline (9/5): Perfect location for exploring Prague - The staff were friendly and very welcoming, received a glass of Prosecco on arrival which was a nice touch. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a wide variety of food available at the buffet breakfast. The hotel is located right beside Prague Castle and a 15 minute walk or short tram ride away from the centre and old town square. The hotel can organise site seeing trips for you and also arrange transfer to and from airport. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would return again on any future trips to Prague Nothing
