Great location, friendly people, big kitchen if you want to prepare your own breakfast but many many great value places nearby, small roof terrace too. Situated on a really quiet street just off Silom Road. Everything is always super clean!

• Asif (10/5): Great value for money! - Great value for money! I stayed in a private room with a private bathroom and it was a great deal. The location is perfect, the shower is great (hot water, good pressure), and although the room is small, it’s perfectly fine for a single person. The lady at the reception is really nice, check-in was super quick, and I could also do my laundry for a small fee. You can also check-in early (for a small fee) and leave your luggage after check-out (for free). The WiFi also worked great, if you need to do some work. If you’re a solo traveler, that’s an ideal base in Bangkok.

Only criticism really is that the curtains in the double room I stayed in weren't great so it was very bright at night time.

• Lisa-Maria (9/5): - Wir hatten das Zimmer ohne Fenster, für uns ging das klat. Die Besitzerin war auch super nett und wir konnten bei ihr auch unsere Wäsche machen lassen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist fair und die gegend auch super, obwohl umliegente Restaurants eher teuer sind.

• Marina (8/5): Sehr gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Für ein paar Nächte eine super Unterkunft, wir waren zwei Nächte als Zwischenstopp in Bangkok. Das Zimmer ist klein und sauber, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Nicht weit vom Lumphinipark entfernt in dem Man schön spazieren gehen, Wasserspiele, Warane und Schildkröten sehen kann.

• Paul Ryan (8/5): Simple and good accomodation. - I liked the location and I had my own room. The first floor where people hang out has good space. There were little things that are broken like there no place to hang your clothes. I also had a language miscommunication with the cleaning lady. I asked her if I could checkout at 1pm and I thought she said yes. No breakfast and good restaurants are quite far.
• Tyler (10/5): Convenient, comfortable, and good value - I’ve stayed here for about two weeks in total. I had a very positive experience. Some guests have complained about noise, but I didn’t have a problem the whole time I was staying there. Sometimes I could hear people in the halls, but it wasn’t too loud. A lot of the walls all concrete. Sound isolation seemed generally okay. The common areas on the first floor and the rooftop garden are nice. You can prepare simple food. There’s a refrigerator and plenty of dishes and cutlery available. The rooftop garden is really nice and feels different at different parts of the day. There’s mosquitoes at night— might be a good idea to prepare bug spray for yourself. The rooms are really nice. Sometimes the beds are a little soft. The last room I stayed in had a nice firm mattress. The housekeeper is really great and very nice and easy to communicate with via translation apps if you don’t speak Thai. Really great spot!

Shower/bathroom doors didn’t lock properly on my floor, but was also very quiet so wasn’t really an issue. The rooms open onto the floor landing so you can hear everyone walking/using the stairs and bathrooms.

• Sang (8/5): It’s ok to stay if you need a private place to stay for budget. - Very clean, there are space downstairs where you can communicate with other tourists and waiting while the room are not available. You can hear everything from next doors. One night I can’t sleep at all cause some guys was partying in their room, too loud for hours. I was trying to go downstairs to ask for help but nobody there, trying to call but nobody answer the phone. At the end, it was too annoying, I must knock the door and asked them to keep quiet.
