We were only supposed to catch a connecting flight at Dubai airport when the troubles broke out and we were taken here.. We had an apartment which was massive and staff came to service it each day . All out food was included everyday , free of charge paid for by Emirates and UAE government. The staff were caring and kind during this difficult times .The hotel was full to capacity so lots of people to look after. Which wasn’t a problem for the staff . We cannot thank all the staff enough for their care , outstanding service and compassion. Would stay here again for sure .

- 785shabirg (4/5): Marriott hotel but not Marriott service - Check in to the apartment hotel was a mission, only one computer working and staff overwhelmed. Took over 25 minutes with me doing an online check in. Platinum Elite not recognised and you will get NO benefits. No breakfast no points. No recognition!!! Day 2 came back to my room, no towels, no water and tea replenishment. Had to call and wait 30 minutes. Service is extremely slow and is a hit and miss. Marriott seems to take on old underperforming hotels and managers them, this will not work as we are expecting Marriott service level but the mentality of staff is not there. Just an awful experience. Rooms smelly and road noise and construction noise is clearly heard in rooms. Spoke to the duty manager Ahmed, no real solution came tru, as the other room offered was small and stinky. Please get your act together. We spent over 50 + nights in a brand not to be treated like this.

- Instantcalm (8/5): Good value stay outside central Dubai - The hotel sits well outside central Dubai, roughly 25 to 30 km from the city and around 6 to 8 km from the Jumeirah area. The property is split into two connected buildings. One houses the main hotel and the other serviced apartments. We stayed in the apartment block but had to walk across to the hotel for breakfast and other meals. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with very effective air conditioning and plenty of room to move around. An extra bed we had requested in advance had been missed initially. It did arrive later after a wait of about two hours, but it was old, unstable and on wheels, which was disappointing for a relatively new Marriott affiliated property. The apartment building lobby felt dated, closer to something from the 1990s, with small retail outlets selling miscellaneous items displayed on utilitarian metal shelving. By contrast, the hotel lobby was modern. Unfortunately, the first thing we noticed there was cleaning equipment left in plain sight near the toilet entrance on the mezzanine, which did not create a good first impression. Room service was effectively nonexistent. Simple requests such as extra towels or general questions required multiple calls and some patience before reaching the right department. One clear positive is the complimentary shuttle service to various locations, which is very useful given the hotel’s location. These need to be booked in advance. Breakfast was served in a large dining area with a broad selection. Western items such as eggs, breads, croissants and toast were done well. Indian options were less consistent. Idlis were undercooked and parathas lacked authenticity. Overall, breakfast was still satisfactory. Staff were a highlight throughout our stay. The restaurant manager appeared tireless, the egg station cook became more cheerful as the room filled up, the entrance staff remembered us each morning and reception staff were efficient and welcoming. All things considered, this is a solid and reasonably priced option if you are comfortable staying outside central Dubai.

Checked in and checked out was very swift and welcoming. Yes as I mentioned above the staff Ali Hamzah at concierge was outstanding, very humble and so respectful. They way he treated with me in regard of my luggage sort out was unbelievable.

- 113nurlanx (2/5): We booked this hotel through Booking.com because it claimed to have a swimming pool. In reality, there was no pool. From - False advertising, poor service, and unfair money handling We booked this hotel through Booking.com because it advertised a swimming pool. But when we arrived, there was no pool at all — complete false advertising. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming, with serious faces and unwilling to talk — we felt completely ignored. They took a $200 cash deposit, and upon check-out, said they would return it in dirhams. They gave it back using a low exchange rate of 3.5, so we lost money. The room smelled bad and was damp, with clear signs of humidity and poor ventilation. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The hotel does not match the description, the staff were cold, and the handling of money was dishonest. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We were a group of seven friends, booked 2 apartments. • The listing said there’s a swimming pool — there was none. • They never mentioned a deposit. At check-in we were charged 500 AED, gave $200 in cash, and got it back at a terrible exchange rate — we lost money. • Staff was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. No support, no hospitality. This was supposed to be a vacation, but it felt like a scam. Absolutely not recommended. Разочарование с самого начала. At this time the place was called "Ghaya Grand Dubai" My stay was extremely disappointing and did not meet any expectations of a 5-star hotel. The facilities were outdated, service was lacking, and the overall experience felt cheap and rushed. I can absolutely not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality or comfort. Definitely look elsewhere.

- annejordaan (8/5): Our family and our home from home - What was planned as a three-week business trip turned into an almost five weeks stay! We lived, slept and swam at Vintage. Hassan kept our apartment clean, made up our beds with great bedlinen and kept us well supplied with bottled water. We swopped family stories (he was about to go on home leave to Kerala). Brenda, Heidi and Su showed us where to find products in the well-stocked store inside the hotel. The potatoes and cos lettuce were delicious! We loved to have a quick chat and to greet each other in the mornings and afternoons. The pharmacy provided us with prompt advice, antibiotics and useful tips for contact lens wearers in the UAE - an eye bath! The pool and the gym were our refuge. Lying on your back in the water, you look straight up to heaven. Thank you to the lifeguards for keeping the water and the surrounds in such good condition. The engineering department arrived promptly to attend to matters. They even brought us a new washing machine. Reception was there at all hours to print out documents and assist with extending our stay. Security outside the hotel became our friends. We met people from Nigeria, London, Nepal. They found us taxis. They stowed our luggage. They welcomed us home every day after work Thank you, Vintage, for being our home from home! We would love to visit you again. O

We had to ask for a bed to be put in our room for our daughter, despite the fact the room was booked for 3 people! I had to ask twice to get the bed as well which didn’t aid my mood. The other thing that grated was that they wouldn’t provide an airport shuttle more than 24hrs in advance, saying they didn’t have the manpower therefore we had to get a taxi.

The structure is clean, the cleaning staff is also helpful and kind and the rooms are clean like the rest of the structure. - eliava2014 (10/5): The best value - I booked the place at the last minute, 3 days before, on New Year's Eve, all the 5-star hotels in Dubai were very, very expensive, and I was looking for a hotel at a reasonable price, first time in this hotel for half board, and I was pleasantly surprised, it started with the reception, and I even received an upgrade, new hotel, large rooms, excellent room service, rich breakfast, and high-level dinner, and even free soft drinks, the New Year's dinner is no shame from chef restaurants, the hotel has a supermarket, pharmacy, laundry services, parking, and the hotel is located on Highway 44, so it was easy to get to all the main places very quickly (20 minutes), I'm sure I'll only go back there ❤️❤️10

- Preet (8/5): Good value for money ! - Hotel's location is not that great as its away from all the tourist places and not near any major public transport. Suiable for travellers with their own cars or taxi users. Room was excellent as I got an executive suite for the price of a standard double room, however the overall experience missed the X factor ! There wasn't a great view from the room but the space was plenty for a single user. Receptionists and hotel staff were very polite and handled any guest's requests in an efficient manner.

More so, the staff were personable, sincere and made the whole stay very enjoyable. Prerona especially was professional and had the business etiquette that supported our Trade Mission goals. I would also like to especially thank the staff over breakfast who were outstanding. We will certainly be using this hotel again that will include the conference facilities. We all highly recommend.

Breakfast at Red Diamond was exceptional, with quick and attentive service by Pratima and Shanil. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle bus service. The Lobby Lounge Café is fantastic, offering a variety of coffees, teas, and a healthy menu. Overall, an outstanding experience—I highly recommend this hotel!
- James (6/5): Family Review - The hotel was nice, a little bit out dated, but mostly nice accommodations. Staff was friendly and responsive. No USB chargers for phones, no kids playground, some problems with breakfast buffet, overall okay stay. Buffet wasn't very kid friendly. I asked for a cot for our 2 year old and got a crib.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Amazing staff! - The room was kept clean every single day, and our stay comfortable enough. The upkeep in terms of aesthetic and condition of the apartment needs to be looked at - the sofa in our room was ripped and old and felt a little grubby. The room itself was dark and the colour of the furniture along with everything else in the apartment, didn't help the light. It felt very dark and closed-in. We had a kitchenette with no cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. This had to be requested individually. However, the staff were extremely helpful and very accommodating, as were the valet team. Made our stay really comfortable.

- Maryam (4/5): - Room doesn't have enough towels to use, bathroom wasn't really clean. Room is very dark even with all the lights on. Doesn't worth the money per night
- Melkam (6/5): - The facility is clean but to far from the center. Breakfast buffet is good, dinner buffet is very expensive and the food is very average not enough choices.
- Marvin (8/5): - The property was nice overall. I saw but did not visit the pool and tennis court and basketball court. Staff was polite and respectful. The two towers were pretty much identical but one was an apartment and one was the actual hotel. The shower door couldn’t close properly so water would run outside the shower and make puddles on the bathroom floor. Some mold was noticed in the shower ceiling.
- Una (8/5): Wouldnt stay again. Not 5 star. - Welcoming lobby and handy to have shop, pharmacy and cafe inside the hotel. However the bathrooms could do with an overhaul. I could even reach the towels as they were at least 6 foot up the wall, maybe more. The plug for the bath didnt work snd the shower was freezing. Staff very abrupt, no smiles. Bed was tiny and uncomfortable.

- SAKEENAH (6/5): - This hotel was listed as a 5star but in American standards it was 3.5. They have amenities like pool table, swimming, lounge & buffet, coffee shop and pharmacy. Don’t come thinking there is a traditional bar. The staff was polite but not knowledgeable - bare minimum information. Our room had a carpet “wet” smell and the shower leaked water all over the floor. We called for it to be repaired and after 3 calls they sent someone but it wasn’t fixed. The hotel was fully booked - I asked for a new room because no solution was offered and still was shut down. Housekeeping staff cleaned well but look a long time to get to our room (5pm). Buffet breakfast was the best offering for food. The area around the hotel is under development and it not walkable. Nothing to see. Plus is it’s close to the highway.

- George (6/5): - Our fridge didn’t work and had to be replaced. The towels were so high up in the bathroom we couldn’t reach them. The bidet plug didn’t work. It was quite a dark room. Liked having a bath and separate shower tea and coffee facilities great.
- salman basha (4/5): - The hotel was untidy. The bathroom door was broken and water was leaking. The sink was clogged. Room has unfamiliar smell. The staff didn’t clean room daily. No new towels were provided. Room is too far from airport and other attractions. We don’t suggest this room at all
