The buffet was a bit disappointing, the people on the reception were mostly nice, except of the man that check us in at the night we arrived, he wanted to keep our passport, I’ve never experienced something like that. The prices of the Wellness and Pool are crazy high.

• Lars Tinggaard (6/5): Basic hotel close to public transport - Hotel well located near public transport. But breakfast was quite bad with poor selection and food quality. We stayed for 4 nights, and had only breakfast once. Room was Ok, No defects but a bit small with less than half a meter from end of bed to opposite wall making it difficult to pass. Spa in basement was a disappointment. Very small pool with water a bit to the cold side and No general access to turkish bath unless you had booked an appointment. Stay was OK, but No idea why the hotel is indicated as 4 star?

• Shameem (6/5): - It was good stay but we had to keep asking for things like, towels, iron, kettle, even coffee sachets were not provided, we were asked to go buy it outside.

• Verified traveler (4/5): One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in! - This is supposedly a 4* hotel but I can guarantee that it is nothing close to that. I’ve stayed in many hotels previously but this hotel is honestly the worst. The walls are extremely thin to the point where you can hear everything going on outside and in other peoples rooms! The rooms are always very noisy due to the terrible sound insulation. The cleaning ladies that supposedly clean your room barely do anything to be honest. There is no rubbish bin in the room. Even utilities such as shower cap etc are never replenished after you use them. There is a kettle and coffee cups but no actual tea or coffee in the rooms! When I asked the cleaning lady to replace the glass cups that we used in our room, she simply grabbed the cups and washed them with water and returned them for us to reuse. I have never seen such behavior in other hotels. The staff members do not speak English. I had to use google translate several times for someone to understand what I want. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.
• Kaz (2/5): - Room and bathroom was tiny... A/C kept switching off, mini fridge was leaking water, hotel only had two irons for the hotel, claimed to have wheelchair access which it did not, only one person could really understand English... Hotel is a two star and not a four star

• ROY (8/5): Breakfast View of Water - Better than average hotel within a medium walk of Aksaray tram line and Metro M1A train to airport. Rooms are nice with a hotpot, but my shower hose had a leak. Ok breakfast on top floor with water view in distance. The hamman in the basement is on small size and costs extra along with the splash pool and sauna. Taxi had difficult time finding even with GPS or was just being ripped off.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Swimming pool in this hotel is not in use. - I didn't understand why everybody tried to speak Russian to me although I understand good Turkish? The cleaner lady entry my room without knocking and kept the door open when I was changing my dress.... It will be better to clean the room properly/ Carpeting was so dirty in my room. The area of swimming pool used only as a storage for business

• AHMED (10/5): grand asiyan istanbul - the hotel more wanderful .but when you enter the host tells you that the hotel is full and i can see for you a room for 95 euro .the room rate rate in hotels not exceed 54 euro.
