• Charles (6/5): - Overnight stop on our way to Burgundy. The location of the hotel is on a business park which as we were there on a Friday night was deserted. The hotel it self was fine but we arrived at 6.30pm and was told that there was no restaurant open at the weekend we were concerned. There is however a retail park with cafe’s and restaurants a 5 minute drive away. This should have been noted on their website.

• Marc (6/5): - Hôtel facile pour se garer. Personnel sympa. seul gros bémol la salle de bain. Elle n’était pas assez propre : il y avait des cheveux et des poils qui ne nous appartenaient pas . Un drap de bain était troué, pour un hôtel ce n’est tout simplement pas acceptable . Enfin, il n’y a pas de paroi dans la salle de bain. Ce qui fait que quand on se douche, on mouille partout, ça met du temps à sécher et le sol est très glissant.

Breakfast 1st morning was disgusting we arrived at 8am breakfast was supposed to start at 8am however the tables were full of dirty trays and there was very little left we cancelled breakfast for the 2 nd morning. Reception is only open until 8 pm also which is not great if you need assistance. Would not recommend or return

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dont une sans dormir ,car beaucoup de bruit (fête) dans une chambre voisine jusqu'à 4h du matin. Petit déjeuner un peu cher 12€ pour ce qui est servi. Les restaurants sont accessibles à pied à 1,5 km dans la zone commerciale. Globalement, note moyen

Ich hatte am Tag der Anreise mit dem Hotel telefoniert, mir wurde zugesagt, dass ich einen Zugangscode via Mail erhalte, der nicht eingetroffen ist. Ein Gast der zufällig zur gleichen Zeit eingetroffen ist hat die Einfahrt mit seinem Code geöffnet und ich konnte auf den Parkplatz fahren. Eine Mitarbeiterin, die noch etwas zu erledigen hatte, hatte uns das Hotel geöffnet und uns in Empfang genommen und den Zugangscode und die Zimmernummer gegeben.

Arrivés dans la chambre : un bloc néon est cassé dans la chambre, le régulateur de pression de la douche est fonctionnelle mais en mauvais état. Départ : lors du payement, un repas a été ajouté à ma chambre alors que j’ai pris mon dîner a l’extérieur et plus de ça la note a été augmenté de 9€ sans raison. J’ai séjourné plusieurs fois dans cette hôtel, mais cette fois était la dernière.

• Jordane (6/5): Amis surfeur du WEB passez votre chemin. - Hôtel basique qui fait l’affaire pour quelques nuits, literie correcte, TV un peu petite, SDB OK, petit déjeuner ok mais surfacturer je trouve. Le gros défaut de cet hôtel c’est la connexion WIFI. Une catastrophe, débit ridicule, déconnexion intempestive et en panne 2 jours sur les 4 nuits de mon séjour. C’était déjà déjà le cas lors de mon dernier passage il y a 1 an et demi. Bref je trouve l’hôtel un peu trop cher par rapport au service rendu.

• Georgina (10/5): Good stopover point. - It was a stop over en route further south. We arrived midnight and left first thing. It’s not a hotel I would “holiday” in but it is safe, secure, clean and comfortable for a stop over - exactly what was needed!

• Tom (8/5): - Spotlessly clean, easy access to the freeway, plenty of free parking and close to a large suburban shopping centre. A bit far from the sites of the city, but perfect if you're travelling by car and need a place to stay for the night. However, everything closes (front desk, gate and all) at 8:00 pm sharp and you'll need a code to access the hotel. Try to check in before 8:00 pm to sort it all out. Otherwise, you'll be in for quite the ordeal to check in. One last thing - - this is a new building on new roads, so your GPS might not find it. There is another hotel with the same name 5 minutes away by car. They can h help guide you to the proper one. (I think they're used to people going to them instead of this hotel.) All in all, I'd recommend it for the price.

• Georgina (10/5): Stop over on way south. - We love this place as a stopover as we are travelling south. It’s clean and quiet and has a 24hr check-in with secure parking which is always great as we normally arrive at 1am.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Very clean and compact - Hotel was in a very convenient location close by to a shopping mall and petrol station. Some cheeky guests took it upon themselves to smoke in their rooms which was annoying but other than that it was very comfortable.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Good hotel, but our AirCon didn't work. - This is an excellent hotel in the middle of a business park. Within walking distance to a very big retail park and a variety of restaurants. Unfortunately, the Air Conditioning in the two rooms we booked didn't work.

Breakfast was tasty but a very tiny selection, which was a little disappointing. Good location if you have a car. You can get to Reims centre pretty quickly which is beneficial. Hotel is next to a main road so if your room is on the side of the hotel that the road is (ours was), you'll hear cars all night.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Happy with this hotel - After hours check in went smoothly at the gated entrance. Very nice room for the price. My only issue was a bed that was a bit too firm for me, but I thought that of most of the places I stayed in Europe.

Stayed two nights to do some travelling around area and was convenient for that. It's a 3 star so don't expect character. Secure car park and key code entry to hotel.
• Anthony (6/5): Disappointing - Had I known that the hotel was on an estate of business premises, albeit modern ones, I would not have booked it. We arrived to be met by a receptionist who must have trained in something other than dealing with the public and were then told that a) they were not doing dinner that night - no reason given - and b) that there were no eating places within walking distance! We were forced therefore to drive into Reims. The room was fine, parking good and secure. It is clearly a hotel for business people so when we got down to breakfast at 08.10 they had all gone and there was just one croissant and three pain chocolate remaining, half a baguette, a small portion of ham, cheese which we don't eat etc, all a huge contrast to Ibis in Dijon where we stayed the previous night and where food was resupplied as soon as it became low. Suggest they need to sharpen up their act if they want to attract other than business people.
• J & J (8/5): Convenient for a stopover. - This was an overnight stop on the journey from the Alps to UK. It was a pity that the restaurant was closed on a Sunday night but the restaurant recommended by staff was very good. Breakfast plentiful and staff helpful.

• Rebecxa (4/5): Best Hotel is Worst in Reims - Atrocious customer service. The family room we booked wasn't available. Hotel staff didn't seem bothered and it was my fault apparently because I booked 24 hours in advance and what did I expect ( even though I had a confirmation). The bar consisted of the glum receptionist getting you a drink from somewhere whilst you sit on the 6 reception chairs. The restaurant wasn't open at all on a Saturday night and I'm not even sure where it would be anyway. The metal electric shutters on the windows probably tell you what you need to know about where it is too. Breakfast was ok though the scrambled eggs and bacon were cold, and we were in the breakfast room by 8.10. Rooms were clean though. All this for 140 Euros!! We stay in Reims regularly but would never stay here again!

• Verified traveler (8/5): just off motorway - Just off main highway from Calais to the Alps. Secure car park, helpful staff, we left 2 things behind which they found for us. Comfortable rooms, clean and tidy, wouldn't need anything else for short stopover although not many facilities around unless you drive into town.
• Kristopher (8/5): Don't be put off by the exterior... - A glance at this hotel building, based in an industrial area, doesn't make you want to book, but don't let that put you off! Rooms were clean and comfortable and hotel staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also very good. Ideal stop over on our way south, with plenty of secure parking on site.
• richard (8/5): Excellent Hotel for the Price - Used this hotel as a stop off for one night. It was excellent for that purpose. It's located on a small industrial estate next to the motorway. But don't be put off by that at all if all you want is a nice place to sleep. The room we had faced the motorway but you would not know it. With the window closed and the shutters down you could hear nothing. The room was clean, better than basic and the bed firm and comfortable.

• Christine (10/5): Very good hotel for visit to Reims or stopover. - We stayed two nights and had dinner in Reims and at the nearby Courte Paille. The hotel is family run and service came with a smile. All you can eat buffet breakfast was good too. Would definitely recommend it.

• Toscana (4/5): Overnight stay on drive from Italy - We had left Italy at 4.00 am, arriving at the hotel at 6.15 pm in plenty of time for the 8.00 pm check-in deadline. Upon arrival we were asked if we were part of the rugby tour, which we were not. We asked what time the restaurant was open until and were told that it was closed for the sole use of the rugby tour and the only option was for us to drive to a nearby restaurant - not what we wanted to be told after so long on the road. We were also told that the rugby team would be having breakfast at 8.30 am (breakfast started at 8.00 am). The rugby team were no problem at all, barely noticeable in fact, and we were just very disappointed that the hotel had not informed us in advance that the restaurant would not be available as this was one of the reasons we chose the hotel, knowing we would have driven a long way to get there. Rooms were very clean but it was disappointing to have one small square pillow each instead of a normal pillow - not comfortable at all. Road noise and outside lighting were very noticeable all night long and the room was hot but windows could not be opened due to road noise. Overall, we could not recommend this hotel.
