- Deanna (5/5): Was ok but DEFINITELY could have been better. - The ladies (2 front desk ladies Ms. Trudy and the night clerk I don’t know her name) were GREAT! Nice and informative and very friendly making me feel welcome. The young man who works in the evening /night was nice when I checked in but took a quick flip around to rude and refused us CLEAN TOWELS. He said No, we don’t do that. Go wash them in the laundry room because we are an Extended stay property and per policy you have to wash them. Then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to pay $49.99 per week then I can get clean towels!!! Wow!!! Lastly the elevator was broken entire stay and I was on the 4th floor so that was so much fun having to climb 4 flights of stairs everyday. :(
- Dylan (3/5): - Very run down. Room, halls, elevator all smelled bad.
- Shiann (7/5): -
- Johnson (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- Enrique (9/5): -
- Deanna (8/5): My stay has been great with the exception of the elevator being out of service. CLIMBING 4 flights - The front desk ladies were GREAT. Ms. Trudy and the night clerk were so nice and helpful and made me feel welcome. The cleaning ladies on the 4th floor were not very nice at all and when I asked them 1 question they acted like I was completely out of line for speaking to them and were not accommodating at all!!
- Leslie (7/5): It was alright - The area of the location The room was big, only had one bed and couch pull out couch or nothing so me and 3 people were bunch up in a bed.
- Gregory (2/5): - Ok Ok
- Habib (1/5): Bad bad bad - NOTHING Don’t stay here
- Santos (7/5): -
- Carlton (2/5): - Location The bed was very uncomfortable and there were roaches in the sink
- Copeland (8/5): -
- Habib (1/5): HORRIBLE - They called the cops on me after I complained about the ac blowing heat all night which I felt like was purposely done. A lot of noise from neighbor he was literally banging on my wall. I asked nicely no resolution from staff nor neighbor. I won’t recommend but take at your own risk. Before I checked out there was issues such as someone getting dragged from a car, trash left on the stairs, my car window pushed out my first day.
- Habib (1/5): - Bad staff from the big guy in the front to the guy with earrings, I think he’s the manager. Environment.
- Jamya (2/5): Second Floor Horor - The location, and the Dianne at the front desk. The fact that, they designated the dog owner's to the second floor. The smell was a nightmare! I actually laid carpet fresh near my door. My dog had a couple of accidents, one I didn't get too fast enough. The gentleman who was working that morning had the audacity to come for me at my room, trying to trip about having housecleaning do it, since I was moving too slow for him! How dare you when you should be in a hurry to fill up those outlets with plug ins, and be in a hurry to fill up those scent dispensers on the wall bc they're all blinking red!! Be in a hurry to do that, not lose customers. Issa never stay again for me!
- Verdisha (6/5): - There were baby roaches in the bathroom
- Mauricio (3/5): Mal - Las habitaciones olían mucho a cigarro.
- Cisneros (10/5): - Loved it Great location
- Cisneros (10/5): - Great location
- davis (8/5): - It smells like smoke
- Cherie (10/5): - My stay was short. The staff was friendly. The room was very clean. Quite enjoyable.

- Richard (9/5): Another satisfied customer. - I was very satisfied with my stay here and would come back again. Checking in and checking out was easy and quick. The staff was very friendly and professional. No complaints. I enjoyed my stay here at the Best western.
- JA'NICE (5/5): Didn't feel safe. - Kind receptionist ay check-in. It's very old to be in the Fossil Creek area I was very surprised. The hallways need new carpet and never been in a room with absolutely no carpet and I guess the ones before me took the batteries out the remote and I was told a charge to contact front desk. My friend came to get me because of all the traffic in the hallway. Sorry I was very disappointed.
- Christy (10/5): - If you charge a pet deposit, dont charge the daily rate for pets. Also your staff should tell people this before they book and not after they've booked a non refundable stay.
- Richard (7/5): -
- Alejandro (4/5): Disappointing, the ad doesn't deliver what it promises. - I don't like anything about the hotel. Their advertising is misleading. The reception staff's attitude wasn't very good. They told us they wouldn't clean during our stay and that if we wanted them to, we'd have to pay extra. The listing said breakfast was included, but there wasn't even a coffee maker. The room had a kitchenette, but no utensils. Just leave a small bar of soap in the bathroom; don't leave shampoo or any other toiletries. We found a small cockroach in the bathroom.
I'm disappointed because the hotel's listing is misleading.
- Betty (2/5): No sleep - They put us in a room next to a screaming couple who argued for several hours. From 4am to 6am and again the next day. The guy screamed this is my room which means they are permanent residents. At ck out the desk admitted this happens all the time, but why put us next to them. The couples room was located next to the office room 113. Sorry, the room was nice, but the loud screams was over whelming.
- Williams (7/5): -
- Ortiz (1/5): - There's nothing to like. Infested with Roaches.
Homeless living in the parking lot
Noise.
Monday The offices was testing the fire alarm system lasted about 2hrs
Tuesday maintenance was working in the room was with no power for over 3hrs
Wednesday maintenance working on heater.
Went to my room without notification..
Worst place I ever been
- Gary (10/5): Great - Comfortable bed Price too high for Denver City
- Carla (10/5): -
- Carla (10/5): Clean and quiet. Staff is eager to assist you and treat you respectfully. Every need was met. Exceptional service. - Clean and no trash Nothing
- Guest (1/5): -
- Evans (10/5): -
- Janae (8/5): - The staff!!! They're the most friendly and welcoming group! Always willing to help!
- Patricia (10/5): -
- Miller (5/5): - We'll the water was hot and the lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating The smell of something not very pleasing throughout the whole place hit you right in the face even as you walk in the room the smell hits you wam
- James (4/5): - There was a musty smell throughout and the 4th floor hallway carpet was badly stained. The room was ok for a single guy traveling, but I wouldn't feel comfortable with my family there. It reminded me of some old Navy Enlisted Barracks.
- Kalyn (10/5): -
- Terri (8/5): -
- KRISTAN (9/5): -
- Emil (1/5): It was horrible - Nothing Too dirty. Too many roaches and bed bugs
- Taranza (4/5): Property is very outdated and seems to be more for longer stays versus one night or two night stays. - Location was fine. Only two sets of towels were provided for 3 guests and when I asked for another set I was told I had to pay for it. Very nonchalant and inconsiderate staff at check-in.
- Genesis (1/5): Stupid rules and cockroach infested - Nothing There was a cockroach in our bathroom. And I requested to cancel my stay there but they said since I didn’t tell them before 11am that day that they could not refund me for that day since it was already after 11am. The manager has idiotic rules. So I’m supposed to see a cockroach before 11am to get a refund for that day!? How stupid is that?
What am I supposed to do? Go into the room and ask if there’s any cockroaches in there to come out so I can let staff know before 11am?
- Trerany (8/5): -
- Marissa (2/5): - This property has a lot of homeless people on the property and staying near the trash can. It says non smoking but the rooms smell like weed and I even bought a candle to over come the smell but was not successful. The guest are very loud and ghetto. I believe they are living there. I was walking my dog and got hit on my a group of guys that were drunk and drinking outside in the parking lot. The doors are locked at all times and you need a key to enter but would not recommend this hotel. Also they say they are pet friendly but charged me $83 on top of my room charges for a small dog. Then I booked a king bed and since I had a dog they but me in a queen bed room. The bath tub had mold in the calk by the handle and spout. They reviews were okay that is why I booked this hotel but beware and save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.
- Gabriel (10/5): - Great
- Danaye (10/5): -
- Gabriel (10/5): - Even though the hotel is old, they keep it very clean and also making sure the exit doors are secure locked and to enter the hotel have to use the key card.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not worth the time to write this - The most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. First night, after driving 11+ hours, my pup and I were too tired to complain but the room was moldy, damp, stinky, and gross. There were pee stains all over the second floor carpet. The next night, after a major disagreement with the clerk on duty, the room was better but still stained and it felt like a flea-trap ( although we did not get fleas). It is clear this is for homeless people housed by some agency and not at all a hotel. I Ihave nothing against the people staying there. All were friendly and kind but they deserve much better accommodations . If you have a choice, STAY AWAY. If you have no choice be prepared to advocate loud and strong for yourself and don’t let the people at the front desk intimidate you or try to ignore your complaints!!!
- Jehu (2/5): - Roaches in the room. Horrible smell in the corridor. Receptionist barely spoke English and did not know many aspects of her job.
- Adela (5/5): It was comfortabel - The privacy The pets In the hotel ,smelled like dog
- Frank (4/5): Trip to Florida, and back to los angeles ca. - I was very disappointed that, the hotel, what's renting to families?
And
To arrive, I was registered and
And I was asked to make a deposit of a $100. I stayed.
At the hotel June, 4/5 and June 13.
14, and I have not received my deposit of $100.00 back And it's more than 10 days.
- Elycia (2/5): - When we got to the property we walked into the check-in area and waited and waited and waited for someone to come to the counter to check us in. Once checked in we proceeded to the elevator where we encountered a cloud of pot smoke. After getting onto the elevator and up to our floor we were hit again with the pungent smell exiting the elevator. We lasted maybe 30 mintues before deciding we could not stay at this hotel. When leaving the clerk asked if we had even checked in.
- Khalil (2/5): - Horrible
- Angel (2/5): - There was no continental breakfast
- Feliciano (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gloria (6/5): Pleasant -
- Felicia (8/5): - Nice manager
- Knippers (1/5): Never again - The guy at the dest was nice. The room, the horrible odor that gave me a head ache, bath room had mold, and I did not feel safe.
- Kevin (5/5): Passable -
- Scharda (3/5): Poor -
- Douglas (7/5): Good -
- Chelsea (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharron (10/5): - First off I would like to say Mrs.Truddy was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS at this location. Her knowledge of the area was a true blessing. Wonderful asset to your company she truly cares. Yes there was so pest problems but they were dead and u could tell they were working on the motel. Remember to bring all essentials shampoo/conditioner ECT ECT but if you happen to forget there are several stores near by. It's a kid class stay but if your on budget and need a reasonable place to stay it's worth it. All the workers were polite (knowing Spanish is a plus) but if u don't they try and help.
- Tamica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Corey (8/5): Very good -
- Reece (6/5): - This hotel was very affordable, nothing extravagant but everything was relatively clean and the staff were very friendly.
- Edward (10/5): - Nice place to stay. Thanks
- Tammy (2/5): - The hallways had a horrible smell, it is old and bed was extremely uncomfortable. Will never stay there again!!!
- Ronald (1/5): Bad - Nothing.. I'll have to say that is the worst motel I have ever stayed in Nastiest motel ever.
- Jason (7/5): Good -
- Victoria (4/5): - While my stay there i couldnt sleep at night there was people arguing at like 2 or 3 in the morning slamming doors yelling even during the day as well i work nights so i tried to sleep as much as i could but with all of that i couldn't get much sleep
- Brandon (8/5): Very good -
- Long (7/5): Good -
- Sandifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tamyareion (5/5): Passable -
- Alvarez (1/5): Bad - The price Everything, the room stunk and was not clean! No positives, only negatives! High crime location too, we witnessed a police chase end at the hotel and they had to search the facility for the suspect! The whole experience was terrible!
- Tina (4/5): The location was very convenient for my family. I did not like the fact that the rooms and hallway smelled like animals - The location was convenient All the floors smell like dogs and not clean
- Mary (4/5): - The lady that checked me in was the only thing good there. The room was dirty with marks and stains. Had no heat in the room. And they knew this prior to me checking in and didn't say anything. Checking out was just as bad.
- Jose (7/5): Good -
- Charley (6/5): - Mostly clean. Be sure to ask about daily cleaning of room if that is important to you. If you're looking for a quiet hotel so that you can work sometimes or if working in your hotel room is important to you, this is not the place. For extended stays where you don't spend the majority of your time elsewhere, this is perfect.
- Albert (10/5): Fabulous - The staff here is amazing. They went abive and beyond to ensure my stay was fabulous. The lady at the front desk even remembered my name from the last time i was there over 2 yrs ago. I cant recommend the site enough!
- Aaron (10/5): Exceptional - The bathroom is so big for me to fit in cause I'm a paraplegic That I'm a paraplegic and the handicap spot was taken and there was none open for me to park.
- 389751 (8/5): Very good -
- Nova (8/5): My stay was convenient and quiet. I stayed there for almost 2 weeks as my truck was getting fixed during the holidays a - As a truck driver it is very close and easy to get to the major truck shops. It’s close to a grocery store and fast food. The side I exit out to walk my dogs was not easy to step down or up; it's a 2-2 1/2 foot step where it easy for my babies but not for me. And the other side door was broken where people can come and go as please without permission. I know the area in the back of the hotel isn't theirs to maintain, but dog owners don't pick up after their pets.
- Randy (10/5): - Nice staff parking not the best for larger vehicles
- Rock (9/5): Superb -
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional - It was exceptional and worthy of all the compliments. I liked everything about my stay at the hotel.
- Christopher (2/5): - They told me that my service dog wasn’t a service dog harassed me about it
- Aaron (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible
- Stacey (6/5): - The representative that checked me in was very professional and should be recognized.
I was going to leave before checking in until I spoke to the front desk personal. I do not know his name due to many hours with work. The room was dirty. Dirt on the floor and counters.
- Herman (2/5): Very poor - Ac and heat was good. The bed and pillows were not good.
- Shelly (10/5): Excellent - The weekend front desk lady was the nicest, most caring person. I'd stay again just because she works there! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
- Collier (1/5): I chose to lose my money than to stay there. - Nothing, I ended up just leaving and not stay there for the time I paid for. Everything the property has a terrible stench. It was awful.
