Guest Reviews
- andrea (1/5): - La struttura non esiste
The place don't exist La struttura non esiste
The place don't exist
- Sandra (2/5): - Property was closed and had to find another place to stay. Worst experience ever with Expedia. I hope I don't get charged for the stay.
- Julia (2/5): Blatant robbery!!!! - I never got to stay at the hotel, so I wouldn't know. I cancelled (because the dog vomited and went #2 in the back of the car-all over everything I own and my 5 year old son- & we were going to stop for the night to sort out the mess before heading home for the holidays), repeat- I CANCELLED, this stay on the phone with hotels.com as well as in person with the guy working the front desk. Then I disputed the charge with my bank because they still hadn't refunded my $85 (I purchased the extra insurance to prevent this as well!).... It's now almost 3 months later& they kept my money for absolutely nothing, claiming I was a no show!!! I cancelled well within the limit with the only 2 parties involved & paid $20 extra to prevent this kind of outright robbery!!!! I HOPE YOU ARE PROUD OF YOURSELVES STEALING FROM A FRONTLINE HEALTHCARE WORKER & SINGLE MOTHER!!! Abhorrent!
- David (10/5): Nice place to sleep, and pet-friendly - The OYO was a comfortable place to stay the night during a long road trip. They were inexpensive and pet friendly, with parking right at the door to the room, which is a huge plus with dogs. Also, the manager checked us in at nearly 2am, so we appreciated the service.
- Timothy (2/5): - No laundry, no breakfast but amenities where advertised. Mold in bathtub, room smelled so bad i could not sleep.
- Suzy (4/5): - You get what you pay for those places ghetto Wi-Fi didn't work ice machine didn't work the ceiling looked like it was caving in there was hair in our bathtub dour bathtub dog food on the ground I will never stay there again
- Brian (10/5): - Easy on and off the interstate. Quiet and comfortable.
- susan (8/5): - property is rennovated/aged. people are awesome. good value if you're just passing thru on vacation
- Louis (4/5): - My room was junkie. The main door and the door to adjoining room looked like it had been broken into. Toilet had a bad seal somewhere and ran all night.
- Malissa (6/5): - I didn't appreciate that there wasn't a breakfast available as advertised. There is a local mom & pop diner type restaurant called Andy's right next door, but they are closed Saturdays and Sundays. I didn't try Andy's, but the parking lot was always over flowing with poeple for breakfast and lunch, state troopers and EMTs both frequently visited it, so it must be good. The hotel itself was nicer then some of the cheaper places I saw in town, but you get what you pay for. 2 very soft & small pillows on each bed, rust stains and dingy grey tint on towels and washcloths, 2 sheets and a thin blanket, a hodge-podge of furniture from other hotels, dirty windows, cracked tiles in the shower, cigarette smoke smell in a non-smoking room and fraying carpet near the bathroom.
Due to the great location for my needs, good price, if I find myself in Lebanon MO again, I might stay here again, maybe.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Worth it for the money - It was alright for the price beds were comfortable, didnt have a fridge which was disappointing
- Jason (2/5): - There was mold around the tub. Chairs and ottoman was stained. Rips in the carpet. Door did not shut tight. Unit that heated and cooled the room was dirty and had been fixed with a make shift thermostat that is supposed to go on the wall not the unit
- doug (4/5): - Need to be up dated
- Sandra (6/5): - 1st room we we given was horrible. The room smelled awful, and was in a dire need of upgrade. Bathtub and walls in bath moldy to the point of having holes in wall. It appeared to have mold painted over in main room. The woman at front desk was very accommodating when I told her our room wasn’t very nice. She put us in a different room, which was fine. The whole place was practically empty. The 1st room should be taken out of service until repaired and fumigated.
- Phillip Dwane (2/5): - I was in room 380. The room had obviously not been cleaned in a very long time. There was grime on the inside of the front door, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and the shower ceiling has parts missing. There was no phone in the room. There was an ironing board and no iron. I understand it is a smoking room but the stench in the room was choking.I have pictures but do not see anyplace to attach them.
- Laura (8/5): - This is the second time I have stayed at this property. For the price it is a nice and clean hotel. Not the newest, but it's clean and the staff is friendly. The area was also very quiet.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Lots of cockroaches in the room
- Brian (6/5): You get what you pay for - Ugly green carpet; cigarette burn in the top sheet; other holes in the sheets; towels as soft as sand paper; bathroom so small the door was literally cut out so it would close past the toilet. But we just needed a place to sleep overnight and shower the next morning.
- Robert (10/5): - Friendly staff.
- Jerry (10/5): I'll be back. Very clean. - I was in town for the Christian Motorcyclists Association State Rally. When I checked in, I could tell the property was a bit dated, but it had been renovated recently. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, this probably isn't the place for you. But if you are looking for a clean and comfortable bed at an affordable price, stay here. My room looked exactly like the pictures. It did have a few signs of wear, but it was very clean and looked recently painted. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I was hoping for a room with hallway access, but alas the room I got opened to the outside. If I would have paid attention to the pics, I would have noticed the window with light next to the outside door. If I were going to critique anything it would be the fact that each room had its own AC unit under the window. It kept me very cool and I had no problems with temperature, they are just noisy by nature. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit.
- Shelly (6/5): - The stay was okay. The bed was uncomfortable and had a dirty wash rag. The room had an odor.
- Nancy (4/5): - First room smelled terrible of smoke, second room was not cleaned finally the third room was ok. The place was old and outdated.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The absolute worst place ever. Ceiling was bubbling and I feared it was going to fall. Mold in the shower. Toilet wouldn’t stop running. I don’t think the carpets have ever been vacuumed or cleaned. Stains everywhere. Chairs had brown stains. Paint was peeling. Reeked of animal urine. Smoke detector wasn’t connected and in a plastic bag. The desk clerk was shocked anything was wrong with the room and when I reached out to the company they said this was an “exception” and did nothing to rectify it. I wish I could attach pictures of the filth and unsanitary and unsafe conditions. Please keep driving by if you’re in the area
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Questionable area, poorly maintained room, heavy smoke, crunchy carpet. water in shower wouldn't turn off.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It was basically a motel. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke.
- David (6/5): It was okay... - We have stayed there a couple of other times and it has been fine. However, this time we had a king size bed reserved and got double beds. The toilet seat was cracked all the across, toilet ran the whole time, bathroom door would not shut, and bathtub was very very slow to drain. We like staying there because of the easy access to the places we were going to while there. However, there was room for improvement.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Staff was friendly and helpful. The property is and older motel. There was no refrigerator or microwave although there was a place for them. The bed was very uncomfortable for me a back sleeper.
- Dean (4/5): OYO< MO - This hotel is disgusting. 1. I asked for first floor and got second. 2. The remote didn't work so went to desk and exchanged remote. Changes channels but doesn't turn on and off..3. Fruit flies in the bathroom area. 4. Sink doesn't drain. Had to flip drain by hand. 5. Mold under the soap dish and other places. But the water was hot. 6. Very dark in outer area, no security lights. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Disapointment - The room was for Extended Stays, it had a Kitchen. However the stoves 2 front burners didn't work, and there were no dishes to either cook with, or to eat off of.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - the decor was outdated but was clean, a full Kitchen an comfortable an thankfully quiet
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Refund needed
- Verified traveler (8/5): - For the price it was fine
- Chris (6/5): - The $100 deposit is stupid. Not everyone that stays there is a meth head that is gonna tear stuff up. Room needs to be cleaned better. Its ok to pull stuff away from the wall and vacuum. Sheets need to be bleached or replaced more often
- Wayne (4/5): - Toilet did not flush right. Big black spot in middle of Bed cover. Was not cleaned or maintained very well. I will not go back.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It's an okay place to stay.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - the bedspreads were dirty,
and there was not
water in the bathroom shower
- Jennifer (2/5): Avoid at All Costs! - I blame myself for booking a room last minute for the holiday. Avoid this motel at all costs. Mold in the bathroom, brown stains on the ceiling. Mattress was stained terribly. And I can’t say for sure, but I’m pretty positive there’s mold backed up in the AC, because we both woke up in the middle of the night unable to breathe, deeply congested, headache. Didn’t sleep at all, & honestly thought I was getting sick at first. Felt much better within 15 mins of leaving. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
- Shannon (2/5): - Room was wet outdated. We had to go buy our own sheets and blankets just to be able to sleep in the beds. There were cigarette burns and blood drips on the sheets.
- Michael S (4/5): - Sure does not look like the picture. Not very clean. Door busted that led out the back of the room. Unfortunately got stuck with a smoking room so it stink bad. Stained yellow, etc. Was more like a motel than anything. Staff is friendly. About the only positive thing there.
- DAVID (10/5): Great room - Required a$100.00 deposit
- Verified traveler (2/5): Dissatisfied - We arrived at the motel a little after midnight. It was late , we were tired & just ready to relax so we could get back on the road after some sleep.
I was told that there wouldn't be breakfast, even though the Hotels.com app showed free breakfast for the 3 of us.
The front desk assigned us to a room on the 1st floor. When I opened the room the bed wasn't made (like the house keeper left in the middle of cleaning). I went back to the front desk & was assigned another room on the 2nd floor. No elevator.
I had to turn on the flashlight on my phone, with full hands, to find a light for the room. I heard someone calling my name so with still full hands went to the door & the front desk clerk said she had a room downstairs for us. She let my family in & asked if I wanted her to bring the keys for the room.
The lobby of this motel was nice but the rooms definitely need some attention to details during cleaning. Hair in the tub, a piece of trash & chewed gum that was under the microwave (had to move the microwave to find a small object that was dropped).
The pictures of the motel look nice but to see it in person was very disappointing.
I will say the clerk was nice but management/owner needs to retrain how to really clean especially with covid. The room had a smell that wasn't pleasant either.
Due to not being able to get a refund after booking we stayed but left after only a few hours of sleep.
This is not a motel I would recommend or use again.
- BARB (6/5): Ok for sleeping. - Not a bad place. Ok for quick stay but could yse serious updating.
- Robert (6/5): Apathy at every turn - Huge stain on unnecessary desk chair (no desk).
Bathtub clogged with what appeared to be someone's hair trimmings from an extensive haircut.
No phone in room, no way to connect to front desk, all listed phone numbers went to OYO
reservations line.
No pool. No continental breakfast. No restaurant.
Second door unusable but not effectively closed or sealed.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Travelocity booked me in a hotel that wasn’t open for business. Had to scramble to find a new one and of course had to pay way more!!!
- Jessica (2/5): Absolute Trash Service - I booked a hotel 3 weeks in advance for my 30th birthday and got a call while I was on my way to the trip, that my reservation was cancelled because the hotel was shut down. I spent hours on the phone with Oyo, hotels.com and Expedia. No one wants to help or refund my money, even though I never got to go. I couldn’t even book another hotel because everything was booked or 4x the price by that point. My trip was ruined, wasted vacation time from work. Won’t be using any of these people again
- Verified traveler (2/5): - After driving 10 hours from New Mexico this hotel was closed. The sign on the door said they were closed due to maintenance issues. In all the years of travel and all the reservations with Expedia this has never happened before. It is disappointing to not have received a message in regards to this situation.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Was bad roof leaking smells like mold and pet urine bed had blood stains and towels had holes $100 deposit they try to blame towel wasn’t like that try to keep deposit
- Verified traveler (2/5): - There where semen stains on both the beds they moved me rooms the second room had no hot water the toliet didnt flush the heater didnt work & there was basketball size holes in the towels
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Had to call front desk to get into my room cause they didn’t have a key card. Air conditioning wasn’t the best. Bed was comfortable. When they came and cleaned they didn’t change bedding out. Only towels. Overall it was OK. I’ve had better and worse. When I come back up that way I will definitely look for other options.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The room was nice.
Only problem i have is i am an over the road truck driver..so no need for me to own or rent a house...but now when i come home i can not rent a room to stay at most hotels in lebanon Missouri because they refuse to rent to locals. Well i use a local address as my mailing address. I come back here to lebanon every 3-6 months rent a room for 1 week to 1 month vacation to pick up my mail and visit family. Well now it is a struggle to rent a room anywhere in lebanon mo. I am quite and stay in room or im gone visiting friends or family. Sometimes the staff will rent me a room because they remember me and know im not a problem but sometimes its still a struggle.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The price for the property is what drew me ro them. The place is obviously well worn and in desperate need of attention. Lived the fireplace in the foyer, and the staff immediately wanted to know if I was "local", as they do not rent to locals. Demanded $100 deposit for the room in addition to the cost of the room. Bad drug area apparently. No hot water available, and non smoking room smelled of smoke. Beds were clean, but the furnishings and place need a serious overhaul.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Internet was sketchy to non existent. The TV was nice. The entire room is “aged out”. Hot water for the tub/shower was difficult to regulate. Please clean carpet and furniture.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Missing ceiling tiles is what you see when you go to the front desk, the lady at the desk was helpful n nice. The room had 15 hairs in the tub from either the previous people, a razor under the back side of the toilet. The hotwater and pressure was not great at all in the shower or sink. OYO C.E.O can do better hes a BILLIONAIRE need to fix the problems in your hotels.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I don’t like
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Q
- Verified traveler (2/5): - There are bed bugs. The room was dirty. Theres trash under the beds. Dust built up everywhere. Ive never been in a cheap hotel like this. There was other peoples pubic hair in the shower. The air unit had dirt or somethingin it. You can see it through the vents. The lady up at the front was great. Thats the only good thing about the hotel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Older rooms- slightly musty from being closed up but very clean:)
- William (10/5): - Excellent. Astonishing clean
- brock (10/5): get away - it was great
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Horrible Horrible Horrible. This place is not only a total dive, but we had to leave as we felt very unsafe. Can't say it strongly enough. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I was very happy with everything. We had no problems what so ever.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Next to hospital and gas station and restaurant and on route 66
- Christy (2/5): Worst hotel/ costumer service - We stayed in room 121 we had NO hot water, then after our stay they said there was black grease on both bed sheets (impossible unless me & the kids sweat grease) then tried saying we cut the cord to the remote, gotta use the tv to have a reason to cut a cord. Our check out wasn’t very pleasant as my husband was loading his bike she came out gripping at him about what we supposably destroyed then told my husband to get off her property and to never come back again!!
- SHANE (8/5): Clean - This was a last minute stop checked in late left in AM but it was clean served its purpose to get some sleep nothing fancy but staff friendly and clean room
- Soula (4/5): - The property was clean but the beds where very uncomfortable and small. Did not fit 4 people. People around the property seemed like drug addicts.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This was a very cost friendly hotel. My friend and I needed a place to stay so we could go to the trout opener at Bennett Springs. The OYO fit the bill. The room as clean and comfortable. The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. I am sure there would be some who would be turned off by the age of the hotel. As for me, I would stay there again.
- Jeremy (4/5): Disappointed and disgusted - This hotel is old and run down. The lobby had several ceiling going tiles missing and most remaining tiles were stained from leaks. We initially asked for 2 rooms (1x king and 2x doubles) due to kids. They only had that option available for smoking but the rooms were on opposite sides. We decided to change it to 2x rooms of 2x doubles to get them together. After getting up to the room, we asked to he switched to nonsmoking due to the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. The second floor walkway crumbled under my feet as we walked to the next set of rooms. When we opened the first room, there was a stench of urine and feces to which we found the toilet clogged and still dirty from the previous tenant. The other room was decent but definitely showed it’s age. The entire hotel is in dire need of a renovation. The only ice machine was inoperable as well. The pictures shown on the website don’t give a good vision of what you can expect to experience. Had I selected the insurance for the stay, I would have just cancelled. I figured everything would be ok based on the pictures but I was wrong, sadly.
- Felicia (6/5): It was ok but nothing more - Water only got lukewarm and during cold weather you want a hot shower. I had to wash the coffee pot because it hadn’t gotten cleaned. Sheets were stained. Heater did not work properly. Driveway in front of the lobby was covered in ice.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Was not told about the $100 deposit until check-in, even though I had already paid for the room. Bathroom is tiny and bathtub was dingy.
- Randolph (2/5): Horrible Hotel - The place was horrific. The bathrooms were filthy, the living quarters were disgusting, the furniture was old and torn. We had a horrible experience at this hotel. Anyone who stays there should have their head examined.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - under the bed was filthy, bathroom door made loud noise when opening, heater vent broken
- Kailon (4/5): - Needed another hair dryer to warm room but desk indicated that none available. One hair dryer was better than the in room heater but needed one more to be comfortable. The real issue was the bugs, maybe just ants, walking on my tooth brush.
- Lawrence (10/5): - My stay was great. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Very polite and curtious.
Only complaint was the free breakfast was not available, do some current rain leaks and repairs needed they said. But they did not offer compensation of any kind at this time.
- Athina (2/5): AVOID THE PROPERTY YOU EOULD BE BETTER OFF SLEEPIN - f I could give negative stars I would! The website shows bright, clean rooms...not the case AT ALL. Lobby roof was leaking everywhere and missing 1/4 of the ceiling tiles. "Kitchenette" in our room was flithy. Had coffee and coffee maker but no cups and there was mold in tje coffee maker. Furniture and carpet in the room was terribly worn down the beds sag in the middles. Floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed after the last people left, or ever. Bed was absolutely covered in long white dog hairs as was the chair, stained sheets on both beds and yellowed pillows. Water was luke warm at best. Wall behind toilet was crumbling literally and wet. Smoke detector beeped all night. To top it all off, we had to wait for them to count the pillows and towels in our room before we could check out and get our $100 CASH ONLY deposit back (which we weren't told about "said deposit" until we checked in). Then when I asked why they told me it was due to COVID19, a new policy since being allowed to reopen people where stealing their room appliances and bedding, ARE YOU KIDDING ME. AVOID THE PROPERTY YOU EOULD BE BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR. Why does horels.com associate with such garbage establishments
- Mohammed K (8/5): Ok just to sleep in - Internet was bad. Weak signals
- David (2/5): Just plain bad. - Non smoking room smells like an old pipe. BR is grimy. Everything was in poor condition. Light fixtures has no bulbs!
It’s only hotel in town that accepts pets.
- Myriah (10/5): Best motel in Lebanon - Amazingly accommodating my truck broke down and they were more than hospitable in accommodating me on the day they were repairing my vehicle they allowed me to extend my stay without paying for a full night.
- Richard (2/5): Nothing like their pictures... - The website shows bright, clean rooms...not the case with our room. Lobby roof was leaking everywhere and missing most ceiling tiles. Kitchenette in our room was dirty, had food crumbs in fridge and under stove burners. Had coffee and coffee maker but couldn't use is it as it was missing pieces. Furniture and carpet in the room was terribly worn down and looked like it was over 50 yrs old. Floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed after the last people left. Bed was hard, stained sheets. Lukewarm showers with a tub that didn't want to drain. Room had 2 doors to the outside but keycard would only open one of them. Smoke detector was missing from room. To top it all off, we had to wait for them to count the pillows and towels in our room before we could check out and get our $100 deposit back (which we weren't told about deposit until we checked in). Definitely wont be returning.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It was very nasty. They gave us room that wasn’t even cleaned. Then they gave us a room that was even worse. The carpet was filthy, the toilet was filthy it was just very bad. I will never stay at another OYÓ again.
- anthony (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!! - so when my fiancee booked the hotel everything went fine. she called twice before we came the night before and two days before and confirmed the reservation. we go to check in and the lady at the front desks informs us there is a $100 deposit which was NOT mentioned upon booking or either time she called. my fiancee has really bad anxiety and this lady just made it worse she was NOT helpful in any way at all. the sheets and blankets on the bed were INCREDIBLY dingy and didnt looked washed, the carpets smelled of mildew and just stunk really bad. id HIGHLY recommend booking at a different hotel if you have to stay in Lebanon AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS
- Joey (6/5): - Only stayed on night with minimal interaction with staff. Staff was nice enough, stay was painless. Lobby could use some repairs room was in good shape, comfortable. Water took a long time to heat up.
- Dalton (6/5): - The staff was great but the carpets were stained the pool was closed and it just wasnt very well mantianed
- Jenifer (2/5): Worst stay experience of our lives - It was incredibly filthy and we experienced the worst customer experience in our lives. I would recommend disassociating your site from this location!
- MARY (4/5): Clean but shoddy - Clean but shoddy and looked nothing like the pictures.
We got in very late so we did not watch TV until the morning. They did have cable of some sort but I kid you not it was 75% infomercials.
We paid for a kitchenette. The microwave was broken, no pans at all, one chipped cup, old foil surrounding the burners, etc. The room had spots on the bedspread, several wrinkles in the thin very old carpet, and not USB outlets.
The room had two doors, one poolside and one on the parking lot side. The one poolside we could not get in because the battery inside was dead and we had double locked the other side so they had to come from the office to let us into our room. Note they let us un but didn't change the batteries.
The Customer Service was nice and during this COVID situation they did still have breakfast.
- Kerri (2/5): Awful!!! - We had to pay a $100 cash deposit in addition to the fees we already paid for the room. The room was dirty. The sheets and comforters were stained, some places the size of a large dinner plate. The ceiling of the lobby was missing multiple tiles and the ones there were stained with water damage. The receptionist was apologetic and gave the deposit back but could do nothing to refund the stay.
- Albert (10/5): Roomiest place - Was a very nice experience with having the available room that seemed like an apartment!!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Staff was very nice and helpful. But the room smelled like smoke and mildew. Our towels and sheets were dirty when entering the hotel. The toilet stopped working but they did fix it pretty fast. The tv stopped working on our second night as well. When we had issues the staff fixed them. But other than that our experience was very poor unfortunately.
- Chelsea (6/5): - The room had few spiders and bugs that my son found. When I told the housekeeper and another employee that was with her I was told upon my arrival the room was sprayed and cleaned. I found in my bathroom the ceiling insolation was coming down and I had to keep pushing it up.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great staff, stinky room. - Smoke free room must have been smoke free for a VERY short time, it stank. I didn't like that there was a front door, with no window to check my car, and a back door, which led to a closed pool, and an internal door going to the room next door. I know my side was locked, but I don't like rooms like that. The staff were friendly enough to make up for what I didn't like though.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great customer service, big parking area and really nice rooms
- Grace (8/5): - The breakfast was nice. Hotel could use some updates but it was fine for our one night stay.
- Don (8/5): - Room needed a deep clean, especially the carpet. Staff was courteous. There were no disturbances during the 4 night stay.
- Nicholas (4/5): its ok - The woman who checked me in was kind of rude and acted like I was bothering her. She also felt bothered visually by having to put on a mask when I came in. The room I was given was semi clean but the chain on one of the doors was broken and the mirror on the bathroom door was also broken. I just didn’t feel very safe at that point. Every time I moved on the bed the headboard smacked the wall and got annoying for me and the person on the other side of the wall who had to deal with it as well. The lady who checked me out in the morning was very nice though and the bed was comfortable so it’s not all bad.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was nice clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was nice and informal about the area. Breakfast was good I really enjoyed the waffles
- Amy (2/5): - Our room was not clean when we arrived, sheets had stains, and room was hot. They could do nothing the night we checked in. Complained the next morning and they said they would make sure room was clean and check air. Got back to room that night and still not cleaned or sheets changed. It was cooler in room. Found out room had not been rented for three weeks and they had only turned the air on the morning we checked in. Obviously they needed to freshen up as well. Never never will we stay there again. I have definitely learned my lesson you pay for what you get
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Just wasn’t what we are used to.quality and age of furniture stains
- Gordon (8/5): - Staff was great. Price couldn't be beat. Rooms could use a little tlc but over all great stay
- T&E (8/5): - I think the place was unique. Not super clean, but i enjoyed.
- Melissa (4/5): Run the other direction even if it’s free!! - Ran down nasty. The only good thing about this motel was the women who checked us in on Friday night! Mold is falling down out of the ceiling! Rooms are disgusting and filthy period stained bedding streaked mirrors broken windows looks like it’s straight out of a horror flic!!!!!
- Kristin (2/5): - Air conditioner would blow cool air for two or three minutes then suddenly change to blowing heat for two or Three minutes therefore it was a miserably hot and restless few hours of sleep. The water finally got lukewarm when I was doing a final rinse before getting out of the shower. The bar soap was pointless. More like chalk than soap. My sons room included used soap still in the shower with several small hairs on it. Disgusting. His towels were stained in multiple places with a rust color that immediately made me think of feces. At least his air conditioner blew cold. Continental breakfast was a joke. When I attempted to speak with someone about our unpleasant stay the front desk told me that since I booked with Expedia I would have to take it up with them and turned around and went back to her office. Horrible experience. We were traveling moving 750 miles and after spending all day loading a u haul then driving partway we were really looking forward to showers and air conditioning and a few hours rest before finishing our journey and unpacking at our new house the next day. Very disappointing and frustrating.
