• Kar Fei (4/5): - the good thing about the hotel is that the seaview from the pool and from room is beautiful but the window films in the rooms needs some repairs...aside from this, the room is quite dated, even having some small holes on the floor. ants can be seen all around the table, toilet bathtub nob is faulty, even the face basin faucet is faulty... have talked to the receptions but they seem not to understand much English,

They were not as friendly as what a staff should be. We were expecting a good service since we saw good reviews. I am disappointed. I’d rather book different hotel with the price they asked me to pay upon check-in.

• Derek (8/5): - The Seven Zea medium/large room was clean with a good modern bathroom. The shower, airco, wifi, lighting, frig, flat tv all operated well. There is cupboard space, table, chair, safe and a comfortable bed. The breakfast available is basic. The staff is friendly and efficient. The beach and many shops, bars are all within a 5 minute walk. The small carpark and nice roof top swimming pool is a plus. The hotel is good value I will stay again.
• TheJetsetter78 (2/5): Unforgettable - for all the wrong reasons! - Room 204 was filthy, black hairs all over the floor. False eyelash by the telephone and old crusty food behind the bedside table. Glass was unwashed and gross. Requested a quiet located room but was given one right at the top of stairs to reception. Needless to say it wasn’t quiet. Wooden flooring damaged and unkept. Lights kept going out every 10 mins but was sorted by staff. Returned to room to find a 4-5cm cockroach in bathroom. It’s horrible but ok I accept it. Asleep in bed I hear scuttling sound, switch light on 1am find another big cockroach on the floor. Reception won’t do anything as they say they’re full and refuse to call manager. 7am wake up to my friend killing another cockroach. Enough is enough, reception finally offer us newer room on 4th floor @ 2pm. Change room, better but still dirty, leaking plumbing in bathroom but no cockroach. Try to use pool in evening, lazy unmotivated staff member who is eating food and on his phone says ‘we’re out’ of pool towels. Makes no effort to get an alternative for us. Appalling attitude, why the hell isn’t management doing something about this poor service from their staff. Only plus side is the view from the rooftop pool particularly at sunset. Shame glass is so filthy you can’t see from pool or rooms. Would never stay again and was the most disappointing hotel I stay in Thailand for over 30 years.

• Raimond (8/5): Prima hotel op een goede locatie. - Perfecte locatie op loopafstand van beachroad, nachtleven, shops en restaurants. Route van de bahtbus op 100 mtr dus je kunt ook heel eenvoudig voor 20 THB p.p. naar Jomtien. Onze kamer met ( deels ) zeezicht lag op de 5e verdieping en voldeed op zich prima. Het bed had beter gekund. De matras was dun waardoor de veren soms goed voelbaar waren. Fijn zwembad met poolbar op de bovenste verdieping. Prima plek om met een drankje van de zonsondergang te genieten.

• JosephineSuleyman (2/5): Stay somewhere else - I've never met such miserable staff in all the years I've been to Thailand. To the point theu literally ignored my 9 year old daughter saying hello (in Thai) Checked in to find a wee soaked baby nappy nappy in our room so 0 points for cleanliness. Shower has one position so covers everything with water. Breakfast was awful. Fried Rice, Fried undercooked egg, mini hotdog sausages and Ham. Toast. No cereal. 1 tea bag in a huge pot of tea. No other eggs available. 2 fruits and some salad. Breakfast in Thailand is never that great but this was the worst. Shame as we stayed 10 years ago and had aovely experience. Only good point is the location. Won't go back and wouldn't recommend.

But hygeinic is the most important as well. รู้สึกแย่ เราเข้าใจราคาลดลง เนื่องในสถานการณ์แบบนี้ แต่ความสะอาดสุขอนามัยก็ควรจะมี ยิ่งกับสระว่ายน้ำ ใบเล็กใบน้อยเน่าใต้สระ ตรงปลายสระกลายเป็น Toilet and landmark of pigeons.
• LukChang (4/5): Poor room despite been empty - Wife and daughter booked a city view twin room. The hotel was completely dead with only a few other residents. The room itself was Ok, but the view was shocking. For hotels that are struggling to attract guests to stay then offering the room you provided as per the photo is not the way to treat customers. I am sure there are better rooms on a higher floor, or even give a room upgrade as a thanks for supporting the hotel. Needless to say won’t be back here.
• Jörg (10/5): - Das Hotel ist klein und sehr ruhig gelegen. Mein Zimmer war geräumig mit einem kleinen Balkon zum Entspannen. Der Infinity Rooftop Pool ist echt super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war etwas kleiner aber lecker. Alles ist gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Bahtbus zu erreichen. Ich würde dort wieder meinen Urlaub verbringen.

• 336Chelsea (6/5): So so hotel - I first saw this hotel when I walked past it - so decided to stay here during my stay. It’s a nice hotel for what you pay - no problems other than the breakfast could do with a revamp. The food is a little poor and the staff are asleep - but other than that I can’t complain. Just go eat outside - there are many more local options that are far better. Rooms are good size and the rooftop pool was great - certainly a value to staying here. It’s a shame the owners are not investing in the property because it could be a great hotel.
• Peter (8/5): Good value Hotel - Always enjoy Seven Zea Chic in Pattaya as it is close to the action, good value for $. Rooms are modern and clean, although simply decorated. Beds are good. Great feature is a pool on roof suitable to those who like to lap swim. Seems never to be too crowded. Start have always been good. Breakfast sometimes below par.

• villanyember (8/5): Modern hotel in the city center - It is a nice and modern hotel only few hundred meter to the main street. The view from the pool in the roof terrace is amazing. The surrunding area the street is not so friendly, but i can recommend this hotel. (Be carful with the name of the hotel, the Seven sea is very similar and the taxi drivers English are generally not so good 😀)
• BobW246 (2/5): Awful beds springs like shock absorbers - Dont be fooled by the pictures all out of date and dont convet the hotel as is. the good staff friendly and polite. The bad - beds are ancient spring frames with massive 1cm thick springs you can see each spring through flimsy fabric. Ruined my back for a week sleeping on this (refused us a refund so we could change hotels). Pool - great view if you could see past the filthy uncleaned screens covered in bird droppings and water stained. No one on pol bar and sun beds in poor condition. Great location and could be a great hotel but cheap owners have ruined this hotel!

Dispute asking numerous times for lights in bathroom and bedroom to be fixed. Took over five days. That perhaps explains why cleaner never cleaned sink surround during my stay.

• Peter (6/5): Taxi rip off, hotel ok. - The hotel and room were generally good, but the pool staff were not good and the included breakfast was below average. The rooftop pool was spectacular and the room was spacious with a view of the beach. My biggest problem was when I tried to order a taxi back to Bangkok, I took a taxi from Bangkok to this hotel (booking through my hotel in Bangkok) and it cost 1500 baht. This hotel said it would cost 2,000 baht to get at taxi Back to the same hotel and could not explain to me why it cost 500 baht more, but said is was impossible to go for less. So I went on the street and the first taxi I talked to said no problem for 1500 baht, so this hotel is ripping people off for taxi fairs to Bangkok and scooping and extra 500 baht for themselves. Be warned!

• Dave (10/5): Very good - I had stayed at other properties on this Soi (street) before but never at this hotel. Having passed it many time it looked to be OK. When I saw it offeredat a very reasonable rate I booked 4 nights. Check in was straight forward the staff cheerful and the public areas bright and clean. The room itself was a good size at the price point. Water pressure was good and consistent. The bed was very comfortable with no street noise. The aircon was good and quiet. I slept very well. The room was proficiently cleaned and the housekeeping staff friendly. Overall I was more thanhappywith mystay and will be back in the future.

I left my bracelet in the swimming pool area, then I ask the staff and they said no one find that. But when I ask to see the CCTV, they inform that they find my bracelet. It's too late, I already back to my country. They ask my address because they want to send it, but Until now.... End of September, there is NO ACTION FROM THE HOTEL. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Be carefull if you stay! For all your belonging, even in your room! Never recomended this hotel! They keep my bracelet and NEVER GIVE BACK to me! For the Hotel, Why did you never reply my email???

Actually no food in the hotel but there almost many restaurants around you in a walk distance

They charged me double the market value for it. Any other decent hotel would have been more accommodating. Breakfast not worth the money they're charging for it. Just go outside and find another place where'd you'd pay 150-160 for a better meal and cheaper. My room was the normal queen bed and I had a view on spa next door. I could hear the music coming from there whenever I was in the room. I stayed here for 3 nights and got sick from the smelly odor as well. Overall I wouldn't come here again as I'd prefer other alternatives but if you don't have an alternative then it's a decent stay for you.
• punyeyen (6/5): It’s in good location! - Walk in to hotel, somehow the publish rate was higher than what show in online. Told to the receptionist but they said they couldn’t offer the same price. So, decided to book the room online and waiting for the room to get ready. Glad, it wasn’t long waiting and got the room key Room is clean, btl water is provided complimentary. Breakfast not much option and taste was ok, enjoyed the fried rice two days in a row Hotel is located at Soi 5 it’s a good location, close to beach, and few massages just next to hotel. This area is quiet in evening which I prefer Soi 6-7 are full of bars, dodgy massage places and prostitutes!! I would not recommend family or couple to stay around there Hotel pool is nice on the top floor, will be nice if there is music. They provide pool towel which is good Btw, this was my second trip stay in this hotel. Price was reasonable and value for money location is good
• Gabriel_BX (4/5): Maintenance and Service is missing - The location of this hotel would be good and facing the sea and the facility would be nice and modern. the problem is that it could be managed a little bit better. at the arrival the parking lot looks like a dump and the G floor of the elevator has an unpleasant smell. the room has broken bathroom curtains, not have toothbrushes and just 2 hard pillow on the bed. the neglected pool floor with dirty glass, stripped beds and low-cut passageways. at the reception the girls are rude and the waiters slow and listless. After all that I think that for having 4 stars and the name "chic" hotel need of further attention on details and attitude.
• Lisa (8/5): Basic Hotel Near the Beach - Seven Sea is a "no frills" hotel with easy access to the Beach Road. Rooms are basic but clean, as is the hotel itself. Felt it was worth the price given the location and easy walking distance to numerous restaurants and attractions.
• Ronijmker (8/5): Fine hotel - Dont expect a luxurious resort hotel. But its clean, its modern, it has a great beach/sea view. The pool is okay (missed some parasols) and the pool view is great. Its location is great. Right next to a 7/11 and family mart. Next to a macdonalds and a lot of streetfood vendors at 50m from the hotel. Walking street is a bit of a walk. But soi 6 (a lot of bars/massage/prostitution/liveliness) is one street over but no noise complaints.

• StuartL324 (2/5): Nice rooms, very rude service! - There should be a sign outside the hotel saying the reception staff are rude and hide behind their computer uninterested in patrons. No chance of checking in to a room until exactly 14.00 Rooms and passages had a musty smell. Nice clean looking rooms with good mattress. Nowhere to hang anything except in the cupboard, what about wet swimming costumes towels etc.? Swimming pool needed some good cleaning and repairs. Loose tiles and glass so dirty the view of the beach was lost. Wi-fi was said to be part of the offer. We were eventually given the password details etc. after much trying and calling to the reception we were told that it was our phone at fault. No real attempts to check their modum or any other cause. Just blamed our phones, yes all three of them said to be faulty, but they worked everywhere else??? Very noisy aircon in room 301 Our friend was going to book another week in the hotel but decided that it was so unfriendly and unwilling to assist with Wi-Fi that he booked elsewhere. We will not return.

I likes me a little room service Beds may as well have been futons on the floor..I don’t mind a hard bed but daaaamn. And lastly shower should be separated from the bathtub just waiting for an accident For the price of the room...lacking certain things other and cheaper hotels close by have already.

• Brian (8/5): Good for the Price. - New hotel in a central area, well if it not then a 10 baht bus to wherever you want. Great rooftop swimming pool, nice balcony. Lovely room. Breakfast nothing more than OK. Staff in spite of what others may say were just fine.
• Bruce (6/5): Good Design;Weak Staff - This hotel is a post industrial-modern design. The rooms a note large , but comfortable. The weakness is the staff. Two ladies at the front desk were the only people who said hello or comunicated in my 5 day visit. Management was not to be seen.

• Bhupat (8/5): Pattaya : Seven Zea Chic Hotel - Hotel is very modern and is located just off Beach Road and the sea views from the Room and from the roof top swimming pool on Floor 8 are fantastic..Only drawback is the breakfast choice is minimal and is same menu everyday. .Also , tiny ants seen in bathroom and in the restaurant.area.which I guess is expected in Thailand during rainy season..After all , this is 3.5 star Hotel. I would recommend this hotel purely for the location and sea views from certain rooms.
• H C Casurina (8/5): Highly recommended if you want a budget stay - The staff is really friendly and helpful. Very willing to listen and help when problem arises. We are very happy to stay there. The bathroom is very spacious especially the bath tub, it is very nice. But I would suggest to have 2 key cards for 3 guests. And there is not enough electric plug in the room for phone/camera to recharge.

• Christian (6/5): OK, but not more. - Stay was alright, hotel staff didn't speak much english so it was very hard communicate. Staff literally kicked me out at check out 12 o'clock even though no new guest was checking in. But its a nice small hotel in a nice area to chill, staff needs some hotel training.

• Vilayphone (6/5): It was ok - Seven Zeas Chic is ok but not great for a family. The elevator is small and awkward. The room layout is odd but interesting. It wasn't roomy enough for my family, it would fit a single traveler or couple nicely. It is close to the beach but the road it is on, people drive down it pretty fast therefore you have to be really careful exiting the building or you could get hit. I doubt we will stay here again when we go back.
• Verified traveler (8/5): English Speaking Is Prefered. - The place is very clean, convenient and hotel's service is good. Only have two things to comment. First, all guests should be given 2 access cards instead of one. Secondly, hotel staff should be able to tell the difference between Singaporean, Malaysian, Korean and not main land china. English should be the prefered language.
• Aki (4/5): Bad experience in this Hotel - We stay here for vacation 3 days. There are a lot of ants in room, also when they tidy up the room, they put the blanket on floor. We ask extra blanket on first day, no supply and need us request again on second day.

• Driss (4/5): Very noisy place and very bad customer service. - I did upgrade to an ocean view and found out that the windows were very dirty . Its very noisy due to big hotel construction next door. The swimming pool is on the top level and its not relaxing at all due to the noise of exhaust fan from the speed boats taking holidaymaker for a day trip in the islands.
• Edgar (4/5): Hotel Experience with a Bad Twist - From our arrival to our departure, we are confronted by bad front office staff who have a sincere problem with their attitude. The staff are not only cold, unfriendly and rude, they have no notion on guest expectations let alone hotel experience. Very rarely seen in Thailand. Tried to contact the manager, who was invisible on our entire stay. Room is average, windows not cleaned, overall cleaning in room and action on request, such as another key card, was not even responded on it. Pool, nice on the roof top, was not cleaned during our stay. In fact pool opens at 7:00AM, yet all the deck chairs are upside down, no towels available and not cleaned. Asked at the reception on the status. Answer given this is not our responsibility. Upon our check out, we had a major issue on a soiled towel in the room. We were forceful told to pay THB 500 for the towel, shown on a price table, not been displayed or available in the room as it suppose to be. We won't recommend or come again to this hotel, as we had a very bad experience. We took the hotel, be listed as new on your website with pictures, who are quite different in reality.
• JAYDUB (8/5): HURRY...BEFORE THE VIEW IS GONE! - The Hotel provided a pleasant holiday, no great highlights, but no complaints either.
