Hospitality at check in, along with a cold bottle of water, and the lovely staff who greeted each morning at the delicious breakfast buffet was perfect. Thank you for the lovely stay! Stain on the pool floor is the ONLY thing I can recall. Not a big concern, but it did attract negative attention.

• Eusebio (10/5): Great stay ! Highly recommend 👍 - Location was great. Always had parking. Very quiet. Staff were friendly and very polite. We chose a room with a kitchenette and although I thought the room to be on the smaller side, it worked out perfectly. Ice maker in the fridge freezer was a pleasant surprise. I have to say that I really enjoyed the breakfast. Great, well thought of options. Most hotel breakfasts are too salty for my taste but this was perfect. I would definitely comeback to this location.

Parents didn’t seem to care that kids were running amuck. My boys were in the pool for about 15 minutes and we left. Also no shade at entrance side of pool. The teams seem to grab all 3 umbrellas to the far right end. Many pool chairs were ripped.

However the rest of the stay was excellent. Bed was so comfortable and room was exceptionally clean. The housekeeping manager lady Esmerelda was exceptionally helpful, polite and gave the Hotel a 5+ rating. Thank you for the overall experience, but I would definitely RE Train the counter gentleman. He was not good at all. Left me in the dark and not helpful, by getting on the phone in the middle of my check in and left me standing there with many questions.

• Olivia (10/5): - There’s not much around within walking distance. There’s an Italian restaurant we ate at (the food was good, by the way) and an Indian place we didn’t try. There’s no shopping nearby, and a lot of the buildings around the hotel seemed empty, which was kind of weird. That said, the hotel had a full breakfast in the morning, in general, this hotel worked great for us! If we ever come back to San Jose, we’d definitely stay here again.

The atrocious attitude of the woman that checked me in. Not willing to accept me over my pay method, which was a prepaid brinks card.
